Slowest Dunkin in western mass. Drive thru Took 13 min to get a coffee with only 1 person in front of me.

The longest waiting times ever. Not once in a while it's a daily occurrence. The parking-lot is set up like Helen Keller set it up.

Never fails takes at LEAST 20 minutes in the drive thru even if there's only one or two cars . Every time you pull up staff is busy talking to each other or on their phones .. I rarely complain, even ten minutes I'd accept . Youd think after the rebrand it make things easier and quicker for the staff .. it has not ! It's gone way downhill . I work in the industry I can make 30 alcoholic drinks to their every 2 coffees it's SUPER FRUSTRATING ! You use to have great employees that worked afternoons bring them back ! read more

I ordered a frozen matcha latte but it wasn't frozen nor did it taste like matcha. What in tarnation is this black magic

Don't go to this DD location. They make mistakes frequently and then refuse to fix the problem (even the manager!). Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other location besides this one! read more

I go to this Dunkin' almost every day with my dog. He gets so excited when we go because I order him a small cup of whipped cream aka "pup cup". Today I went and a manager came to the window and was extremely rude. She said " what did you order? I don't even know what that is" and " I can't even put that in my system there is no option for it". Mind you my dog is two and we have been going here for two years and no one has ever told me this. I told her we always come here and he gets one and I don't mind paying for it. Let's just say she wasn't very nice. My poor pup came up to get his cup treat and was looking around for it. He didn't understand what happened. I called another store and found out this store was owned by the same person and she said "employees should not be doing that". During these times, it's the little things that make things in life feel normal. It's sad that Dunkin is not pet friendly. I will never go again. You just lost a customer. HORRIBLE customer service here. Can't take an order right then gives you attitude. Slow slow service. 2 coffees wasted 40 minutes of my life. No over exaggeration. People behind me in linen walked out. Will NEVER stop here again. Workers walked around like they were on vacation filling ppls orders. They don't understand spoken English, or Spanish for that matter as a Spanish speaking customer in front of me ordered them she handed him 2 coffees instead of the single one he ordered and then told him to just take it. I recently moved and this now would be my "new" Dunkin and I am absolutely disgusted on how the "manger" was belittling and yelling at the employees let in front of customers. I always go to this Dunkin but it looks like they've hired some new people who need more training in costumer service. Today Sunday the 10th I ordered two large COCONUT lattes. The guy working behind the counter seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He asked me TWICE what flavor and both times I replied COCONUT. He still messed up my order and gave me hazelnut instead. I was already home before I tasted my latte. Hazelnut is a nice flavor but I would've preferred what I ordered coconut. He also didn't write the order on the cup and he didn't give me my receipt. I think some of the employees need more costumer service training and testing for accurate orders before they actually start working. A costumer shouldn't have to repeat an order twice and STILL get the wrong order. Do better Dunkin. read more

Shame on management at DD for such poor service on Sunday mornings. One person should not be manning the front counter when the line is out the door. The drive through was out the driveway and past the intersection. So understaffed! It is too bad that staff has to suffer because of poor management. The food is always cold and bagels are barely toasted. The hash browns are always hard. If they mix up your order they aren't apologetic.

Love this Dunkin's! It's always very clean and they get my coffee right. I would give it 5 stars, but there are two or three staff members who are so rude EVERY time. Other than that it's my favorite Dunkin's. read more

I used to go to this DD every morning for a drink but stopped when I heard one of the employees mimicking me through the drive thru speaker. District Manager promised me a handwritten apology which I never received, corporate sent me a $5 gift card. After I had been a loyal and pleasant customer for 10+ years, that didn't really cut it for me. read more

Do not come here if you want your morning ruined. Staff will give you so much attitude if you ask for your order to be fixed. Slow service. More often then not cold food. Coffee is usually fresh though. Biggest problem is service: apathetic workers, are always reluctant to correct their own mistakes. Understaffed. Unorganized. Go to Nick's nest across the street instead. read more

This dunkin donuts is always very clean and friendly. They get your orders right and are very nice. 2 restrooms and outlets (power and usb)at every table. Only complaint is that they have CNN constantly blaring. But that seems to be a dunkin donuts problem in general. read more

Shout out to the new manager. About a month ago I went in on my way to work and a customer walked out with my travel mug that had my coffee order in it. The manager at the time apologized and asked for my name and number. I never heard from her. I went in this afternoon and spoke with the new manager and she too apologized and replaced my travel mug. No questions asked. The cup she gave me was a better cup then I had and when I mentioned that, she said "no problem." I want to keep my customers happy". Now that's GREAT customer service!! Worst coffee around, and ever WORSE SERVICE! I swear, every single time I go to the Dunkin' Donuts in Holyoke on N. Hampton St., they screw up my order. I ordered a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar but they didn't put any sugar in it and barely put cream in it. The service was rude and they basically throw the food and drinks at you if you go through the drive thru. read more

Go to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday and usually order Turkey sausage egg cheese on flatbread. Today order just egg on a flatbread nothing else on it and was charged the same price. To me this is a ripe off the price should be able to be adjusted bases upon what you order. Not happy will rethink going to Dunkin Donuts. read more

This Dunkin store is one of the better stores in the chain. I only do the drive-through, and I'm impressed by how they can handle the morning crowds. I stop there on my way to work withvery little time to spare, and they always come through. Very impressive! read more

I go to this Dunkin almost every day at different times each day. 7-8 is a really busy time and the line and traffic can be intimidating but it goes really quick! They rarely make mistakes and they make my blueberry iced tea perfectly sweetened, which is kind of an art. They have more options for donuts and muffins then other local dunkins like the south Hadley Dunkin, the staff working the drive through is also always pleasant to me! read more
