This is definitely the best Dunkin Donuts in Central Ohio. I moved to Columbus 8 months ago from Cape Cod , MA ( and if you know anything about MA is that we live breath, and literally DO run on Dunkin. )The town I moved from had over 10 Dunks ( a small town, not a city). When I moved here there were only 3 DD in the area. ( Gahanna, Hwy 23 , and Dublin-Granville) I tried them all and Gahanna is the only one reminiscent of an actual Dunkin Donuts. I go every morning- from Pataskala. Within a month of becoming a regular they knew my coffee order ( Medium Iced French Vanilla black with a Hot Cup, I think that's a New England thing too lol). At first they gave me trouble about the Hot Cup but soon after it's already in it by the time I get to the window. They are always friendly, and always have a munchkin for my dog, whether he's with me or not. The only downside is the Iced Coffee can be inconsistent. Some days it tastes like it's not double brewed and their coffee rolls don't resemble a real coffee roll. Being a New Englander , there is no other choice but to start each day with a Dunkies Iced Coffee. In my 8 months here, Columbus has built 2 new DD, and 2 more are on it's way (Super excited for the one on East Broad to Open next week- less than 10 min from my house, and across the street from where I grocery shop) however , if it's not on par, I'll drive the extra 5 min to Gahanna!!! read more

Usually hit the drive-thru about twice a month. Service is always fast. The iced coffee is very good; better flavor than Starbucks and extremely better than McDonalds. I like the plain doughnuts a lot. Service and quality of product have been consistent over the years I have lived nearby. One thing I hate most in the mornings is wasting time having a drink remade or returning nasty food. I know a visit to this Dunkin Donuts will be exactly what I ordered and no drama involved. read more

I go there every morning for a great inexpensive cup of coffee and a incredible donut. The people are the hardest working people I have ever met and bend over backwards to make sure all customers are satisfied. The one negative is that I then bring hope a scoop or two of the worlds best pistachio ice cream. This place isn't the best for my waistline but I love it. read more

i went through the drive thru saturday night. ordered an iced coffee. i got extra cream. the guy taking my order was very rude. i asked the lady at the window to ask him not to give so much attitude. she said no and gave me attitude as well. I love Dunkin Donuts (I have a tattoo of their logo) and I live the family that own and runs this location (and the one on Dublin-Granville.) The family is SO nice, they remember my order, and I think go above and beyond for a casual eatery.Coffee is aways fresh, the have fresh donuts and bagles, and the prices are great. I would get a part time job there if they were closer (I live in Hilliard.) I go way out of my way to go to their location every weekend :) read more

Love this Dunkin Donuts. Run by very nice people who are very quick! They love dogs and always offer munchkins to my dogs, therefore my dogs love this place too. I go quiet a bit (an excessive amount really...) and if I don't bring my dogs they give me munchkins to take home to them! Love this place. read more

I have been there on several occasions when they are out of the doughnuts.WHAT doughnut shop runs out of doughnuts.....at 9:30 a.m.??? And again before 8:30n a.m. on another day?? Their coffee is not only Luke warm but watered down nastiness. I gave up on this lowsy establishment & go to TIM horton's further down Hamilton Rd. For doughnuts & Starbucks for my java fix. Normally the drive through goes pretty fast. You do have to make sure that you get your order correct. Sometimes they mess it up and forget to add something. I think they changed their cream cheese on their bagels. The cream cheese tastes awful now to me. read more
