The donuts here are pretty good! They're unique and you can find their flavors online and order ahead as well. The hours at this location was a bit confusing but they are usually open through the drive through. There's plenty of parking and easy to order to go. I got a few to try and they were all pretty good. I'm impressed that they have so many flavors available and they tasted pretty fresh. I like warm donuts but not sure when you can get fresh donuts here but their donuts are good! The pricing isn't too expensive for the flavors and size of the donuts. Staff was nice and helpful and gave me time to pick my flavors! I would recommend trying all the fun flavors and kinds of donuts! read more

Brought a dozen of their most popular donuts to my workplace (all flavors listed in screenshot). Funny enough, I did notice that they had put the 12th donut in a separate takeaway container because the other eleven were so large, they took up the entire box! Perhaps more/most importantly, all the donuts had disappeared after a few hours. I felt bad for those who came in for the second shift, for all they had left were crumbs and despair. Amy's Donuts is located on the west side of Columbus near the casino, on Georgesville Road. They offer a very wide variety of specialty donuts that are baked and decorated on site. When I say that these are handcrafted I mean it in every sense of the word. Take a look at the photos I have posted for an idea of how creative the staff here get with decorating donuts. My wife and I had a pleasant experience at Amy's Donuts. A good donut shop is one of the many things we look for while we're out of town. Not only is Amy's open 24 hours, but the selection of donuts here is insane. In saying that, it took us a while to figure out our order. The employee behind the counter was patient and understanding. We ended up choosing 4 donuts: a chocolate Long John with white cream, a maple coffee cake, a bizmallow caramel, and a vanilla cookie. All 4 donuts were top notch. We also went to Buckeye Donuts on this trip. No disrespect, but Amy's has them beat by a mile. I typically review the original locations of businesses, but since the original Amy's is in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this will have to do. I drove 30 min New Albany just to come to Amys Donuts... just to get donuts to cheer up my dear friend that had a uncomfortable medical procedure. That meant that to avoid rush hour I left at 5:50 am. It was easy to get to. Not very far from the freeway. Super easy to see. Very well lit from the street. Bonus: They have a drive thru! Which I didnt use this time. I wanted to go in and see the donuts. Glad I did. Inside there are SO MANY different donuts!! Seriously two big cases just full of so many types/flavors of donuts. A step down from the Colorado Springs location I just been to. Selection was wiped out. Kinda grungy in there - especially the employees. Smelled bad too. Maybe from the dirty mop water sitting in the bucket. The size of some of the cake & old fashions was much smaller than CO spot. All tasted good though & price at half dozen was discounted. My favorite donut is just a light, fluffy, plain glazed donut but this place has so many good options that this is the one place I don't usually get a regular glazed donut. Between the kids and I, we have tried a good majority of all the donuts here. My favorites are the Nutella Fluff and the Strawberry Shortcake (which I haven't seen there in a very long time). The strawberry shortcake is the one that got me hooked on donuts here, it's so delicious! If you are a fan of those strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, then you'd probably like the donut. I am usually not one to consider the novelty donuts with all the colorful and funky toppings but these ones are still light and yummy! I do like the donut holes and regular glazed donuts so don't discount the basics, but definitely try some of their gourmet donuts. I can't say much about this place and other people haven't already said but the best part about this location is the service. I've only been to two other locations (Colorado and Texas) but the service here from day one has been wonderful. Give it a try if you haven't yet! read more

Just a little update on Amy's Donuts. I still really like their donuts but the whole place is starting to feel a bit sad. The service is aways friendly and the donuts are good, but it really looks a bit dirty which is a big turn-off. I still love their pistachio yeast donut and that you can fill your own long johns. I hope Amy's can spruce themselves up a bit and hit that 4 & 5 stars again! read more

If ya know ya know. I've been here DOZENS of times but have just forgotten to post. Very good donuts and Bavarian creams etc to fill donuts as well. Donut holes here are cheap where you get 12 for $1 dollar. Can't beat a spot with a 24hr drive thru as well. This (24!hours open for business) should be the norm all over Columbus since the city wants to shed its "COW TOWN" reputation so bad. These donuts taste fresher than Tim Hortons and Dunkin's Donuts who ship in their donuts from a third party vendor as opposed to making them fresh how Amy's does! They've constantly got a rotating staff working in this place so if you visit one time more than likely the next you'll never see them again but all their staffers regardless of who it is have always been courteous and professional. It's a reason this place has been around for awhile and even survived the pandemic while other businesses FAILED. If you're in the area check em out! read more

So be prepared to be overwhelmed because there are SOO many options here and, to me at least, they all sounded delicious. I've been craving donuts for some time and had Amy's on my list and it happened to be right there so easy picking. Pretty easy to find and they have a 24/7 drive thru so really available for any donut cravings. Anyways, I limited myself to 2 donuts which was difficult as they have flavors across the board. Chocolate, cookie butter, strawberry, lemon, candy bars, just to name a few. I ended up choosing a blueberry fritter and a mocha fudge donut. I've never had a blueberry fritter and it was great, blueberry and pastry just always goes together. The mocha fudge was a frosted yeast donut and the base was so light and fluffy and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. It was a really nice treat. They aren't the cheapest donuts around but not terribly expensice either. If you're craving a sweet treat, I'm sure you can find something you'd enjoy here. read more

I'm not a huge fan of pastries that are just encrusted with candy, so a lot of these donuts are too much for me. However, the more classic flavors and some of the more subdued creative varieties are really really good. They didn't have red velvet this time, which is my very favorite option from them, but I really liked the Andes mints and Heath bar donuts that I got, as well as the lemon and the Nutella ones for a little bit more sugar. We absolutely love Amy's! I love the super cute exterior and interior designs of the place, the always friendly staff, and the freshness of the doughnuts that are served! We have "dined in" and we have taken doughnuts to go! I love that they have books available for kids if you do decide to enjoy your doughnuts inside. A dozen of doughnuts are $17. I think this is great price considering the variety of doughnuts available and the neat, creative designs. We also learned that any of the doughnuts that are topped with your favorite cereals are made as they are ordered to avoid the cereal from becoming stale. I love that. They also have a make your own doughnut type of deal where you can fill a doughnut with your favorite filling and top with your favorite frosting. Super cool! They are open 24 hours which is AMAZING! My hubby DJs at the casino (down the road) once a month and swings through Amy's at 2 AM so that he can bring home a box of fresh doughnuts for the kids and I to enjoy in the morning! Glad I finally came here! It had been on my Columbus bucket list for quite some time. It should be a must on everyone's list! It was evening already and we had just gotten dinner at La Súper Torta just down the street. When we came in, there were a few families who had just gotten some donuts. It's a colorful place and somewhere your kids would love. They even have a drive thru! But if you feel like walking in, the parking lot has a good number of spots. We decided to do 6 donuts. We got one of Cookie Monster, a mocha donut, a pumpkin one, a strawberry cheesecake donut, a plain donut, and a maple bacon. Yum! They were all so good! It's nothing special regarding the taste, but I think they do a great job overall having so many choices. They've got all kinds of toppings and such: cookies, cereal, bacon, fruits, etc. I think that this is a selling point and a reason to check them out. I will add that the mocha donut and pumpkin one were fantastic! I could really taste the coffee in the mocha one and the pumpkin donut was better than the one at Buckeye Donuts. We paid $10 for the 6 donuts. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it. The donuts aren't heavy at all. They also aren't overly sweet which was nice.
