These are the bagels I didn't know I needed. I have been hearing about how amazing Jeff's Bagel Run is and I'm glad I finally checked it out. I went to the new location in Lake Mary. The place is small, it has a few tables but it is mainly grab and go. Since it was my first time visiting, the staff member taking my order gave me a run down and also suggested a few things. I ended up getting the Asiago bagel with the onion and chive cream cheese. Wow both paired perfectly together. The bagel was soft and crispy around. I also got a banana bread cold brew. This was one delicious coffee. I regret not getting the larger size. It wasn't too sweet. It was perfect. Keep in mind that their specialty is the bagel itself so don't expect bagel sandwiches. I really want to like Jeff's. I gave it nothing try last weekend and picked up a dozen bagels last week and had the absolute most delicious nitro iced coffee here. The gentleman I ordered it from and I talked about how good nitro coffee and alcohol are because of the smoothness and I enjoyed our conversation. Because of this experience, I decided to come back for myself this weekend. I stepped up to order the exact same nitro iced coffee that I ordered last week only to be told that there is no such order and that I had to get a latte. I explained the order I placed originally and the girl behind the counter simply did not believe me, and told me it was a latte that I had. It wasn't -- it was a nitro iced coffee not just based on my conversation last week but because I added my own cream because I generally think lattes have too much milk. Quickly I saw how fruitless it was to keep explaining this to her and let myself be talked into the iced latte (which wasn't as good). Then I asked to have my bagel toasted and was told they don't toast anything because the bagels are oven fresh. While that's great, they ARE doughy. So having a bagel this soft isn't that appealing to everyone. I left with my soft bagel and the latte I didn't want and everything was...fine, but not exceptional. For what turned out to be a $14 order, I should have been able to have a little customization and not be forced to have everything their way. I am just thinking based on my three experiences here that I'm not meant to be a customer here. read more

Stopped by Jeff's Bagel Run and really enjoyed it. I had the Asiago bagel with roasted jalapeño cream cheese, and it was a great combo--the bagel was soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The cream cheese tasted fresh and was super easy to spread, which made everything come together really nicely. I paired it with a hot latte, and it hit the spot. My first time at this Jeff's location was great! The sign did not show which bagels were hot (like some other locations now do), but my bagel was still warm when I got it! The cream cheese was perfect and the bagels were nice and fluffy. The staff here was so friendly and even had me try out a new coffee flavor they were testing. I have never had a bagel like these. They are cooked perfectly with a nice crunch on the outside and fluffy inside. There are so many flavors to choose from and different cream cheese to pair them with. This has been my go to Sunday morning spot, and not to mention the coffee is perfection. First time at a local bagel shop & it did isn't disappoint!!! Delicious, fresh bagels that are perfectly soft and doughy with an outer crunch. Iced lattes are also delicious! We ordered everything Asiago with roasted jalapeño cream cheese and a cinnamon sugar bagel with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. DELICIOUS. I also love that they serve their spread in a separate container so you can dip chunks of the bagel in the spread yourself. They have an order ahead option that is probably the best if you're in a rush (service is very efficient) because after we walked in and sat down with our food 50 other people followed suit. read more

Heyyyyyyyy you guyyyyyyyyys! Went on a soft opening day and was not disappointed. Opted for the Asiago bagel with jalapeño spread. Ordered half dozen bagels to go pre sliced with a banana bread iced latte. Service was great everyone was on point, working hard to make sure they attended to the crowd. Once your order is placed, you wait off to the side, they call your name and you're off to enjoy!! The indoor space is small, looks like maybe future outdoor seating may be coming as well. The service was fast. They had multi shelf tray cart full of bagels. I picked the everything and the Asiago cheese. It looked like they were low on the Asiago ones. The restaurant was extremely busy the day that I went. It was a Saturday at 11 AM and it took about 30 minutes for me to receive my food. I got in the line around 11 and left about 1130 but while I was waiting for my food, they started calling people that were behind me, and all I had was a bagel and apparently the cream cheese was just sitting in the package and no one was cutting the bagel that was supposed to go in my order. I already had the coffee Which I ordered the banana bread coffee because it was highly recommended from a lot of people and it just tasted like a caramel iced coffee and it wasn't anything special. The bagel I should've toasted it so that part is on me but I ordered what was recommended on the screen which was an asiago with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese. I probably will try this restaurant again just to see if maybe a different combination would taste better but I was extremely underwhelmed between the small space that they had the overwhelming amount of customers the long wait time and then the midtier food and coffee that I ended up getting. I really wanna like this place because I have heard nothing but great things from other locations and a lot of my friends really love their bagels but personally I really like Panera bread bagels more and the coffee wasn't anything out of the ordinary. It wasn't anything that I would drive over for, but I really did like the cream cheese. It was super unique, and the fact that they make it all day every day by scratch is great. You can definitely taste the fresh ingredients in it. Okay I'm a bagel snob. I have them sent to me from Brooklyn air freight occasionally. Grew up with a bagel bakery in my hometown. This place is good. Bagels aren't supposed to be bread-like IMHO and these were the proper texture, somewhat chewy. Counter person was SO friendly and welcoming, the place though small is spotless. Recommended some that were fresh (like out of the oven not just fresh). I'll stop in again and am rooting for them. read more

These are hands down the best bagels in Florida! They're chewy, warm, and incredibly delicious like a fresh, warm pretzel. The texture is perfect and soft with a nice chew. The service is quick, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is cozy; it may be a bit small, but it's super clean and inviting. Highly recommend! Had such a great experience visiting Jeff's Bagel Run yesterday. It was the day after Thanksgiving, naturally busy, and the staff handled the rush so well. Not only was the service amazing but this will be my new favorite bagel and coffee spot in all of lake Mary. Time for some custom service training (managers). I realize that it's brand new. Showed up and waited in line (was fourth). Was told that they were not taking orders inside or in the app and that they were not letting customers in. Totally fair. I took five steps out of line (literally) and the teenager with braces let the entire line in. She explained that after I some people left (within seconds) she decided to let those in line inside. When I politely asked her if we could also join them since we were in line she refused. I explained what happened and again politely asked to be treated the same she said no. Stopped by the lake Mary location today for a bagel and coffee and had the best experience. The honey lavender latte was perfectly made and the bagel with onion and chive cream cheese was delicious.
