So I ordered a latte with little ice and they gave me a cup half full after up charge for almond milk. The manager said to fill the cup the other half would be $1.50 additional charge .So 7.00 ? My receipt claims I bought munchkins??? for not almond milk.We are talking about 3 inches of almond milk .I spend at least $70 bucks a week here .Give a little get a lot more back by making customers happy not arguing over $ for milk. I was desperately needing a coffee in the morning and saw that this was the closest Dunkin to me so my husband and I took a drive there. I placed a mobile order while we were on the way. Once I arrived, we saw how absolutely crowded it was, the line was all the way out to the street. My husband kept wanting me to cancel the order, but I assumed the line would move fairly quickly... but it did not. We were sitting in line a good 10 minutes before it finally started moving. The drive thru line itself is pretty, it has hydrangeas (which seem to be very common in Massachusetts!) and a beautiful painted mural in the back. There's a random trash can to throw out your trash (in the far right corner, but it is completely inaccessible as a driver and not convenient to use at ALL (in addition to being absolutely filled/overflowing anyway). When we pull up to the front, they didn't read/pay attention to the mobile order which said my husband did not want any whipped cream on his frozen chocolate. I'm not sure why this Dunkin' Donuts is only one star. I was passing by late night and decided to get a coffee for the long drive home. The parking lot is about the average size of all the Dunkin' Donuts with about 15 spots. The parking lot was lit sufficiently. As I went to enter they had workmen repainting walls that looked pretty good already. The clerk behind the counter made my coffee perfectly. I used the restroom on this stop and it was clean. Unfortunately there were no donuts displayed but kudos to the manager to clean off the shelves as they were repainting. I Give this Dunkins a Solid 5 Stars. read more

Gloucester has the most rude greedy Dunkin donuts in Massachusetts, they won't even sell you a cup of ice or a cup of ice water, Starbucks gives out ice water and cups of ice for free cus it's just good to give back in some way cus what you give out you get back even more in return. read more

Wonder why this Dunks has a low rating? It's on the smaller side for a dunks but it is clean. Coffee is always made right when I have gone to this location. There is a woman that works there named Skylah that was very kind and helpful. Several months ago, I went in, it was quiet do I took the opportunity to speak with one of the employees. I believe the woman's name is Skylah or Sky. She was pregnant. Anyway, I explained to her that I wanted a different flavored coffee, something good. She told me her favorite coffee and made it for me. I loved it but unfortunately could not remember what it was. Several months later I returned and got lucky because Skylar was working again. I'm not sure if she remembered me but I asked her, her favorite coffee, wrote down what it was and ordered it. She seems like such a fun worker. This establishment is lucky to have her. read more

Half the people working behind the counter couldn't care less about their job and it really shows. I won't be back. Got a hair in my sandwich that I took out. It was very long and light brown. At least it wasn't curly. I wasn't given a receipt so I called corporate. They were "shocked and appalled" and promised to have the franchisee call me. A week later and I still haven't heard from him/her. So why does that matter? A franchisee who doesn't care enough to follow-up on this kind of thing is exactly the kind of person who will let his crew slack on hygiene. Gross. read more

I usually have good service thru the drive thru but today my husband and I decided to go in. I ordered a sandwich and he ordered a bagel with cream cheese. After waiting 10 minutes we asked where are food was and were told, "I'll make it right now." Gee, thanks, we don't want to put you out or anything. While we stood there for 15 minutes waiting we witnessed one of the employees, a girl with a huge rose tattoo on her neck, sneeze into her hands, wipe them on her blouse and then proceed to pour coffee. I've been coming to this Dunkin' for years now and ever since they released the app which allows you to order ahead, every single time I go to pick-up my order it is never ready and then I have to wait in line which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead and let the employees know I had a to-go order that was not ready (I place my orders at least 10 minutes in advance to give them time to get it all together because this location can get busy especially in the drive thru) or I get there to pick up my order and end up waiting at least 15-20 minutes sometimes for an iced coffee and a donut... that could have easily been ready in max five minutes. I understand everyone everywhere has been experiencing short staff and upset customers but I myself have worked in fast food and in retail over the course of the pandemic and beforehand and I'm just disappointed with the service I've been getting here, they also always forget something in my order if i order more than just a donut and an iced coffee and my family and friends have experienced similar instances at this location also. read more

This is the worst Dunks ever! Always get the order wrong and it usually isn't close to what you wanted for example: I ordered a cheese danish and got a blueberry muffin. I order a french vanilla coffee and got blueberry twice! Sometimes 1/2 the order isn't there. I agree with Mr.Chang U. Dunkin Donuts has really gone downhill in the last couple years. read more
