I visited this location this morning and regret it. I was mid ordering through the drive-through when I was cut off and a new employee was now taking my order. When I get to the window, the employee did not say one word not a hello or anything. I even said good morning and was ignored. he just stuck his hand out for payment.. I don't usually leave reviews at chain places, but I had a great experience at this Dunkin. We ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and got a caramel iced coffee (less ice, cream + no sugar). The sandwich was awesome - perfectly crispy and the bacon was well spread through the whole sandwich. Coffee was excellent too. Was extremely pleasantly surprised by this meal. read more

Like the others said - terribly badly run shop. Long wait times are the norm. Presently sitting in the drive through line now (yet again ) just trying to get a cup of coffee. Have some time to kill, so figured I'd get this warning up while I wait and listen to the lady who takes orders yelling through her mic as she talks to co-workers. She is apparently unaware of how "push to talk" works. Can't think of anything else to say. Ran out of words before time. 1/4/19 - still terrible. The drive thru line takes forever and once you are in it you can not leave. My drink is made incorrectly every time to the point that it tastes bitter instead of sweet and fruity (I order the strawberry refresher). The staff never wear their masks correctly, they hang under their chin. Why even bother wearing one if it isn't actually on? Today was my first time at this location and I understand every single 1 star review given to this place ... but this is the closest Dunkin' to me and I needed to make a specific purchase for a campaign for Dunkin'. I waited there and waited in line not seeing any employees but hearing one constantly talking to drive through customers. Finally she gets to me and she was so extremely apologetic! As someone who works in customer service I know that this job sucks. As a customer, I also know that waiting sucks. However the poor woman was the single only employee there. Not only did she take all the orders, make all the drinks for Drive thru but made them for the people waiting in line (which luckily was just me). My drink tasted great so I have no complaints on that end. I had to wait a Little sure, but seeing how hard the woman was working to accommodate all guests and be so nice and apologetic to me I was more than understanding. I hope there are normally more people here because that would be awful if she was continually alone especially since it seemed to be particularly busy when I went. read more

I've never written a bad review for any business before, but this Dunkin has become one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. I go through the drive thru almost daily because it's on my way to work, so I'm familiar with most of the people that work there. There's one woman who works the drive thru quite regularly who never fails to be rude to me. Three different occasions I have left feeling like the furthest thing from a valued customer, which is pretty sad considering I'm almost a daily regular. She has lectured me before for a mistake that was her fault (mixing up iced vs hot coffee). I know misunderstandings happen, and I was very polite when I said it was supposed to be iced (I work customer service too, trust me I was VERY polite), but she then proceeded to shake her head at me, act like I was the BIGGEST inconvenience of her day, and literally lecture me about how I should be more clear next time because they're different prices etc...Look lady, I order the same exact coffee every single day. Pretty damn sure I said iced. I wasn't upset that she got my order wrong, but I definitely left feeling like there was no reason for her to make me feel like a piece of shit. Also I understand that the drive thru is on a timer. As a frequent flyer I try to be courteous and have my payment ready the second they open that window and I have open cup holders ready. This particular day I ordered a large iced coffee and a bottle of Coke. She handed me the large iced coffee first, so I took it and turned my head so I could place it in my cup holder. Literally while I'm doing that she snaps at me "MA'AM" extremely impatient and forcefully hands my bottle of Coke as if it was taking me years. Are you F****** kidding me??? This woman HAS to know that I come here every day, being nothing but extremely polite, always knowing exactly what I want and never sitting and counting out exact change. I was putting my coffee down. If I EVER treated a customer like that in my customer service job, well...I wouldn't have a job. The last straw was just the other day. There was no one in front or behind me in the drive thru line, and the parking lot was mostly empty. I ordered my iced coffee, but I forgot something so when I pulled up to the window I apologized and asked if I could add one quick thing to my order (which I know is asking a lot and I NEVER have done that before, nor would I do it if there were other cars in the line). And man oh man, if this woman could've strangled me through her window I think she would've. Glared at me, shook her head, saying shit under her breath, and when she handed me my order she practically shoved it at me, didn't look at me and walked away before I could say thank you. The really sad part is, I used to LOVE this Dunkin. There was a guy who used to work there who was nothing but sweet to me, and I would leave there with a smile on my face. Even if I didn't really need a coffee I would swing by just to say hi and get a donut or something, that's how much I enjoyed going there. Now, the second I hear that woman's voice through the drive thru speaker, I wish I could turn around and say never mind. I never write bad reviews but I felt this had to be said. I'm one of the most patient, easy going people to have going through your drive thru, but now I will literally drive 15 minutes out of my way to work to use a different Dunkin location that doesn't make me feel like a piece of shit. The lady working at this location could not understand English or speak it well. It took quite a few tries for her to find my order to go and then she did not follow the order details (1 sugar, less ice became 4 sugar and extra ice). The icing on cake was that she then told me how to order my coffee and what words to use when I come to pick up the coffee (English tutored by non-english speaker). read more

Not one to give bad reviews, but this location has messed up so many of my orders that one day I decided to call and speak with a manager. My purpose of this call was to simply state that my past 3 drive thru experiences had been ruined by a wrong order in the bag when I got home. One instance I was picking up for my family and 4 out of 7 items I ordered were either wrong or just completely not what I asked for. After speaking to the manager over the phone, he asked for my name and told me next time I come in that my coffee and sandwich was on them for the inconveniences, and I couldn't have been more pleased. That is until in the following days I went to the location, this time actually in the store so I could explain what had happened face to face with someone rather than over a microphone. The manager I spoke with over the phone was not there, so when the lady at the register came to take my order, before I ordered a thing, I told her I had spoke to a manager on the phone a few days before and wanted to confirm that I'd be getting this coffee and sandwich on them. I would have simply paid for the items if she couldn't confirm that I had spoke to a manager, but as soon as I said this, the woman behind the register became so erratic yelling at me, pointing fingers all over the place, saying things under her breath, giving me dirty looks, accusing me of "demanding free food" and then told me to get out. If a manager had taken my name you'd think that they had it written down in a book or piece of paper by the register, but no. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this place is one of the worst Dunkins in the area. The staff are not very nice and they consistently get orders wrong. This morning we went through the drive-thru and got a coffee, 2 chocolate frosted donuts and a bagel with cream cheese. They put the donuts in the bag upside down, so all the frosting stuck to the bag and the bottom of the other donut. Also, the bagel is stale. STALE!! On a Monday Morning at 9am? Ridiculous! I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and this place is the absolute worst! I don't know why I continue to give them my business, except for the fact it's so conveniently located. They cannot get a simple order right to save their lives. I ask for no sugar, I get sugar. I ask for pumpkin coffee, I get unflavored coffee. I ask for decaf, I get caffeinated coffee. Awful. Place is hit or miss with customer service lately. Seems to always be different employees where previously the staff was consistent. With only one car in front of me at the drive thru last weekend, it took 20 minutes before the car in front was helped. Could not leave from line (pinned in with cars behind me). Also, never know when they will close early. Hours are posted as closing at 11pm but closed as of 8pm (tonight). Three stars because the quality of food/coffee has been good and consistent. read more
