This location always has the freshest donuts. We travel a lot and have been to many different locations and we have yet to find one that beats this location. I use the app to order and my items are always ready when I walk in. It takes seconds to run in and grab my order. I come to this location mostly because it's close to my house but idk anymore. This has been a repeat problem that i don't think will ever change. When using the drive thru, there's a guy who is so incredibly short and clearly he doesn't want to be there. Not that you expect 5-star experience in a drive thru, but c'mon. When I pulled up to the speaker, no hello or good morning but a "what"... I proceed with my order and after each item "k" and "you done?". Once I finished with my 4 items, he told me "pull up". I understand having a hard day but he's been doing that for MONTHS. Everyone else is pleasant and friendly but this gentlemen needs to not be in charge or being on the window or taking orders over the headset. His mannerisms are so cold and out of touch. This location has to do better because this is just one complaint of many others. Do better! read more

I miss the Dunkins in Boston. They're fast, the staff is a little bit crabby but it's the nostalgia for me. This is the only Dunkin with a drive-thru anywhere near my house. Yes, the drive-thru is quite slow in comparison to its Massachusetts counterparts. I did not expect to wait longer than 10 + minutes in line for my coffee and cruller. However, the staff is pretty awesome. Sometimes my giant baby - aka my German Shepherd - comes along with me to grab coffee in the morning. The staff always slides me a pup cup. The surest way to my heart is being sweet to my doggo and so I will happily now wait in line with my dog who grows more excited with every passing car knowing he's going to get a brimming cup of whipped cream to drool all over me with. Love my neighborhood Dunkin! I always get good service, good coffee (besides the inconsistency in cream and sugar) and good food. Today I went through the drive thru (which I normally do) and I had forgotten my card at home. I had some cash on me but not enough for my order so I ended up taking my breakfast sandwich off. I paid for my hash browns and coffee and pulled out only to find that they still gave me my breakfast sandwich. Thanks for going the extra mile Dunkin! I'm giving it one star and here's why, although I somewhat understood the situation when I got to the window for the drive-through and I started speaking to the girl at the window whom I knew was only just working doing her best to do her job. However when I voiced what my issue was and I could see the owners in the background hearing what's going on instead of taking over the complaint and relieving the girl who could not answer the question because she didn't have the answers she just left her to fend for herself. It was somewhat of an issue for me of how chaotic the drive-through was, you when u order online I shouldn't have to wait for a whole drive-through line when I placed my order with an app. Oh and did I mention they burn my food every single time nothing worse than a burnt bagel. Well I gave it a second chance:( Last week i tried and was greeted with "you ready?" I then said "good morning" no reply - so I began to order. When completed, i was asked to "pull up" (i was ok with it, just assumed someone was having a bad morning) - However when i pulled up, the window opened and i was asked "whad you get?" - Yes, "whad! - I repeated my order still ok with it - I was handed a bag (no napkins, so I asked for those) the i waited for my drink, just a few minutes. Was handed my drink with no receipt and before i could ask for one the window closed. I waited until i got the attention of the person back (i didnt want to knock on the window so i waited) - she recognized i was there and opened the window and looked at me? I guess she wanted me to tell her what i wanted instead of saying something? Anyway, I said "would it be possible to get a receipt?" She scrambled to look, looked through the trash at all the crumbled up ones, asked a couple other employees, then (what appeared to be a manager) told her to push some buttons - after a few minutes she explained that she couldn't give me a receipt? OK no worries, can you write the total on a piece of paper, put Dunkin Doughnuts and initial it (so i can keep rack of expenses) - She did so, unwillingly with disgust, but did. (she may have been ok with it doing it but acted very bothered. Swore i would not go back. Well I did - today - Pulled up, asked what I would like - ordered. When my turn, i pulled up, window opened, "what doughnuts did you get?" let the person know, he came back, bag and no napkins, no eye contact, reached out the window and handed it - I asked for napkins, he leaned his ear to me, then grabbed a napkin. I asked for a receipt, and was handed one. Then i waited - after a few minutes, the gentleman came back, asked what i ordered - Told him, then i waited - he then walked over towards a coffee machine, put some coffee in a cup, came back and handed it to me - said have a nice day, and I said you too - I drove off and my order was not what i would have liked - I was in a hurry so i did not go in and have it corrected - I proceeded to work, grabbed some condiments, and made it taste as good as I could. Things happen I know! people have lives and things happen in them I know! But after the last two times i have been there (usually go at least once per week) I just dont want to spend my money when its not appreciated or its a bother for someone to serve me with some sort of kindness. In my honest opinion, I think the staff was so overwhelmed and the lack of leadership was apparent. Wish i had another location closer, but looks like Starbucks and Danishes from now on. It was easy in and easy out. I went to get a French crueller. The staff were friendly and smiled and thanked me for my order. They have tables inside to sit at. There's a room with a couch and other chairs with a television to watch sports or other television shows. This is the only Dunkin that I've noticed this setup. read more

The owner of this location, Julie, spoke to me over the phone today. It was the most nightmarish version of customer service repair I have ever received. I was told she spoke with regular customers that were in the store that day and she "was made aware of their side of the story" and was told I had "somewhat of an attitude" at the counter but she "would have been upset too because the drink should have been free". I told her that I was never upset about the 50 cents but rather the customer service received as a first time customer. I would never call a customer who took time to call me about a concern and accuse them of being in the wrong. If my 10 years of retail management experience has taught me anything, even if the customer is wrong, you can accommodate them in some way. It's part of being a manager. It's never easy to lose your pride but your pride should never get in the way of providing the best customer service in a very competitive market. I stand by the fact that I was never rude. I honestly don't know how I never raised my voice but I was so calm. The fact that the manager yelled across the store to tell me that I'm no longer welcome there was only followed up by "coaching" them about the values of Dunkin Donuts is not acceptable to me. If any of my employees ever did that they would no longer be the face of my store. Furthermore, contacting "regular customers" about situations happening in your store speaks volumes about why the level of customer service in your store is lacking. Professionalism is clearly not part of the minimum requirements to own a Dunkin' Donuts. This owner also owns the Dunkin on Staples Mill. I had to ask to ensure I don't visit any of her stores. read more

The staff at this location needs some serious training. While I could understand the occasional mistake or lag during busy times, that's not the case here. Even if you're the only person being served it takes far too long to get an employee's attention and receive your order, and it's often wrong. I'll forgive only pouring half cups of coffee, but twice now employees have assured me they'll use soy milk and use either cream or almond milk instead. I don't know if it's a distracted misstep or apathetic negligence, but they could seriously harm or even kill someone. Fortunately for me, unknowingly consuming dairy without preventative medication is "just" temporarily excruciating, but I have enough friends with deathly allergies, particularly to nuts, that I've warned them never to come here. read more

Upon walking in this dunkin I could tell that the customer service was going to be terrible. I was not greeted by the manager who was in the front and clearly saw me enter. I stood at the counter for a good few minutes before she finally said something. Her tone was as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. It was uncomfortable. Once I finished ordering and paid, my receipt scanned in and she grabbed it, crumbled it up and threw it away without even asking if I wanted it. I used to come to this dunkin a lot and noticed that since the manager has been changed to her (I believe her name is Maureen), it's been depressing. The other staff is fine but her attitude is gross. Im not asking for backflips when I come there but as a manager I feel like your customer service should be better. No paying customer wants to feel unwelcome and like they are inconveniencing you by entering your establishment. Do better. read more

I used to love this dunkin but it seems everything is far too sugary now. I never drink coffee without sugar but here I always ask for no sugar. Today I decided to try something different from my usual iced coffee and got a frozen hot chocolate. I bought a large so kinda annoying because it was expensive but the drink was disgusting. I couldn't take 3 sips. The best taste I can describe is the leftover milk in the bowl after eating cocoa crispy cereal mixed with chocolate syrup and more sugar and it was so sweet. sickeningly so. Basically $5 down the drain for something that actually might make me vomit to finish. Not happy what this place is becoming. They do not have a good balance of ingredients in their drinks and I'm not wasting money here trying to find one I like. I'm going to start going back to Starbucks. read more

Giving it 3 out of nostalgia - certainly understand everyone in hospitality's challenges but on more than one occasion the app says I can order ahead and walk in to pick up only to arrive and find the doors locked meaning I have to get in the drive thru line and wait if I want my order. Seems small but turn off the walk in option if you are not going to honor it. read more

We were having payment issues with apple wallet after placing our order and the cashier was amazing. He was patient and understanding as we made several calls to work things out. Maybe it's the location but anything in that spot fails and I can see that this DD will be no exception if their service continues to be the same way it was when I went. The cashier never mentioned to me that my sandwich didn't come with a drink and the person that handed me the sandwich tossed it on the counter. I had heard great things about DD cold brewed coffee, so stumbling past this store, I decided to try it. I went in & asked them about the cold brew coffee... they don't yet have it. So I ordered a small cup of ordinary coffee ($1.69) and 2 chocolate glazed cake donuts. There were 3 seating options: A few tables, some oversized cushions at a bar looking out the front window, and a few stools at a separate bar. On my way to grab a stool, I stepped in a very sticky dried spill on the floor. So I chose a stool at the other end of the bar. The coffee was good; the donuts were mediocre. I still want to try the cold brew coffee, but my next attempt will be at a different DD store. read more

This location always has a very long line at the drive through so I prefer to pickup my order inside. The problem is that this location closes its dining room often and without notice. Please don't place an order on their app if you want to walk in and pick it up! More than half the time you'll show up to find locked doors and if you're in a hurry like me, you'll have to forfeit the food you already paid for because you won't have the time to wait in the EXTREMELY long drive through line! And don't think about calling ahead to see if the dining room is open or not because their number has been disconnected! Just avoid this store if you can! read more

Some of the staff at this location are great, but there are a few people who either don't care at all or have had some seriously poor training. The boy who works in the AM with some sort of lip ring (?) never puts a straw or napkins in my bag. He doesn't greet me and has a really apathetic attitude. I work in retail, so I understand it's not always sunshine and rainbows, but come on man. At least do the bare minimum and pretend to care about your job? The girl with curly brown hair and glasses is awesome. Really pleasant attitude and good customer service. As far as the donuts go - they're alright. I prefer Country Style Donuts a few miles up the road. I mainly come here for the coffee. I get the same kind every time and it's consistently pretty good and prices are fair. read more

I go to a lot of Dunkin Donuts and this one is my least favorite. The service was very slow, unfriendly and apathetic. Waited forever to get my food and when I finally got my chicken bacon ciabatta it tasted like burnt plastic and my sisters sausage biscuit come out cold and also tasted like burnt plastic.
