This is the worse DD I have been to. If you are local just go to the HIgganum one and see the difference. The EH one has messed up our order every time The toasted bagels are usually burnt. It is slow both in the lane and indoors. They don't seem real happy to work there - hey maybe the pay is crap? Does corporate even read these reviews? Feel bad for the kids that work there. It is astounding anyone could possibly READ that post and take it seriously with the amount of ridiculous gramatical errors and bull. Im there daily so they know my order & always get my coffee perfect (besides newbies, who generally catch on how to make a perfect coffee pretty quickly). Consistently lousy service - staffed by largely unsupervised teens. Cannot make a cup of coffee right, orders usually wrong. Place always overflowing trash. The owner of this location should be embarrassed. Today was absolute last visit to this location. The dumbest kid of all time at counter actually thought I ordered "two" hashbrowns instead of two orders. She was dumbfounded not being able to key in 2 quarter size hash browns. I asked if I could buy a bite of one donut...she was too slow to get it. I weep for the future.. The rest of the Order? Wrong. Pros - convenient location (right in the center of town) fairly quick service, especially at the drive through, clean inside, and the staff, mostly local teenagers, are usually pleasant and friendly Cons - donuts are average at best, and they often run out by mid-afternoon. Not at all a fan of the coffee here, maybe if you drink heavily flavored and sweetened coffee it's ok but I just like it black and I just don't like the taste. read more

Worst ever. Not that busy, yet they make me wait at the drive thru to even order, then rush, don't get it right, reorder at window, throw my food in a bag, get a eye roll when I ask for napkins since they gave me none and since all their food is eaten with your hands,nit just makes sense I'm going to need some. So this girl with big glasses and attitude makes a big deal out of getting new napkins. I rarely go here because of this BS since it's basically every time I come here. I've been to many Dunkin' Donuts' in my day but this one was the worst. While in drivethru the girls are too busy yapping to hear me straight, and care more about their pointless conversation than to tend to the customer. After repeating myself for the 5th time for just 3 items they still managed to screw up my order and nearly overcharge me. Somebody needs to lay down the law and keep them in line. I have been a long time patron here and have watched it go downhill since. While the service is friendly, the fact that I have YET to get a correct food order is definitely way less than ideal. Yesterday, they forgot my donut. Today, I went inside and ordered ONLY food, and they forgot that I ordered food. I ordered my coffee on the To Go app and there was no turbo shot in my coffee, that I paid for. There is some serious disorganization in this place that needs to be remedied. read more

The store was extremely busy, normal I'm sure for a Saturday morning. There were clearly many new people and people being trained. I understand they need to learn, and was very patient. However, after waiting for about 10 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a girl came in and started talking to the staff over the counter. She obviously knew them as she called them by name and asked one of the employees to make her a bagel. Which the employee did. As she passed the bagel over the counter to her (nothing was paid for) I continued to wait. Only when this girl again got the attention of the staff to make her drinks and proceeded to yell her order over the counter did I say anything. I said there is a entire line of people waiting and she needed to get in line to order. She then said, "oh, I work here." As she was in street clothes and obviously not on the clock, I replied that didnt matter. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one. After repeating my order 3 times, I got my sandwiches after almost 20 minutes. which I knew because the sticker on my coffee had a time stamp. Which I had to show the employee to "prove" I had been waiting since he didn't believe me. And when I got home, the sandwiches were wrong. I think if you are going to have most of the staff on a Saturday morning new or in training, a manager should be there to oversee it. And possibly remind off the clock employees they should not come in and get free food ahead of an entire store waiting. I will say there was one employee, Mike maybe?, that was excellent and was clearly helping everyone he could both new people and customers. He should get a raise or recognition. This Dunkin' is okay but they do not stir the coffee at all u had a layered coffee... and I know as a manager for a Dunkin' that you are always suppose to stir the coffee if it has anything in it. August 20 th, at approximately 5:12 pm I had the worst service ever at a drive through , I sat for at least 10 mins waiting to place an order..once at window , I gave my money to the girl and no order came out for five mins..all I ordered was a large coffee , when I asked to speak to the manager on shift I was told there wasn't one ,..?? This is how you treat your customers who live in town. This Dunkin donuts food is mediocre at best. The coffee across the street is much better and a quarter of the price. The big issue I have with this location is the manager running the show to say she is unpleasent is an understatement. Her name is Ariana or something like that she treats her employees with complete disrespect in front of customers. Average Dunkin Donuts. Probably the cleanest fast food restaurant in east Hampton though. The donuts are over priced and if you get there anytime past 5pm, expect to eat some very stale donuts.
