As a person who spent 40 years in the retail grocery business, I can tell you these reports are no joke and could get someone really sick or worse. Many of the poor reviews cited uncooked or cold food on the buffet. This would fit with the report attached. Quite honestly, the BOH in many counties would have closed this place down until corrected but in Ocean county the BOH is very forgiving sometimes at the public's expense. I would think twice about eating here especially if food is cold or looks like roadkill.
