I have to admit, I had begun to lose faith in Dunkin' Donuts (did they drop the "donuts" from their name?) in recent years. I wasn't sure if it was the quality of the donuts or the process they use (which might be the same thing). They just didn't seem to taste like they did in the 80s, when I was in high school. Oops, I think I just dated myself. Anyway, while visiting Maryland, I noticed this location where I remembered a bank to be in years past. I decided to give it one last shot. They restored my faith, thank God. The two young ladies were very lively and engaging, greeting us warmly and appearing interested in taking good care of us. I decided to try the strawberry donut, having just named my new niece that because of her fixation with them. Now I know why. These donuts were amazing! That icing actually tasted like a strawberry product like a shake. And that aftertaste, dude. I also purchased a chocolate donut with chocolate icing, but my wife confiscated it because I "reached my limit". Oh well. Decent Dunkin'. It's on the Golden Mile, very convenient location. Line for drive thru crawled and literally wrapped around the building. We opted to park and run in. Very cramped parking lot and very small store. As always, the unsweetened tea was delicious - they have such a good brew. Hubby loves their black coffee. Decent service, decent drinks! read more

How dare they! They couldn't even do their jobs! I just wanted some Halloween munchies but when I pulled up I discovered there was a line all the way back to the highway! Ridiculous right?!?! Then I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru all the way to the speaker to order my food. I had to wait ten minutes and they didn't even ask me what my order was!!! I had to pull around to the window and to my surprise they were all in a circle having a chit chat?!?!??!!! That's why no one was answering! There excuse was that there was construction and it was too loud when it wasn't even that loud. I don't understand why they couldn't just simply turn the volume up! Then they took my order right there and came and asked me like 3 times what my order was. Also what I went for was not even there!!! Those Halloween munchies were so cute and they were out. Then I got my food after like an hour of waiting. And on top of all of this, you couldn't even go and order inside!!! How in the world you never have sugar donuts? Been there three times and they did not have it. Maybe make more for customers wanting it.

I came here for some coffee and tea through their drive through because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. It was quite busy at the time in the morning. It was also filled with a lot of impatient customers just honking. That was definitely not this place's fault at all. What was pretty bad was that we ordered through the application and specified "iced" in the order for both drinks. In the end, we got 1 order that is iced and one order that is hot. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought we had ordered it incorrectly. It can happen. We looked at the order paper that is on the cup and it literally said "iced". We knew they had messed up the order. Since there was a long line behind us, we were already on our way and didn't want to hold up the line to remake the order. As for the drink themselves, it was normal. Can't really say that it tasted any different. The lane for their drive through was quite tiny so be careful of your rims. read more

pulled into the drive thru to quickly grab a crosissanwich. the drive thru person seemed really tired but took my order very quickly. there seemed to be a holdup from the previous customers 3 down from me, but when that was solved, everyone in front of me moved within seconds. i was serviced basically 60 seconds after that guy that help up the line was done (3 cars down). croissanwich was wonderful! wish it was hotter bc it was lukewarm (reason why i removed a star). service was super fast though! read more

THIS IS MY FAVORITE LOCATION IN FREDERICK!!! Even though it's located in a weird section on West Patrick Street and typically has a long line, it is worth the wait! The staff is always on point - service is quick despite other customers, orders are accurately made and delivered, and the employees themselves are friendly and sweet-natured. A dozen donuts for about 6 bucks and some change? Why not! We asked the employee what she would recommend. She seemed uninterested in helping us choose. Her exact response was, "I don't know." Mind you, Dunkin Donuts isn't a big thing in Southern California. Heck, the closest one to Los Angeles is maybe 3 hours away in the middle of a desert on the way to Las Vegas. I usually have a pleasant experience coming to Dunkin, I come nearly every morning before heading to work (I work right next door) however, this morning wasn't very pleasant. i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told at the window they can't hand me my doordash pick up order through the window, despite the fact i have gone through the drive thru to pick up orders before. the woman working the window claimed "she had nothing to give me" and that my order wasn't ready, even though i could see it ready 10 feet away, she just didn't want to walk to grab it. i only ordered 2 coffees. it shouldn't be the end of the world handing my order to me, especially when i've already wasted 10 minutes going through the drive thru line! i don't ever have this issue with any of the other ladies that work in the morning, but the woman i spoke to had terrible customer service. read more

EVERYTIME ! I have tried this place over and over thinking its close and covenant so let me give them anothet shot. And EVERYTIME , I get disappointed! The drinks arent made how they are on the board I always have to say doesnt the drink come with this or that. For example i got a frozen hot chocolate and they didnt have the whipped cream on it. I had to say doesn't this drink come with whipped cream and than they fix it. EVERYTIME the donuts are hard. I dont care if i have to drive farther next time im going to a differnt location or a whole other place period this is a horrible place to get anything. Ive tried the bacon egg and cheese crossiant and it was burnt having them replace anything is a hassle. Most people wouldn't believe it by looking at me but I rarely eat donuts, maybe once every six months or so. I'm not sure why. I like sweets as much as much as any other person but for some reason puffed up, creamed filled fried bread never really tripped any hunger pangs...but I digress. I've been to this location three or four times in the last year or so and there as been one consistent thread with every visit: They don't seem to carry any donuts. As I said earlier I don't frequent Dunkin' Donuts that often, so I usually have to visit their website prior to any visit. I go through their menu and write down the donuts I'd like to try. When I get to the restaurant the conversation usually goes like this: "Hello I'd like two Chocolate Creme and two Baravian Creme Donuts" "I'm sorry sir. We don't have Chocolate Creme." "Okay just give me the Bavarian Creme." "We don't have Bavarian Creme either." "Lemon filled?" "No. Sorry Sir" "Why don't you tell me what you do have and save me the trouble." "We have one Vanilla Creme and one Strawberry Creme." "Fine! Give me those." This happens literally every time I stop by. I've had friends say "Well it depends on what time you stop by," but it really doesn't. They don't have donuts in the morning. They don't have donuts at night. They never seem to have any donuts. How is this possible? Donuts are in the freakin' name of the store. They should really consider changing the name to "Dunkin' We Don't Have Donuts." I'm done. read more

I've often wondered what this Dunkin' Donuts did with their stale leftovers. Dispatched them to the dumpster? Nope. Donated them to local homeless shelters? Probably not. Rather, I'm convinced they stash em behind the counter and then sell them to me whenever I come in. That can be the only explanation for consistently stale donuts. Unless they never bother to throw out the bad ones, thereby compromising the company's reputation to save a few bucks. They wouldn't do that, would they?? I think so. I love this Dunkin Donuts one time I ordered and left my wallet at home I was so embarrassed. The manager said Just come back and pay. I was so honored that she trusted me, I mean you can't trust anyone these days. Of course I came back And paid but that was amazing customer service and I really appreciated it. Every time I go through the drive thru it's an efficient, friendly experience. My order has never been wrong and I'm always greeted with a smile. The line is always long but I've never been in the line longer than 4 minutes. I love the combo #10. It's turkey sausage with egg whites on pita bread it's perfect, better than Starbucks turkey breakfast sandwich honestly. I don't care for the hash towns they taste to garlicky. I love this Dunkin Donuts. I go through the drive thru quite often and 90% of the time I get through it in 3 minutes or less. It's by far the most efficient one I've been to. I don't know why the reviews are so mixed, but all I can say is I usually get there between 10:45am and 3:45pm, depending on when my own work shift starts. Maybe that's when the efficient people work? Either way, I will continue to go to this one even though I have one right near my house. read more

This location is supposed to be a 24 hour one yet they can't make fresh donuts when they run out? They once told me one night to drive to the other dunkin donuts on Rosemont to see if they had any donuts because they had run out. I go to that one (luckily they had some) and they tell me that it was strange they told me that since they make donuts at their location and the Rosemont location receives their donuts from them! Seriously stinky service! Employees there are obviously rushed and rush the crap out of the customers often with eye rolling and finishing your sentence for you. I love Dunkin' Donuts but the one on route 40 which is closest to me is a complete joke when it comes to the drive-through! They don't have a dedicated drive-through line and people are constantly cutting into the line from Route 40 from the Roy Rogers parking lot and also from a road above Dunkin' Donuts. This is not fair to the cars waiting at the bottom of the line coming off route 40! read more

Second time in the Prince Frederick Dunkin. First experience was good. Today the order was incorrect which was not a big deal because that happens sometimes. The problem was the rude and disinterested manager. She not only spoke to us rude but did act like a manager should. I also asked her when the Dunkirk Dunkin might open and who could my daughter speak with about an application. The manager said nobody knows when it will open and there isn't anyone to speak with. I stop pretty regularly at this one since it's right near my work. Maybe it's the early shift people(I'm here before 5 am typically). But my experiences here have been a mixed bag. Typically if it's the guy in the mornings who is helping you, you're gonna have a bad time. Very slow, typically forgets things in your order and for some reason if he is who makes the drink the ratios for cream and sugar are nuts. Now if it's the other two women who I usually see in the mornings that handle your order it will probably be fine. read more
