That responsibility falls on the business, not the customer. I paid for my drink, left a tip, and politely asked for it to be remade because it was watery and not made correctly. Refusing to remake it over "wasting product" was disappointing on its own, but the defensive response afterward made the experience worse. Especially considering another Cups location confirmed the drink should have been remade without hesitation. After supporting Cups for over 10 years, I expected a little more accountability and professionalism instead of excuses. I was also given the point punch card, which is great and incentives you to come back, especially on Mondays for the DOUBLE punch, which means a closer goal to free coffee, and everyone knows it tastes way better when it's free haha.
