I always get good service, but even at 7:00 in the morning, sometimes the donuts are stale. It's very hit and miss. I suspect that they are leftover from the night before. In the summertime, doors can sometimes be found open, with flies landing on the donuts. Owners seem used to it. Employees will pick up your donuts using just a rubber glove. The same one they use for handling money. It's very disgusting, and I try not to think about it. They think they are saving money by not having to use a piece of paper to pick them up. The red hair septum ring cashier only takes orders, money and hand a bag. Otherwise in the phone while I sit there. It appeared short staffed based on the hand gestures from the food prep woman as she had to go back and forth to indoor camera. We are regular Dunkin FANS. We go all the time! We had the worst experience ever today. 1. Grumpy order taker - obviously not happy to be there (when we got to the window the girl on the window was taking an order while texting on her phone!) 2. 1/2 order wrong - coffee got sugar when ordered with "just cream". Bagel with cream cheese was toasted when ordered "bagel with cream cheese". 3. Food quality was terrible! Burned sandwich, and THE BAGELS WERE TOTALLY STALE! We have never gotten stale food before at any Dunkin EVER! 4. Lobby was locked so we had to wait in the car line again to get to the window. Everyone was angry we were telling them that the order was wrong. Wrong items were remade. New bagel was stale again. 5. Not one person said "sorry"... in fact the window gal almost threw the food bag and turned her back. No words at all! I hate leaving bad reviews but this establishment needs to step up its game. Every single time I have come here for iced coffee, they are HORRIBLE. They are so weak and are mostly water. Franchises are supposed to have consistent products but that is not the case here. Plus, they need to clean a LOT better. Me and my family get drive through sometime since we live there it's good I get the chicken sandwich which is good it's soft and cheesy which is good and I got the hot chocolate which was okay it was pretty good just needs to be a little more creamy the service is pretty fast and when I get their coffee it's really good overall it's really good. Today I had a caramel iced coffee and it was pretty good we taste the caramel it's delicious but sometimes you get more of the coffee then the caramel but still it's really good and I advise you to try it read more

The WOOOOOOOOOOOOORST So you have 6 donuts. 3 of them have chocolate icing. You take them " to go", ( drive thru or counter, same experience) meaning you have to carry them out. What would you do if you worked here?..... This Dunkin donuts seems to think that if they throw them ALL in the same bag WITHOUT AT LEAST A PIECE OF WAX PAPER between them is a good idea. So now you get the pleasure of all your donuts smeared with chocolate icing, the bag is soaked through, and reaching into the bag makes you want to take a shower. WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE!?!? To add fuel to the fire the donuts tasted like they were fried 7 hours ago, and the coffee is perfect if you love so much cream and sugar you really don't know any better in regard to what coffee should taste like.. I would give it zero stars if possible. This place is absolutely awful. The screw up your order every single time. I stopped going here about 10 months ago but now it's under new management and there's a sign that says "Please come back?". (Yes, with the question mark.) went back a few times with small orders and they were alright but today they managed to screw up ALL FOUR items I ordered including not adding the add-ons I paid for. To make matters worse, there's no way to complain unless you go back to the damn store. Dunkin doesn't have a "complaint" line or email link that I could find and the only number I could find for the store has been disconnected. This place awful. Avoid at all costs. They apparently have mold in their ice and owner refuses to address it publicly - the snackin bacon which is supposed to be the same at every franchise was just their gross super fatty pieces that they didn't want to put on sandwiches. This location is highly inconsistent with the quality at other locations. I cannot understand how their coffee, especially the iced coffee, can be so bad. Just awful, like they never clean out the old stuff. The donuts are always oily and chewy. They're often out of everything and have to go strong the corner and frost donuts to order. After taking payment for my order without washing his hands or putting on gloves, the guy that just handled my money started making my order. This place has fast service but the way they treated you was pretty bad. I guess the manager there was upset about something, saw me, then left the area. I waited for a good 5 minutes before someone else helped me. Understandable. Ordered my food and they looked at me like I was crazy (Maybe I was just taking it the wrong way?) Ordered a maple bacon sandwich... for $4.29 I'm definitely disappointed. I've had this sandwich at other locations and what makes it good is the bacon actually being cooked. Here, it's as elastic as can be and I can hardly taste the "maple" like I usually can when I order this anywhere else. I will never be going to this Dunkin donuts again. The staff that served me was extremely inappropriate. I ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles for my brother with special needs. I was first given a donut in a bag that had the frosting all disgustingly smashed and stuck to the bag with no sprinkles. I asked for a different donut and showed the girl who was handing it out the window. She must've told another worker who angrily came over and shoved another donut out the window in his hand. This donut also looked horrible and the girl told me that it was because they are fresh (so I guess the frosting wasn't set so it was runny?) I was about to ask if they had a different kind that were set when the boy yelled that he couldn't keep giving me donuts, shoved it out the window and threw out the other donut very aggressively. The anger this boy showed actually frightened me. I was not frustrated up to this point, I was just trying to get a donut for my brother that didn't look like vomit! If this was the only dunkin left I'd never have dunkin again. I have gotten donuts from other dunkin that didn't look disgusting - if they weren't set they could've disclaimed and I'd had picked a different option.
