Receipt of purchase. The food is in the garbage.

Just came from Dunkin' Donuts and was very disappointed. Ordered the eight dollar meal deal with the bagel sandwich and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were burnt. I had to send them back and the bacon on the sandwich was burnt. Overall, the flavor was not very good. Not sure if this is fake food or what but it tased really off. Iced coffee was OK and the employees were very nice. But the food was so bad. I couldn't even eat it.

I will skin someone for their protein milk. The service is fantastic and the ambience is always comforting. That protein milk is the bomb, and I will fight someone for it.

When you want donuts you get donuts. So many options and they also have drinks and wraps and sandwiches. I tried the dragonfruit green tea refresher and whoa it was flavorful. My favorite items to get are the crullers. The employees are nice and friendly and helpful. The inside is nice and clean and bright. Plenty of parking outside. I will definitely swing by again when I need my donut fix.

Todays the free donut day and just because i didn't know you had to add the donut on the app for your order to get a free donut, they wont just give me the free donut even tho I ALWAYS order a coffee and a breakfast sandwich lol so dumb. They're customers service is ass and you can keep your dry donut

This is what I got instead of getting a tumbler.

So disappointed. I ordered donuts and asked for a drink in a tumbler. The tumbler was $15 and my grand total was about $15. I asked the guy if he included the tumbler. He said my drink order will show up after I paid. He made my drink and poured into a large cup and gave it to me. I asked him about the tumbler and he didn't ring it up. I asked twice and yet you neglected my request. So disappointed!

This is a clean and friendly spot to grab your donuts and drinks. It's a good location and prices are very reasonable. I recommend their version of an apple fritter or the blueberry munchkins, but if you like it a little simpler, my husband loves their crullers. I don't usually like super fruity drinks but I highly recommend their strawberry dragonfruit green tea refresher; it has a nice bold flavor and sweetness without being overwhelming. We will be back soon to try some breakfast tacos.

4 stars because it felt new and clean inside and service was friendly. The donuts for me were just okay but maybe I was expecting more. I ordered six donuts for $8: two filled with jelly and custard, old fashioned, glazed and maple. My first bite wasn't heavenly, it was kind of hard and regular like a Safeway donut. Or maybe Safeway might be better. Basically the donut could be fresher. I've had Dunkin' internationally and their product is always very presentable. By no means am I a donut expert but I rather have a Safeway or Krispy Kreme.

Looks brand new and clean. They looked pretty well stocked with donuts. There was plenty of parking. All the parking right in front but looks like it's reserved for curbside orders. They also have a drive through. Came in here during Valentines morning to grab a drink on the way to work. They had a couple people waiting for their order and 2 people ahead of me in line. The line moved pretty quick and looks like a lot of people were in and out fast. I came in to order just a drink and I was in and out of the building in less than 10 minutes. The person at the register was very nice. Probably waited only less than 5 minutes after ordering to receive my frozen drink. I came in because T-mobile gave me a $2 gift card from T-mobile Tuesdays. All I had to do was order and scan the QR code and it deducted $2 from my total. It was pretty fast and easy.

Cool spot. The inside and nice and clean. Plenty of parking on the front and side. We usually get their jelly donuts and the glazed blueberry donuts. Pretty good.

I've went for donuts 2 times this week .. was in and out no problems whatsoever either time! The main lady with black hair is spectacular! She has to scream at you only because of the loud noises! They are also open later than the other Dunkin' Donuts nearby I have to travel a bit of ways but it's worth it! Fast service cheap dozen ! Will be back thanks ! Don't usually give out 5 stars but I have not one complaint so I can't knock any off. Only thing that's a bit annoying is it's right by chick-fil-A so getting around the food hogs is a bit hard they start getting aggressive and you just have to pass by them LOL. It's funny to see them squirm thinking you're trying to take their place in line. Then you pass right by and park in Dunkin' and you see them sigh in relief HAHA. Just something I notice & it's too hilarious.! Believe me buddy I WILL not sit in line for food that's like crack to people. Sickening Thanks for great donuts will be back !

    French vanilla caramel swirl latte
    Veronica D.

I was looking for a place to sit and work so I didn't have to go all the way into the office today but I could still work some place quietly. Decided on Dunkin. I ordered hashbrowns and "snacking bacon" with a French vanilla swirl caramel latte iced. The coffee was good. I asked for something sweet and their suggestion of either French vanilla or caramel was really good. I asked to mix the two and it came out perfect. The hashbrowns looked greasy and burnt. I know I only paid a dollar But there was only like five hashbrown rounds in there. The "snacking bacon "looked half cooked. I tried it it didn't taste much better than it looked.

First time trying Dunkin' and I really liked it! The latte was really good! And for a medium size I'd say the price is decent. I liked that they had breakfast options. The tots were pretty tasty and the sourdough sandwich was pretty big. And they had a good variety of donuts options. I also downloaded the app and already on my way to a free drink! Yay me. Overall this place will be my weekend go to spot now (:

Oh, beloved Big Daddy. How I have missed you…read more After Big Daddy Ross' Cafe closed the doors to their Bay Point location, I was a lost, wayward child. Hungry, depleted, lost (and likely protein-deficient due to the loss of my beloved cheese omelet with avocado), I scoured the earth in search of another breakfast spot nearby, but none were worthy. They just didn't offer up the amazing flavor and friendly faces (hey Omar, Ross, Gaby and da crew!) that Big Daddy's always did. Then, one day, I was picking up a takeout order at a nearby brekkie spot and as I'm strollin' along, Ross himself runs out of their new location to greet me. It was a beautiful reunion and a welcome sight. I finally realized why I hadn't had my omelet in so long even though they had only relocated to downtown Pittsburg: the name change left me totally in the dark! But now that I'm back in the Light(house), I'm back to being a regular fixture in my old hangout. And it's just as good as it always was. Thanks, Big Daddy!

From the moment we walked up to the counter, the attitude was cold, irritated, and downright unfriendly. Ordering felt more like an inconvenience than a customer interaction. To top it off, nobody asked whether we wanted our food for here or to go, yet everything arrived packed in to-go containers. When we opened one of the boxes, it looked like our food had lost a fight with a tumble dryer. The presentation was so rough that we genuinely laughed because we couldn't believe it was being served that way. Good coffee and food can be forgiven for an occasional mistake, but poor customer service is much harder to overlook. Hopefully this was just an off day, because a little friendliness and a lot less attitude would go a long way.

The place looks really nice now--such a pleasant spot to sit, enjoy your treats, and relax, especially with kids. The ice cream is always delicious, and we absolutely love their affogato. I was also amazed that they go by cups--we got a lot for the large cups, which felt like great value! I did want to share a small piece of feedback about our recent visit. In the past, water was available in small jars, but now it's set up in a larger dispenser. After ordering ice cream, we went to grab some water, but it had run out. I let the staff member in front know, and she kindly explained that they were out, which I completely understood. However, another staff member suddenly commented that there was no water and that if I wanted some, I should buy and pay for it. It was a bit surprising--not because of the policy, but because of the tone, which came across as a bit harsh. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which I can understand, but the delivery didn't feel very welcoming. I want to emphasize that I have no issue paying for water at all; in fact, I planned to go back to the car after ice cream to get water since we parked nearby. It was just the way it was said that didn't sit well. I didn't say anything at the moment since I understand everyone can have off days, but I do think consistency in how customers are spoken to is important--others might not take that tone as lightly. When I sat down, another staff member came over and offered my family water. If you happen to read this--thank you. Your kindness really meant a lot to us. Overall, we still enjoy coming here for the great ice cream, generous portions, and the cozy atmosphere. Sharing this as feedback because we enjoy this place and would love to keep having great experiences here.
