I actually visit here quite frequently because of its convenience right next to work. I love their breakfast menu. However, the quality of it is always a hit or miss. Sometimes it will be piping hot with the cheese completely melted. While other times the sandwiches will be like warm with the cheese not even melted. We are in from out of town and where we were staying this was the most convenient for a quick breakfast. I ordered the turkey sausage and egg on flatbread which was great. My husband had the Big N Toasted and asked for sausage but they gave him bacon. The Dunkin Donuts back home messes up orders all the times so maybe it's a trademark thing (sarcasm). I guess this location is a popular place for high school students because it was full of them and very loud. I realize this was not the fault of the employees by any means but if you're looking for a peaceful Saturday morning breakfast you might want to look elsewhere. read more

I got an Iced coffee this morning on 4/25/19. The worker wasn't very pleasant when I placed my order. She was very rude. I asked for an Iced Caramel coconut latte. Then she proceeded to tell me that the latte machine was down. Then I asked her for a coffee and she acted like I was asking her to give me her beloved do RUDE. I understand it's 8:15 & your tired but you don't have to take it out on your customers. Then I got to my place of employment, and I started to drink my iced coffee. All of the sudden I starred to taste something funky in my drink. I then realized someone had spit in my drink. I had to throw my drink away and it was DISGUSTING !!!! I have never in all my life experienced something like this. I hate to say it Dunkin' Donuts but you have lost a loving customer. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's such a disappointment every time I go with how poor the service is. Over half the workers I've uncounted in the drive through or inside at the counter are in a negative mood. This morning was likely my last efforts to enjoy this particular location. I went inside this time to try and save myself time with how incredibly long the drive-thru lasts. The lady at the counter saw us walk in, with people at the counter and another customer walking in behind us and immediately said "just one moment" and walked to the back of the store. Few minutes later she arrived to take the mans order and as he asked for his order she was incorrect in what she grabbed, so the man corrected her. Of course she didn't like the customer correcting her so she rolled her eyes and looked frustrated as she looked for the proper donut. If you ask me, getting something wrong is not serious, but to then have an attitude in your reactions to your customer correcting you is not a well trained employee. Granted this could have been a bad day for her, but it seems it's always a bad day for all employees at this location. Love Dunkin', but if you want to get to work on time, don't waste your time here. If you want to spend 30 minutes in the drive-thru or 15 minutes just waiting for help at the counter inside, then this location is for you. Would post a picture of our order but we ended up walking out after we saw the negative attitudes. I don't prefer to give my business to a negatively staffed establishments. read more

i normally enjoy this location in the morning the people are super friendly. my fiancé and i went yesterday. i did a mobile order for an assortment of donuts and an ice coffee. when we pulled up and told them we had a mobile order they informed us they were out of some of the donuts which is fine until a women came over the speaker and said i can tell you what donuts we do have and my fiancé said sure. she proceeded to say well if you don't want to know what we have i'm not gonna waste my breathe. there was no reason for her to answer that way and i feel like it was uncalled for. the young man we dealt with at the window was very sweet and apologized but the women was rude for no reason at all. i probably won't be coming back here i would rather drive out of my way than to have to inconvenience somebody at a coffee shop so. read more

I came in this morning and was very pleased with my service. I am writing this review to give recognition to the wonderful cashier that served me. She was a young girl in her early 20's with dark medium length hair. She literally made my day. She complimented my makeup so enthusiastically and it put me in such a better mood. The donuts are stale, and when I asked the person behind the counter, she was very confusing. I told her a donut was stale, and she said they were from "last night". She said the donuts were thrown out after 18 hours. So, when I'm asking at 5pm what "last night" means, I'm them told they are from this morning. Very vague and evasive, if you ask me... and at the end, i still had two different stale cake donuts, with no effort to try and fix the situation. Add in that it seems there is always someone new at the register who is clearly still in training, it's just not a great experience! read more

Hands down, the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I travel frequently and have been to Dunkin Donuts locations throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee (I'm a big coffee drinker), but this location has blown it both times I've been there in its brief time here. To begin, I order the medium (16oz) cappuccino. What I received both times was a 16 oz cup, half full of foam. When I measured it out, the cup contained only 8-9 fluid ounces of beverage. That is utterly ridiculous, not to mention completely illegal - you can't advertise a medium 16oz beverage, and then only sell 9oz. If this happens again, we may be looking at another class action suit such as when Subway advertised foot long subs that were only 11" long. To add insult to injury, the beverage I ordered - both times now - was not even correct. I always - ALWAYS - specify that I want my cappuccino flavored and sweetened. Both times I found out after leaving (I let it cool a few minutes before tasting) that my cappuccino was completely unsweetened. This last visit I even stated 3 TIMES that I wanted it sweetened. So I order a medium (16oz) cappuccino flavored and sweetened, but what I keep getting is a 16oz cup with only 8-9oz of unsweetened cappuccino. Unacceptable. I'm at a loss for words how something so mundane and simple can be so royally screwed up. All I know is that the excitement for having a Dunkin Donuts location in Jones Valley has vanished and this location is killing the Dunkin Donuts name. This needs to be corrected, and fast. I go to the one on south parkway usually but went to this one today. and was VERY displeased with my experience. the workers all were young, probably high school age. the girl on the speaker in drive thru was extremely rude to me and then the boy at the window also didn't say anything at all to me the whole time besides the price in a very bad tone. and then after I grabbed my stuff he said "have a good one" in a very rushed like "get out of my way" tone and almost forgot my debit card. i asked for almond milk in my drink because I have a milk allergy and these workers gave me regular milk instead even though I asked for the almond milk. then I called to talk to a manager and called 3 times at different times and nobody answered. safe to say you won't see me back at this location. read more

Let me start this long review with this, you don't mess with a pregnant ladies food. I've been coming to this location for about a year now and have always had a good experience with the employees. I have gotten cold food recently (the wraps) when I ordered but I decided to just not order those things anymore. I don't make things a big deal, except today. Anyways, Today I received my order from the manager, Desseray (excuse my spelling). I ordered through the drive thru a heated chocolate chip muffin with butter and a large unsweetened ice tea. Im pregnant and have been craving a heated chocolate chip muffin with butter all day at work, something I used to get a lot when I lived in Rhode Island. First, she just gave me a muffin in a bag. I asked for a heated muffin with butter. Then she left to do what looked like, smack butter on a muffin and dropped in the bag with no wrapping. From my experience working at DD, you cut the muffin length wise in the middle, add butter and then put it in the turbo oven for 10 seconds. I can't remember if the button says pastry but it is a button specifically used to heat pastries. This location may not have that option but she already made me mad by throwing a dang muffin with a slather of buter on top in my bag. The turbo oven is also a microwave which the manager denied? All the equipment looked exactly the same from when I worked at DD in 2012-2014. A manager should know what their equipment is and it's capabilities. Worst service I have gotten from a Dunkin' Donuts and I'm from New England.... The manager even blatantly ignored her guests inside who were waiting to ask her a question about their order. Her nails were out of code and she didn't even have a name tag? The franchise owner needs to know about this, fire her and get a new manager on board with the right customer service and time management skills. The employees are great but she needs new day job. I'm very disappointed because there aren't many Dunkin' Donuts near me and there are things here I can't get anywhere else. Yes they have donuts and coffee but the staff are clueless about how to make gift cards happen 2 days before Christmas! Is the problem undertrained employees or faulty equipment? Either way, their menu is very short and they can't even provide their basic goods and services. read more

I bought two smoothies (strawberry & banana and tropical mango) today but they were awful. The 'smoothies' were more like watery slushies. I will stick to the donuts from now on ! read more

I have to agree with the other reviewer, the two Huntsville Dunkin Donuts, which I'm assuming are likely run by the same folks, are just TERRIBLE. I'm a HUGE fan of DD, was so excited to see them opening in Huntsville, but whomever has this franchise needs some serious re-schooling. I've ordered the basic chocolate cake donut at both locations - my all time favorite DD item - and have literally thrown both away after the first bite. At Memorial Parkway, the issue was the donut wasn't COOKED! It also had a seriously off-taste, I can't describe it except to say it just didn't have ANY real taste, certainly nothing even reminiscent of chocolate. I visited the Jones Valley last week, thinking it'd be better? Nope... the donut was also barely cooked through and had zero taste. I took one bite and spit it back out. Horrible. I had such high hopes for these, but I won't visit one again. I actually live in Decatur, and hope if DD ever makes it across the bridge it is owned by someone else who will pay more attention to quality. read more
