Employees barely acknowledge you. Donuts are stale and the infestation of fruit flies in the corner of the dining area? To top it off, two employees were arguing. None of the employees look happy. There's another location off 39 that you never guess they represent the same company. read more

When I arrived at the drive through there were 6 cars in line. I ordered and the girl was very nice. I got to the window and the guy had his back to the window talking to about 3 other employees who were standing there. He open the window didn't say a word to me. Took my credit card rang up my sale. Then held his arm out the window with my credit card and didn't even look at me. Closed the window and then when he gave me my good he still did not say a word. I've worked in customer service my whole life and this was very poor customer service. read more

This is the third time I have gone to this DnD and had stale donuts. Before it was 2 glazed, almost hard as sourdough. A few days later, same deal. They obviously did not make these this morning. I was there between 0715 to 0720 and these were not made freshly. Today I tried again but got two coffee rolls and the same thing, very hard even in the middle. My coffee order was black coffee with some ice in it and 5 sugars. I got some kind of latte (I think)... my husband's order was 1 glazed cruller and 1 glazed donut. What he got was a glazed donut and a Boston creme filled donut. His coffee was not correct either but we're not sure what he got. I would never recommend this dunkin' donuts! read more

I've only gone to this location a handful of times, always during peak rush hour in the mornings, and their drive thru is SO fast. I have never had any fast food place be so quick, especially not with as many cars as they have in line! The attendant at the window is also always super friendly and pleasant! read more

Terrible service, I always come in with a large order and pay in cash. Tried calling ahead to have my order ready and they said to just come into the store. Then the cashier wouldn't take my cash payment so I had to get in line in the drive thru in order to actually place my order and be able to pay for it. read more

This is a small building across from a large fuel station, but within a 2 minute walk. It was slow, which was a nice change. With it being a small building, the selection is also small. I ordered a half dozen mix and a medium coffee with cream. I would recommend this Dunkin Donuts for a nice small break. read more

There is a Dunkin right outside the entrance to Hershey and there is this one also - near the park. We had a quick breakfast here.Prices at the DD inside Hershey are HIGHER. These are also higher than our local Philly one. Got all the basics. Iced coffee, hot coffee, breakfast sandwiches, a donut for the kiddo. A necessary evil. read more

The location is convenient - right behind the outlets! There was plenty of parking right out front, too. We stopped in for breakfast before an afternoon of shopping. It's very standard as far as the chain goes. I thought the staff were friendly and efficient, even though they were swamped by a bunch of runners from a Color Run. My one major disappointment was the bathroom. It was pretty dirty and I felt gross the whole time I was in it. The rest of the store, however, was clean and organized. read more

I've been there with friends and we got our order but we were missing three orders of hashbrowns and they told they gave them to us and wouldn't give us the orders we were missing even though we paid for them and then we went back today and the same thing happened except this time they actually gave us what we were missing but they gave us a lot of attitude about it read more

As someone from MA, I'm used to a DD on every corner. In general, the coffee is not great, the employees typically get orders wrong and are not very personable. This DD was a great change from the norm. The coffee was very fresh, my order was done correctly (even no cheese!) and the employees were especially kind! read more

The counter person made us stand there and wait while he wiped down the coffee machines, the counter, etc before he took our order- note there was no one on line behind us, there was four other employees behind the counter, the manager was making the breakfast sandwiches and only one of the dozen or so tables were occupied. When we finally got our food, after repeating the order to the manager three times, we realized every single table was dirty. I asked the manager for a cloth to wipe off the table, she said she would get someone right away. A little while later, we are still standing there patiently waiting for somebody to come out from behind the counter, and the manager asked me why I was still standing there, so I said we were still waiting for a clean table. She snapped at me and said everyone was busy, be patient. Let me remind you- still only one occupied table, and no one had come in after us except one woman to complain the milk container she had bought a few minutes ago was past the expiration date. I'm 80% impressed with the change in service. I was in here a year ago and the staff dismissed another customer complaining about their order being wrong. On past visits the staff hasn't been very friendly either. Maybe I just caught them on a good day today, but the staff greeted me, were inviting, engaged me in small talk, and made jokes. read more

My bagel was hard, tasted rewarmed and there was barely enough cream cheese only for 1 side of the bagel. The chocolate donut looked pathetic and I requested sprinkles. Not only did they not give me sprinkles but star shaped objects my daughter can't eat.....There were maybe 6 sprinkles on the donut. The egg sandwich on a muffin was really delicious. About a week and a half ago I visited this store. I'd like to tell you the story of my experience. My daughter and I was shopping at the Hershey outlets. Early afternoon we started to get hungry so we decided to break for lunch. I have not really been to a Dunkin Donuts since a worked in one twenty plus years ago but this store was located conveniently and I knew from advertisements they now serve sandwiches. We decided to give it a try. We walked in and after deciding what we wanted we walked up to the counter where we were greeted by a woman with absolutely no emotions. Very monotone, flat and almost robotic. Didn't even crack a smile. I ordered two sandwiches, a bottle of soda and a large cup of Carmel/hazelnut iced coffee. At this point I was asked if I wanted cream and sugar which I thought was pretty odd considering I had just ordered flavored iced coffee but I'm a fairly new coffee drinker and I know everyone makes it differently so I said sure. We paid and moved over to wait for our order at which point I noticed a young girl out of the corner of my eye approaching the counter with a small cup of iced coffee. I couldn't hear what she was saying but I could clearly hear the woman on the other side of the counter say " It's already in there. So, you are saying you want more carmel. " I didn't think more of it at the time since this is where another woman with a very similar demeanor calls out my order and literally throws my bag onto the counter. Moments later a man comes around the corner saying something inaudible and slams a cup down. Because there was no one else there waiting and there had been no other orders placed after mine I gathered that this was my coffee so I picked it up and we proceeded to sit down. My daughter had a croissant and I had flat bread, both hard. Not crunchy. Hard! I realize this is not a sandwich shop but I'm pretty sure they want to serve a quality product. Now I take a sip of my coffee. I get a mouth full of sugar and what tastes like cold, black coffee. Not very pleasant since I was expecting carmel/ hazelnut. I stir with my straw and shake it up some hoping to blend it more and take another sip. Same unpleasant sensation. So I look at the bottom of my cup and I find a huge gob of sugar. At this point there is no way it's gonna dissolve since I'm drinking iced coffee. However, I paid for this so I'm gonna drink it. I get only about a quarter of the way down before I give up. It's just to unpleasant. I finish my sandwich, my daughter only eats half of hers. Because of what we encountered earlier and because of the way the woman behind the counter talked to the young girl, we decided to leave rather than complain right then and there. I don't know if this is usual for this location or if this was just one of those days, an isolated incident. However as I'm sure we all know bad customer service reflect directly on the brand. The fact that this store is located right between the Hershey outlets and Hershey park I'm sure that this is a high volume store. There are millions of visitors to the park every year. So, I am going to try another location before giving up. read more

The donuts are generally better than other Dunkin Donuts. With that said, most of the people are usually nice there, but the Indian guy is a complete douche bag. We asked if there would be more Boston creme donuts to the girl that was there and she said they could make a couple for us so we let her go get a drive through order while we decided what we wanted to do. Then that guy came out and we said we would take those couple donuts she said she would make and he very harshly said if they're not in the bin, they don't have them! This place does not even deserve a star at all!! We have been going for years (live right by) and EVERY TIME we go in there is a problem. Wrong order, gift card issues, wrong drink, wrong doughnuts and the food is never good. They are not nice or apologetic either, they seem annoyed! They don't speak English very well either so I'm not sure they even understand what is wrong. This is the final straw, will never go back there.
