Went to Duncan Donuts approximately 3:30, 5/13/26. I ordered the $6 meal deal plus 2 long John's, a stick, and a Bavarian cream, and it was $14.40. The iced coffee was supposed to be vanilla, with 3 cream and 2 sugar, but it was "Hazelnut," and it had too much sugar. I couldn't drink it. I tried the stick donut, and it was raw inside. I tried one of the Long John Cream filled. It had about an eighth of a teaspoon of cream inside of it and was slightly raw as well. I don't know if it's dangerous to eat raw doughnuts, but it was the worst experience today. However, the egg, cheese & bacon croissant sandwich and potato rounds were good. The people were nice. BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE - they do not try to understand you even if you are polite. their first language isn't english, and neither is mine, yet they don't want to even try to talk if they mess up. SO WEIRD. They will charge your card later incorrectly if they don't like the interaction, and they are rude FIRST! They will not give you the manager any time of day due to worry of getting his name tarnished. Horrible food, horrible service. VERY dirty store as well. What I witnessed today was fucking nasty -- On my way to work I always stop to grab a coffee& for the most part the man that works in the morning is always sweet and I always get a great coffee --it's when I go there in the afternoon things get messed up -- not listening to the order in the drive thru even after u repeat it , unwilling to fix the orders if they do end up messed up ,but what's I witness today was straight up disgusting . I ordered 2 donuts thru drive thru , they kept repeating the wrong order back until I kept correct g them , Get to the window and the order is wrong as I'm looking thru the bag of donuts WITH MY HANDS. I tell the lady about it she asks for the bag back and I kid you not took her tongs and reached into the bag I just had my hands in and put the donut back on the tray for people to grab Not the trash. After I called her out on it saying "hey I just touched that" she acted confused and was like "ok" so I repeated myself saying "you just put that donut back after I touched it with my hands she goes "oh" and goes and grabs the donut with the fucking tongs again throw it in the trash . If I could chose a -negative star review I would...Went through this morning on my way to work. I asked for a large Mocha shaken expresso with an extra shot of espresso. When he repeated it he said Med brown sugar shaken espresso. I said, no and repeated the order, I was instructed to drive to the window. He had my drink and food and I handed him my card. Then I had to listen to him tell me I was only charged for a medium, I said I'm happy to pay for the large which is what I ordered and he had the large in his hand. He gave me my food and card, but he just kept staring at the drink as if he was going to do something with it. He just kept reiterating "You only paid for a medium". Twice I had to ask for my drink, he was so hostile and yelled, "THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN", as if I tricked him or something. Then to find out it was the wrong drink and he didn't care, never even offered to remake it. It went in the trash, it was bad. I've had several bad experiences at this location, from their construction company people they used for the remodel, cursing at customers because they were blocking the drive for 20 mins. with their ladders and buckets. Unfortunately once you place your order you can't just drive around and go inside and get your order, you're stuck.. Employees didn't care when it was mentioned to them. Horribly rude & disrespectful mean people work there. For the price, there are to many other great places in the area to go that will appreciate my business be professional and not blame the customer for their mistakes.. The drive thru was on point today. The staff was kind, quick, and accurate. I ordered a peppermint mocha latte hot and it was delightful. It was a delicious mix of peppermint and mocha for the perfect chilly morning drink. I ordered two donuts with sprinkles and the kids loved them. The maple brown sugar breakfast sandwich with egg was ok, but not filling. It is something I would skip on and try maybe the avocado toast next time. Dunkin' was the only game in town when I was a kid, and I loved them. Nowadays, Columbus only has a few, and I don't go out of my way for them like I used to. I think their quality has dropped, maybe in conjunction with expanding their menu? Anyway, this was handy, and I needed a caffeine and sugar boost. Tried one of their new "ice cream" iced coffee, a pistachio. Meh. Barely tasted pistachio. A generic, decent iced coffee in general, but disappointing. I got a donut to go with it, Bavarian creme, and similarly, meh. Tasted like Tim Horton's. I prefer "doughy" to "airy" (Krispy Kreme,) and this was a little doughy, but the donut and filling seem, again, very generic in general. Service was okay- nice from one person, curt from another. Fast, though, and super cheap, so I'd come back if I was nearby and needed something in a hurry. Maybe I should get a dozen and give them a chance with other donut flavors. During the current Pandemic, we have employed the drive-through window for our purchases. On this visit, my spouse, while placing a Web-order, mentioned an additional menu item involving sour dough bread; she knows I'm a fan. Hmm, I asked if I should get one or two ; I was hungry. She suggested one because it included two eggs. After my first bite, I said this is as close to what I had in San Francisco where I was introduced to sour dough bread about 30 years ago. Dunkin' Donuts is great. This location is fast, efficient, and has easy access to the freeway. They offer a good selection of breakfast items when you are on the run and have no time to sit down and eat. Coffee and specialty coffee drinks are good, as well. read more

I only bump this up for two because I don't want one of the only places to get Baskin Robbins to go away. But it has to be said, the service is not good. You either get the spastic teen/early 20's girl who talks way too much and you feel obligated to smile, nod and pretend you're interested when you just want to eat your damn ice cream cone. Or you get, well, pretty much anyone else. There is a 'language barrier' problem and I'm not saying that to be mean. I know this to be an ongoing problem because on their survey they give you, it SPECIFICALLY lists this as an option for the "cons" section. We have never gotten out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes even being the only car/customers because we have to keep repeating ourselves. Yes, we have a coupon. No, we want MINT chocolate chip, not that crappy chocolate chip you've tried to give us on three different occasions. I can't say mint any more clearly than I do. Not too excited about going back but they sent birthday coupons for free ice cream, being in Gahanna at 100+ degree weather with free ice cream coupons there was no way i was going to turn it down. They had a better selection this time and the blueberry cheesecake ice cream was actually pretty good. Service however annoying as hell. I go here at least a few times per month. I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee, but that's not what makes this particular location special. The staff is really great. Every time I go through the drive through, I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I've never had that feeling at any other drive through restaurant. But it's just that one thing that makes a customer feel good about their experience - enough to want to keep coming back. It's available in most grocery stores now so you can make it at home. Instead of donuts (too many calories) I prefer their muffins or bagels which are just as tasty. I think that they've done wonders with the decor. The old DD's back home were always a little outdated with huge windows and Formica all over the place. Now, they are bright, clean and vibrant with color. A lot of the DD's are now combined with Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream stores, so if you're not in the mood for sugar-filled baked goods, you can partake in a sugar-filled frozen dairy product. This is a good DD location to stop in for a quick snack! They can get really busy sometimes but they will get through the line. They have 2 similar menu items (turkey sausage egg white flat bread and wrap) that are priced very differently, but they were unfamiliar with the product and / or unable to explain to me what the difference between them was. Also, on the morning I visited, they had burnt the coffee and were serving the burnt pot. Chocolate donut holes were so lard-tasting that I could only bring myself to eat 1/2 of one. Went 8/4/2021 via drive thru and got a frozen coffee flavored with caramel and mocha...Perfect! I felt there was no reason for me to ever go to Starbucks again for a Java Chip Frap that I love. Went again on 8/5/2021 around 9:30AM because I loved the frozen coffee so much I wanted another just like it. Well did not turn out the same. I went inside to order because the drive thru was very busy. The girl at the counter was using the same gloved hand to handle money and obtain donuts for customers. This is highly inappropriate. I asked her if she could change her glove; she looked shocked that I would ask such a thing but she did and retrieved my new donuts after needing to throw away the first four that she retrieved using the contaminated glove. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO TRAINING ON THIS...As a healthcare worker, I can tell you that this is NOT okay and is exactly how diseases spread. I would love to see what the health department would have to say about this. Gloves need to be changed between every transaction or you need to have one person standing getting donuts and not touching anything else with their gloves. I am bothered that she thought that this was okay :( The other issue is that my frozen coffee was not as it was the day before...It had a heavy amount of Mocha and little caramel. I consider it a treat to be able to stop in at this DD location and get a large coffee with cream and maybe a snack or treat. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts coffee. Always have. The staff here is just so friendly and quick. I usually go inside to order, even though it's just for a coffee, so I can say hello and drop a tip. The drive-thru is great, though, and I've used that a couple of times when I've been in a hurry. This is my NUMBER ONE spot to buy coffee, if there is ever a need to drink coffee outside of my own home. It happens. read more
