Twice they screwed my order up. Hire people who speak and understand English. I will never come to this Dunkin again.

Horrible attitude problem because they don't accept a credit card... their machine is not working. So their solution is to treat customers like garbage I guess. Awful customer service. I'm a really good customer too. Starbucks has never been mean to me once. And it's not my freaking fault their machine doesn't work. They don't even deserve one star but I have to give it to leave the review. They said they would take the app but that doesn't work. Now might be a good time to kick my coffee habit. I went through the drive through this evening and had a very sweet cashier. I am having a particularly bad day and when I got to the window the cashier told me I looked pretty which immediately sent me into tears. Just wanted to let her know her small act of kindness absolutely made my day and I hope my ugly cry didn't scare her. I tried to say " I'm having a really bad and you just made it so much better" through my sobbing and hope she heard ( and doesn't think I'm crazy lol ) In my embarrassment I sped off and forgot to tip. Im sorry and I'll make up for it tomorrow :) But anyways, 5 stars. They always make my coffee perfect. read more

i've had a few bad experiences with this particular dunkin doughnuts the 1st time i ordered a small hot coffee and the lady gave me with the coffee with no lid and she was so mad cuz she was working she spilt it on my whole arm by accident and then she was the mad one i asked for a another coffee and they refused to give it to me then yesterday i got 4 ice coffees and when i got up to the window the lady told me she was just pressing random buttons and wasn't even paying attention to how i wanted my coffees mad then acted stupid why i asked her why she did that there so dumb they can't even work at dunkin never going back again read more

Very rude salesperson. Was about to ask a question after I submitted my order and he disregard my question. Not only that. Both of my coffees where cold, and although begin the same type, tasted completely different. read more

Horrible they messed up are order and had a really nasty attitude and demanded a tip.

I go here pretty regularly and it's just about the same as other dunkins, but sometimes I feel like the service could be better.

They never understand you nor you understand them and drive-through most of the time they get the order wrong. People who work to drive shoot through should properly speakin understand English. read more

By far the best Dunkin' in the area, imo. The staff are always pleasant and clearly take pride in doing their jobs right. I can only speak for the morning crew, as that is the only time I frequent this location. read more

Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts....This is the one that I use the most. The only thing that kind of annoys me is the drive through.... I don't really understand what the point of the speaker is because literally every single time I go through the drive through and order, they ask me again when I get to the window what I ordered. I used to be a dedicated customer to this Dunkin' Donuts until I moved. I decided to treat myself this morning and was pleased to see they still got it. I ordered two medium iced coffees and two hot coffees and all four items were correct and actually very tasty. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they always seem to be rushing (which may or may not be a bad thing) and I just wish they were a little more personable on the speaker. read more

I use to go here daily sometimes twice a day, then over the July 4th weekend I got a donut with metal chips inside of it which I discovered half way thru the donut,felt something sticking into the roof of my mouth I immediately returned the donut to this store and theday manager pulled the jelly sticks off the shelf, The owner called me two days later after corporate got hold of him, Corporate public relations basically told me So sad to bad about the metal chips i ate, the donuts are baked off site so End of story I asked Owner to contact Corporate and see how I would get comped. I got NOTHING, except a desire to go to starbucks from now on and publish as much bad publicity about Dunkin as I can spread... a lot of people i know have stopped going for fear of what might happen, I will keep up the pressure on Corporate for now , Its the principle of the matter!!!!! read more

Conveniently located near the route 95 onramp, this fine breakfast drop-in spot is an oasis of smiles and good energy. The staff is quick and efficient, and I personally observed their speed as they serviced the patrons indoors as well as a long line at the drive through. While the fast food bar is, in all honesty, quite low, the coffee is sweetened with friendliness and the bagels are spread with a thick layer of respect and good service. I've had it with this Dunkin Donuts. The orders are wrong, the coffee is either very good, or undrinkable. The cups are rarely filled. There are flies on the baked goods. I ordered a deluxe grilled cheese. It comes with ham. They heated the ham on the foam tray the portion comes on. The entire sandwich tasted of Styrofoam. It was awful. read more

Today I made my usual trip to Dunkin Donut's on main street in east haven , ct, The reason I go to this Dunkin is because they have an 8% senior discount. this morning my 2 Regular coffees came to $4.15 and my second trip in the afternoon came to $4.33, turn out the cashier thought it was one coffee and did the discount then rang the second coffee after the discount, I asked her what happened and I got a blank look , so I asked to speak to the manager and a man came to the window and said it was a system issue, which I can understand, but what about my 17 cents, it was the principle of it. i wanted the overcharge back and to my shock he said there was nothing he could do about the 17 cents I was overcharged. this is silly , I gave my receipt from the morning trip and the new one I had just purchased. I will never visit this Dunkin again or any other owned by this establishment , I spent $8 a day every day so for the week they will be loosing about $50 which is $500 of my business every 10 weeks, not so smart for 17 cents. read more

These guys and girls always knew how to make my coffee but they seemed to need some more structure and discipline. Stacy, the gm that took over after the remodel brings that exactly, the crew is having fun, Stacy is running around working with the crew as a team. Walking in there like a zombie at 7am is rough but that crew starts my day off is great coffee, a smile and motivation. Good job Stacy and team! read more
