I come to PA once a month. This location is by my hotel. This is the 1st time I actually had time to order here. I placed a mobile order. I ordered a Maple bacon WRAP with no egg and American cheese. This is the second time at a location in PA that I got a croissant with a piece of cheese and the wrong amount of maple bacon. The snackin' bacon I got was not crispy. It was soggy. My drink was ok. This location is a regular stop for me. Recently, the building has been remodeled and updated. It's has now reopened and resumed providing doughnuts, coffee, sandwiches to customers. For me, I like the standard, glazed donuts. Husband always orders a Carmel latte and two Boston creams. Patience is needed when the drive-thru gets backed up. First of all, while we were ordering the woman taking our order proceeded to keep giggling over the intercom while we were trying to order. When we came to the window, my mom was talking to me while preparing the order and she didn't realize the woman was ready to give us our order. Instead of telling us our order was ready she sat there with a rude look on her face and continued to give us our food with a scowl on her face. This has been here for as long as I can remember, prior to the Dunkin' craze taking over and every store being remodeled. There are still remnants of yore here with the building itself, but everything else has been updated. You would think that this sitting right on Route 30 would make for a speedy in and out, but you would think wrong. Just because it is along a busy highway does not make it an easy place to take advantage of. In fact you have to turn off the road, onto a side street and then into the back of this place. An entrance which it shares with the Wendy's that sits right next door. Depending on the time of the day, that can be a real headache to deal with. Exiting is jut horrible, especially if you intend on getting back on Route 30. That is about the worst thing this place has going for it. Drink and food is what you would expect from a Dunkin'. My sister was pleasantly satisfied to get her caffeine fix after a fast for some testing. Fairly quick service. read more

This place is terrible! They must have a vendetta against the mobile ordering, since the only consistent thing is this: They didnt receive the order. You give them your verification code. They ask if you submitted it even though you gave them a code. They ask if you are at the right store. Then you have to go inside. After waiting in line they hand you an order that "has been here the whole time". The manager lady gets involved even without you asking. Sounds like good customer service, except for she only injects herself to continue to tell you that this is somehow your fault, and their slip "blew off" the box. Get some f'ing tape. I started collecting receipts after the third time, but haven't been back. Trying to give them time to make up some new excuses. Also, i dont want to hear about covid stress. I need to be honest and fair about this review. It's not what is referred to as a, "revenge review" it's as straight up as it gets. I have never witnessed worse service in my life. And that includes McDonald's in Latrobe. Note: in full disclosure, I haven't been to that McDonald's since before the pandemic, so maybe it's better now. There is a new manager in this Dunkin' Donuts. Maybe she's an old manager that just started working in the afternoons, I don't know. But she's been working the last few times that I've been there. She's literally worse than her employees. Out of the last five times that I've been there, four the orders have been wrong. If you find the mistake(s) before you leave the parking lot, (because I learned to check) and you drive back through to get it fixed, you certainly won't get an apology or even a friendly-decent response. But you will get an attitude, maybe even an argument from the manager! (She's seems to be a very unhappy person when at work. And possibly what is still wrong with the staff, even when she's not there.) Hopefully you'll get to talk to one of the younger girls or the gentleman with glasses when something goes wrong. Because otherwise, when your order is wrong, and you take it back to get it done right, prepare yourself to leave feeling like you are the one they feels is to blame. Needless to say I'm not going back. Before this, it wasn't unusual to get the wrong order. And I mentioned something to one of the employees about this. his response was, "It happens all the time." It was nice being able to stop in there because it is really close to my work. I love their coffee... When it's not decaf instead of what I order. (A true coffee drinker knows when they're given decaf.) A former employee who I do business with now told me, "I heard it got worse. That's hard for me to believe. Yes they will give you decaf coffee or espresso if we run out of regular. Even if it's a matter of, nobody stocked earlier or the night before, and they feel that it's too busy to stock during business hours." I was told another story, but I don't know if that's true, so I'm not going to write it down. But I can't get it out of my head. When I thought it was understaffed and overworked employees that was the problem, I had a little more compassion. But this manager has offended me multiple times now. I don't know why people go back. I don't know why I went back for so long. Because it's not convenient anymore. It's an insult to my intelligence. If the option to give zero stars were there, I would absolutely give zero stars. Because this is the worst of the worst. And if nothing else, that last statement is an understatement. read more

Our shuttle driver from the hotel usually always asks if we want to stop on the way to the airport. Usually we are remain quiet but in this occasion we decided we NEEDED coffee for that day. We stopped at this location which had no one inside and only 3 cars in the drive through. There were 3 employees 2 were working and 1 seemed to be getting trained. I know starting a new job can be difficult and training can be stressful but this was a mess. They were getting orders wrong and it took us almost 15-20 minutes to get 3 lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches. read more

I love Dunkin! Their donuts and their coffee, we stopped at this location before checking into our hotel to grab a half dozen donuts for the family as a post dinner dessert. There were about 4 cars at the drive thru, so I decided to run in myself. To my surprise they only had 5 different kinds of donuts available and it was maybe 6PM. So I picked from thhe pathetic selection. We decided to have one afteR we checked in the hotel. Thee kids first said they're donuts seemed weird, once I tried one myself, they were completely right! They were stale as hell, it was like eating a hockey puck, with a little more flavor. I will continue to go to my usual Dunkin location, but this one should be ashamed, and probably closed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy was clueless. I have never had such a hard time ordering a donut! First. It is 9:30 at night. So I expect them to maybe be out of a few flavors. I asked for a plain cake, no. I asked for a peanut one, no. I asked for a blueberry, no. Finally, I asked what kind they had. He mentioned a few. "Pittsburgh ", and a couple cream ones. Then he said he had some blueberry munchkins. I settled with 5 of them. Next. I wanted a cup of coffee. At the window he gave me my order after I paid over $3.00. Then before I left the window I tried the coffee. It wasn't even warm! I told the young guy who had just given me the order. He said, " oh, I will try..." On 11.7.19 at about 15:15 I visited this location. Normally there are little to no issues. Today though it was a different story. I normally order mine on the app this way everything is ordered how I want it be made. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady working the drive through did not turn off her headset so I was able to hear the entire conversation that she was having. Finally after about a minute to a minute and a half she asked me what I wanted to order. I informed her that I was picking up an order. When I pulled up to the window, there was a car sitting there. He was there a good while before leaving. He seemed to have ordered just one small drink. Once he left, I pulled up. I sat there for about 5 minutes before the cashier came to the window to give me my drink. I noticed that it was a medium cup instead of the larger that I ordered. I told her that it was the wrong size, she took the drink and made the correct size. When I finally got to work I was able to try and enjoy my coffee. I ordered the Mint Mocha Latte, sadly though what I got was just Mocha Latte with no mint. During my later shifts I have to order decaf coffee due to being sensitive to caffeine. More than one or twice the facility has given me regular coffee. The one time it was in a large iced mocha. Those cups are massive, and full of caffeine since they gave me the wrong coffee. I was having heart palpations and was shaking like a leaf. My coworkers thought was going mad. Love this place, but it seems like in the past couple months the staff is going drastically down. read more

I stopped there today to get an iced coffee and a sandwich, well the drive-thru was packed so I went in. Well I had to wait for someone to come to wait on me, so I coughed loud to get someone's attention. So when someone came to take my order, I told her and iced mocha, with CREAM, nothing else. When I get my coffee there's sugar in it. I ask her if she put sugar in it and she said yes. So then I said to her, I only wanted cream and then huffs and makes me another coffee. Well, if you would've listened to me the first time this wouldn't have happened. And then my egg on my sandwich is burnt. Went to Dunkin donuts by hoss's and they didn't have much of a selection so we went to dunkin donuts by the mall. TERRIBLE customer service. The girl had a terrible attitude and when my boyfriend ordered his drink she didn't ask what size and their donut selection was low and I asked her if that's all the donuts they had and she said yes and laughed. So after we got in the car, my boyfriend said she had a whole cart of fresh donuts to the right, but you couldn't see them. So I called and the manager said that she would give me my order free next time but I told her I wasn't coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Alright buckle up buttercups because I'm about to take you on a journey. I go to this Dunkin all the time because I work in the area, so I frequently go early in the morning. In the past, morning crew has been great. Friendly, quick, accurate. More recently, however, I've visited this location a few times in the afternoon and it is a whole different world. Wow. The first time I visited in the afternoon, I went through the drive thru. The gentleman taking my order was not a friendly fellow but you know what, sometimes people are just having a bad day. So I order two iced coffees with cream, no sugar. This blew this guy's mind. I had to explain the concept to him. Maybe it was a communication error on my end though, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because hey, we're all members of the human race and we need to love each other, right? So then, I plan to order two donuts: strawberry frosted and maple frosted. They don't have either of these flavors. So I ask for a plain glazed donut. Don't have it. Chocolate iced? Don't have it. Sour cream? DONT HAVE IT. Ya boi ended up with a dang old fashioned donut and a vanilla iced. Not a good time. So maybe this was just a bad day at good ol' Dunkin Donuts, right? NOPE LISTEN UP I go next weekend and they're out of a bunch of donuts AGAIN. They don't even have regular glazed. THEN I got an iced coffee and it was legitimately a cup of milk with flavor and a little bit of coffee. I promise you, I am not exaggerating. And honestly, all of this could be forgiven if they were just friendly and apologetic, but they are not. At all. In addition to all of this, the morning crew must've lost some key players recently because they have been just as bad. This morning, I asked for a sour cream donut in my order, they repeat the order back to me correctly, and then gave me a cotton candy donut. That's the exact polar opposite of a dang sour cream donut. (Bonus complaint: I went there on a Saturday and they were out of flat plastic lids. I went back the next Saturday and they still didn't have any. Come on y'all. I know you get like two deliveries a week. Get your head in the game.) I go to different locations all over town and have been to this one quite a few times and never really had too much to say. My most recent visit was this week and I must say, I will not be returning to this location. What a terrible experience, and it is all because of the young lady "tending" the drive thru. I should of known it was going to be trouble when she cut me off from ordering and told me to pull around as tho I had completed my order. Once I got to the window I waited for her to acknowledge me, when she did, I told her I wasn't done ordering and needed to add something. Instant attitude and scoffing. She smirked back that I would have to pull around if I added my item. I calmly said no problem. She then continued to cut me off with short comments, I tried to stay calm and not give her a piece of my mind. Over all, through her snatching cards from my hand, basically throwing my bag and cup at me. I was so offended I really didn't know what to say. I have never had someone be so blatantly rude !!!! I certainly hope management catches this and they remove her from interacting with the public .
