Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints! Their service is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient, no matter how busy they are, they always get orders out quickly and correctly. The staff is professional and upbeat, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. It's refreshing to know you can count on perfect service every single time. Brady, Lauren, and Amanda are absolutely fabulous! They always go above and beyond, remember my order, and greet me with a smile every time. The food is always fresh, the donuts are delicious, and while the munchkins could use a little extra glaze, everything is still great. Huge shoutout to this Dunkin'. My cohort is getting a haircut next door. To kill time, Dunkin Donuts is right there. Went to get something till later. Walked in and didn't see anybody behind the counter. After a while I called out. A young guy came out of the dark recesses of the store. Placed my order: E&C on an English muffin and a small coffee. It came out fairly quickly. Took a counter seat by the window and noticed a large fly just sitting there; not moving or disturbed that I sat there. Finally shushed it, to see if it was alive. It was! If I were in a horse stall I'd expect a few flies; not in a restaurant. Kind of an appetite killer, knowing where flies usually hang out. When my friend finished her haircut, she came to meet me. She also spotted this fly, that should have license plate on it considering it's size and told some young girl behind the counter about it; that the Board of Health might give them a citation. read more

I appreciated that this was one of only a handful of Dunkin's open on Christmas Day. Got a a latte, bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, and a breakfast sandwhich. Despite it being a holiday, my order was processed quickly and correctly, which is all I can really ask for. I asked for a cup of water on my way out and staff were gracious enough to give me one. The most obnoxious experience every time I go in or pickup an order. Staff just hangs around each other in the same spot talking to each other, no acknowledgment of customers while we stand there. Alright well it was only a matter of time till I get on these guys cases. Before I go in allow me to spare you all some context. Dunkin' is one of my all time favorite franchise and it singlehandedly kept me alive through my high school career. This Dunkin' however is just absolute trash. It's main purpose of ever being erected in the beautiful town of Hopewell is to catch whatever traffic overflows from the local church parking lot. I highly recommend not consuming this places goods if you don't want to receive disgusted looks, have your order messed up with no refund or anything, or if you're ok with how poorly they treat their teenage employees. As a huge Dunkin' fan, I am let down this place is still in business. read more

This location is a bit weird, it looks like it has a drive thru window, however it belongs to the bank next door! Aside from the need to move my legs to get my coffee this store is having a little trouble getting things organized. Seems like there is no one in charge at any time. The cashier takes your order, prepares the drink, cares for the problem of previous orders, oh wait who is next? Is this your coffee? In the end everyone got what they ordered. Super slow service. I went on my lunch break, which luckily is an hour instead of a half hour, but my avocado tomato toast took FOREVER. The girl making the food seemed to not care that I had been waiting, or that there was a line forming. I was inside for about 10 minutes before I finally got my food, and I did it through the app before I got there. Made my coffee with no sugar or flavoring even though that's what it said on the sticker. Coffee was old and left a dry taste in my mouth.

Very nice friendly counter servers here at this DD. It's very "home towny" meaning they greet you with a smile and provide excellent service. It's only shortcoming is no drive thru. So if youre in a hurry you might want to option for another DD. read more

Just visited this Dunkin Donuts.. I ordered a jamocha almond fudge and it tastes like hazel nut.. My son got a cookie dough iced latte that tasted like water.. And my future son-in-law got a watermelon coolata that tasted like water and was the consistency of water.. No ice.. Also they said they were out of whip cream.. My son works for another location and said they were to lazy to fill the coolers before the end if there shift.. This is not the first time they have messed up my order.. I try to go to Wappingers location before going into Hopewell because I know they always mess up my order.. read more
