She arrived at 5:00 pm and placed an order. 15 minutes later, they had not started her order so she asked the owner working, how much longer because she had to pick up our son by 5:30. He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service.
