They found an issue with the drag link that was previously "fixed" by the dealership under warranty. Fleet services let me know they could not continue with having to replace the part. But with this new information I went back to the dealership and now the work is being done by the dealership under warranty. Thank you for being transparent and honest you've have earned my future business. Side note the cost of the alignment was a Very reasonable and half of what a dealership wanted to charge me.

It took me over a month to get my truck repair. Within a week I took it back because it was still leaking oil. the batteries weren't holding charge. Almost 3 months later in the shop and they keep telling every excuse and won't fix the oil leak. I'm very disappointed and I Don't Recommend This Shop!
