This is the 5th or 6th time I've gone to this location and they are "sold out today" of the jelly donuts. I've tried at several different times of mid day between 10:00 & 5:30, once right as lunch started, and they always seem to be sold out. It feels like this location just doesn't make these anymore. If they are making them, they need to get their inventory figured out because there's no reason to be out of something in the middle of the day every single time someone keeps trying to give you another chance. Corporate needs to take another look at this location because being right beside a women's clinic with hundreds of pregnant women passing your location regularly should be great for business. This Dunkin' is the worst location I have ever been to. Mainly for lack of customer service. After placing a mobile order this morning, I arrived to locked doors. The employees were inside.. They yelled through the door for me and two others to get in the drive thru line to pick it up. 5-7 more people arrived to pick up mobile orders as well. The drive thru line was backed up almost to the street. I guess I do not understand why if you are short staffed (3-4 employees), you would not close the drive thru for a little while. Instead they were asking customers who already had ordered and paid for their food/drinks to sit in a backed up line. So I used to love Dunkin Donuts many years ago. I went through the drive up with a friend and literally every donut we attempted to order we were told they were out. i am 21 years old, used to worked at Dunkin for about a year and a half and would NEVER in my life be a "Karen" but this was the literal absolute worst dunkin I've ever been too. My friend came into the store and I ordered a Large ice matcha latte and a large iced mocha macchiato at 9:06 am. We proceeded to watch 20 minutes of pure humiliation. The manager who was referred to as Big Bobby stood and watched one girl make all of the drive-through drinks by herself!! Being someone who worked at Dunkin. I know how the screen works. Not one car ordered a drink before 150 seconds. Which Big Bobby did not help take any orders as well, all he did was tell people they did stuff wrong. Once Big Bobby did start helping the struggling girl make drinks on window he was standing there, sweating...dripping sweat all over himself, then got a phone call with a customer by the tone of the conversation and proceeded to talk about how great the store was doing and how they have everything put together and how he's so great at his job. it was absolutely humiliating. The boy who is supposed to be making our drinks was brand new, didn't know how to make a macchiato, and was only focusing on to go orders. After 13 minutes he finally asked "what y'all have" as if there isn't a screen with our orders on it directly in front of his face. The boy finally sat our drinks on the counter and instead of apologizing for our inconvenience or even saying "hey here's your drinks" he pointed at the drinks and just looked at us. We took our drinks and went to go get straws and you guessed it, they were out of straws so my friend went to get some from the counter and the boy who made our drinks pointed at the straw holder at the front of the store that was indeed empt...got to the car, my iced matcha latte is made with almond milk... like I know big Bobby isn't going to care about this review but I sure do hope Blake (the owner) Melanie (district manager) Richie (General Manager) take account and come up with a better game plan. some things to focus on would be Manget behavior (big Bobby not helping with drinks, poor hygiene, taking phone calls in the front of the store where customers can hear and see) Time on window ( realistically no car should wait more then 70 seconds, 150 is understandable but 450 second before they even place their order is crazy) and behavior of staff (talk about better ways to approach speaking and answering customers when they have questions. read more

The most mediocre Dunkin I've been to. Going to this Dunkin is like playing a game of roulette, sometimes you're extremely happy, other times you wonder why you came here in the first place, but in the end you still lose majority of the time so it's better just to stay away. I usually get two donuts and occasionally a sweet drink (not a coffee person). When things are fine, they're fine, but if you've read the other reviews for this place, you'll see that service can be rude and products can be inconsistent. My drink isn't always sweetened right and can taste off. The donuts I get I usually don't have a problem with, but they always seem to be running short on donuts. I've ended up just getting two original donuts more than once because they've ran short. Service can be quite random. Sometimes I have had fantastic service, but majority of the time I get someone who's sassy over the speaker and in person. In summary, facilities are clean, foods alright but not always available, drinks vary, and staff are typically rude. Take the extra time and drive to a different Dunkin. read more

This location has been a hit or miss. You think with a manager on duty it would be better but no. He was asking me what coffees we had. The manager did...then his workers told him he can look on the computer. So they made my banana split up but the MANAGER didn't realize there was a dark roast that was needed and so he just started it a couple minutes ago. They think it's a laughing matter and a proper apology wasn't exactly given. Some kind of compensation should of been offered just like how the owner I randomly met gave us donuts at the University location for a tiny mistake. Just had a very nasty experience with the manager Tiffany at the North Parkway location. Her and the Uber eats driver were extremely disgusting to me, rude, abrupt, and overall completely unpleasant. My husband and I have been to this location a handful of times. Our food is always cold and we have never been treated nicely. This morning I pull up at the drivethrew and asked if they have the turkey cheddar bacon sandwich that they used to have. The girl asked me if I was joking with her. Then proceeded to say they can do a turkey sausage, bacon egg and cheese. I asked her do you have sliced turkeys. She laughed and laughed and asked me if I just asked her for glazed turkey. I come just about everyday to this location to snag an XL Coffee and on weekends my family looks forward to a couple visits as well and service is usually sketchy. The staff is usually on their phones and joking around with no real hurry to do anything. We have been coming here for several years now and the service has completely gone down hill more than ever. Our kids have dairy allergies so we usually order them a Powerade or almond milk. Today one of the employees told me they don't serve almond milk and if they could ring it up they would have to charge $3 or more for a small cup. He's also been there a while and has served us this before several times with no issues so why it's an issue today I have no idea. We spend a lot annually at this location and won't be anymore. I have to agree with the other reviews. I'm not a regular DD customer but it's beside my nail salon so I've been there twice. The staff doesn't seem to know what they serve and both times have yelled at someone in the back to ask about a product. Was told the whole grain flatbread sandwich was turkey. Turned out to be turkey sausage. Not a fan of sausage. All in all, management should make sure staff is familiar with the menu. The lighted menus had screens that changed so it was hard to look st it before it changed. The whole grain flatbread sandwich wasn't even on the screen. This is a poorly managed franchise and I wonder why corporate hasn't picked up in that yet. read more

I'm new to DD, so unlike the previous reviews, I'm a tabula rasa. The service here has much improved since the other reviews. Staff are friendly, courteous, and upbeat. Maybe the manager read the reviews and actually took action (yay, Yelpers!). The donut I had was terrific; I could've eaten a dozen of them (the "Manager's Special" - white cream filled with chocolate icing on top. There was lots of filling - yum! I didn't know, through the drive-thru, that they had several choices of bagels. I assumed they only had plain, because the menu board doesn't list them. They do, in fact, have bagel choices. The unsweet tea was just bad. Bad. Bad. The sandwiches on the menu make me want to return to try them. An open faced tuna melt?! I haven't had that since I was a kid. Hope it's as good as I remember them. While DD hasn't blown me away, it's 3-star AOK. read more

The drive thru cashier accidentally omitted an item from my order. When I tried to correct the order at the window, the manager told me I would have to go and get back in line. Honestly I know this is said a lot but with today's service that we received, I would give them no stars. My girlfriend goes to this Dunkin a lot after she's done with her nails and we have never had a problem here till today. I pulled up to there drive through and accidentally hit my windshield wipers twice, setting them off. After I apologized to the lady in the window for the accident and for some reason this set of her all attitude meter. We proceeded to give her our order and it was one coffee and she responded "is that all?" with attitude. We asked for extra cream and she goes "it's only made with milk" so we asked for cream and sugar to be placed in the coffee, once we pulled up to the window and gave her our money, she returned with the change and dropped it all on the ground and with a smile goes "oh I'm sorry" Once we got the coffee, my girlfriend told me it wasn't made with any cream or sugar so we had to go in and get cream and sugar... Complete utter trash service from that one woman. We were treated nicely by the manger but I highly doubt we'll ever be going there again. read more

Lost one star due to weak coffee. I have friends who rave about the coffee, but I've never tasted a cup from here that deserved a rave review. The drive-thru is awesome for the gravitationally challenged (really don't need to be seen eating donuts). Stealth eating..., just hide the evidence (pay cash, toss the empty bag). Today I entered the store. Nice view of the drainage ditch with all its green growth and shrubbery. Soft pop-rock music, clean floors, tables, booths, comfy chairs. Spotless restroom (hot air dryer). Each of the three booths comes with a duplex electric power outlet and two USB sockets. Perfect for recharging and studying. Why it is empty at 5:00 pm is beyond me. This spot is ideal for high school students or short business meetings. I recommend the coffee combo (medium coffee and two classic donuts) at $3.69 plus tax. Actually their classic donuts aren't really that tasty, and they cost $1 each. I did like the cream in the cream filled, but the cruller didn't have that crisp exterior that marks a donut worth its calories. Cake donuts leave me cold. Maybe it's best to go for the more expensive fancy donuts. Now if they only had a cinnamon roll with heavy icing or raw sugar crystals in a glaze. One can always hope. read more

I grew up going to a DD "coffee shop" with my grandfather in the Chicago area-these are special memories for me. I have been eating DD for 40yrs at locations all over the country & they always have had a special place in my heart!! This is THE WORST DD I have ever experienced!! No warm fuzzy, good emotions available here!! Donuts are often stale, cold, hard-regardless of the time of day, we got refrigerator cold donuts at 5am. WHAT?? Hubs & daughter gave them one more chance today when I asked them to pick up donuts at 9am on Saturday-they figured surely they would be fresh/properly made on a weekend morning-HA!! Today we were given stale, gummy, rock hard munchkins that seem to have no yeast or maybe were severely overmixed(they're are literally like rocks with cold, wet liquid on top...its been 6hrs & the glaze is still like a liquid-maybe too much water?)&they are the size of quarters & nickels-which probably should have been a clue that they weren't right...my teen son won't even eat them & that is saying a lot, teen boys will eat anything!!
