Drive thru is supposed to be fast and convenient. Worst drive-through experience I've ever had in my 58 years. And this is not just a one time thing. They are consistently horrible. You either wait a long time for somebody to come to the microphone or they ask you to wait a second then minutes later you're calling out to them asking if they remember that you're there. They rarely thank you for your order, never give you your total for your order and never even say please. I don't blame the employees AKA the kids. Instead I blame the owners. The owners are the only people who have been at that Dunkin' donuts since the day it opened. So, they're the ones training these kids poorly. When we got home we took the donut out of the bag to give to my grandson and it looked like it had a hard life...a long hard life! This Dunkin Donuts is in the Yardville section of Hamilton Township just before Broad Streets splits. It is fairly new and in the design of many recent fast food oriented dispensaries in that it is more geared to drive through access than park and enter. There are only 12 parking spaces, and they are occupied much of the time by those who prefer to use the space as a traditional café and sit around while they take their coffee break. The Java is fine, and the baked products look good. The one Butternut Donut I tried was fresh and tasty in that mass produced bakery style. Consistent. No surprises. Lacking in the inventiveness and homemade goodness that a local donut shop would provide. Still, it did the job of offering caffeine and sugar to those in need. The staff was friendly, and it was clear that most of the womanpower was directed toward the drive through operation. Only one person helping those standing at the counter, but 3 or 4 buzzing around the take out window. If you like DD, you will be satisfied with this one. read more

I live close by and have ordered from here many times. The lines can be long, but that is because it is so worth it! They are one of the few places that still serve Bavarian cream! The donuts are more dense than other dunkin's I have been to which I like. Of the dozens of times I ordered our order was only wrong once. Best quality Dunkin from the food to the service. My coffee always tastes fresh and is well mixed. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant is my go to and never disappoints. Everything about this place is typical Dunkin' Donuts except for one thing - they mess up every single order every single time. You just never know what you will even get. I ask for flavor to be added to my drink - it's not added. I've asked for a bagel and received donuts. I just don't understand. I've seen someone working and handling food with no gloves. There are a lot of teenagers working there and, while it appears that they work in a happy environment, they do a real shorty job. I don't know if it's that they are well monitored, if they aren't set up for success, or if they just don't care like most teenagers. I shouldn't have to explain this, but for the record, an English muffin is supposed to be toasted before it is served. The menu lists "ham, egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin" so when I placed my order I said "I'll have a ham, egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin, please" and the youngster taking my order says "ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin" (no mention of toasting). I have gone to this location for 2.5 years. The store runs like a well oiled machine. This owner deserves manager of the year. He has many staff members that you can tell are very happy to be there. Worst service i've ever had. My 6 year old and I stood in line for over 10 minutes, until we finally got a "yea yea, i'll be right there". Meanwhile there was no other customers in line. 7 employees either standing around or sitting on the counters. Our order was a large iced coffee, a small cosmic strawberry coolata, and a 25ct of munchkins. The cups were covered in the syrup and sticky. This is by far the worst dunkin donuts that i have ever been to, atleast so far. We will not be returning here again, even though it is very close to our house. This is the laziest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I was actually told this morning that they're not allowed to put honey in my tea. Twice a day every morning I go to a Dunkin' Donuts and no one has an issue with putting honey in my tea, lazy just plain lazy. Well this is my second bad review. 1. They charged us for coffee when the Eagles won the day before. This was Monday. 2. Tuesday. .. they gave me the wrong coffee in drive through. Seriously! 3. I go through this drive-thru every morning so 7 days a week 365 days a year I order the exact same thing. They know my name and know that it is me just by my order but all that aside I usually have to take my coffee home and fix it. That I don't mind as much as the issue with my bagels. The reason I am writing this is because this is the 4th or 5th time I can't eat something I paid for because it's burnt!! I always get a coffee and an everything bagel plain, not toasted and I always say a light one if you have it. I prefer a bagel that is just cooked. I am not very picky so even if it was dark I would eat it but this is ridiculous. Most times it is edible but today like some other days it's so dark that all the garlic, etc. on top is black so the entire thing tastes burnt and I can't eat it. The even bigger issue is when I took a bite of the part I thought I could salvage it tasted like perfume from I'm sure someones lotion. I threw it away so there's money down the drain, not to mention I usually tip $1 everyday. Most times if I don't have $1 on me to tip I won't even go. Maybe all the bagels that came in were burnt and they couldn't help but give me one. If that is the case then whoever bakes the bagels is at fault but the lotion is an employee issue. All the parking spaces are taken by employees. Mid afternoon there is 6 people working with nothing to do but hangout. The tables and bathrooms are dirty. The bathroom has paper towels on floor and there is no toilet paper. And the employees are complaining there is not enough employees. And they should hire more employees. read more

I live extremely close to this location, so I've stopped in a number of times. The parking lot is awful. Chances are you'll get blocked in if you park because of the drive thru line. If you go to the drive thru make sure that you check your food and drink before driving away...I've been given the wrong order on multiple occasions and had to double back. One of the worst locations ever but unfortunately convenient as its a couple minutes away. First off, they need to take the woman named Mina off the register. She barely speaks or understands English. You cant understand her when she tries to talk to you. I went in here to order the 2 for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissant special. I walk to the front door, pointing at the sign and say can you walk over here and look at this?!?! It's right here!! She's standing behind the counter staring at me saying....nooooooo. Now I'm like wtf and getting even more pissed. She calls over another guy working behind counter. Telling him I want 2 for $5. He looks at me and says what are you trying to order. I walk back to the counter and she goes ok. No brown sugar. So I said...huh!?!? What are you talking about!?!? She says.......brown sugar bacon, no. I tell her I have no idea what you are talking about and never once did I say brown sugar anything. They seriously need to train and/or have better staff.
