Dunkin at Terminal 5 really needs a revamp. Whenever there are Jetblue delays or cancelations, they're clearly not prepared for the sudden rush of customers. It's not just coffee orders. People are ordering food too. The staff couldn't keep up and seemed to be overwhelmed. They have self service kiosks, but they don't seem to improve the situation. The workers seemed to be doing their best, but the setup and staffing just aren't enough to handle the volume during delays or cancelations. read more

This Dunkin is located within Terminal 5. I've been here a few times for an iced latte, donut, and/or munchkins. The service here is quick but the staff are not too friendly. The Dunkin app is not accepted here unfortunately. Also, hot food such as eggs, sauce, and bacon are not served here. This is moreso of a grab and go location for bagels, donuts, and coffee before your flight. read more

There's not much choices for breakfast options in Terminal 5 - JetBlue at JFK. I ended up arriving about an hour and 15 minutes prior to my flight, with boarding starting at 7:15 A.M, flight departure at 8:00 A.M. Dunkin is right in the food court next to a few other food options like H&H Bagels and Custom Burger. The line for Dunkin' was going outside the food court area! It was so long! I decided since I had a lot of time prior to boarding for my flight back home, to wait it out. It certainly was a wait. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before I could place my order at the register. I ended up getting the following Munchkins - Glazed Donuts Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese Medium Hot Chocolate. By the time I picked up my order and went to my gate, I had about 20 minutes prior to my flight boarding! The hot chocolate was delicious! It was still warm for my flight out to Las Vegas! The bagel was perfectly toasted and there was a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagels. The glazed donuts were just okay. My recommendation would be if it's a early morning flight, and if there is a long line, if you have some extra time, you could order from here, but if your flight is less than 30 minutes in the morning, I'd recommend choosing another option. read more

Low expectations, should've been lower. I've got time before my flight so I'm going to take it... 3:40pm, July 22, should management be interested. Ordered via the kiosk a bagel egg and cheese, and crispy hash browns. Decided to add sausage to the bagel. Got my food, found a seat and began to eat. "Crispy" hash browns: so soft greasy that they stuck to the bag when I tipped it upside down. Started eating bagel. Got just over halfway through and realized not only that this was the saddest bagel I've ever had, but that there's no sausage. Went back, explained that a refund on the sausage is fine. First, an eye roll and kiss of the teeth by staffer #1. Was told that I "ordered wrong" because I didn't choose egg, cheese and sausage. But, rather egg and cheese with added sausage. Wtf?? Staff doesn't read the order and somehow I'm the problem? Got it. Then the manager comes out and tells me I've eaten so much of it. I agreed. Yes, a refund for sausage is fine. But, no. Some sort of deliberation in the kitchen took place for 5 minutes, then I'm told I can throw away the remaining portion "since you want her to make you a new one". Never asked for that. Your staff at this location, are poorly trained, careless and have no idea how to interact with people. Could've taken thirty seconds, given me my two and half bucks and I'd have been on my way. My coffee was good. It was strong and hot, even tasted a bit chocolaty. The store is disgusting though. It looks cluttered and dirty. I know it's a busy terminal but there is no excuse for poor hygiene, especially when the neighboring stalls have A health scores Their health score is hidden. I would not get a pastry from here. The food court was truly a disaster when we were here a few days ago. Super crowded, all the drinks in the cooler were warm, and the lines to check out were crazy. I tried to order a sandwich at the restaurant next door, and after ordering and standing there for 15 minutes, they finally told me they didn't have any egg salad. This Dunkin Donuts is located in terminal five of JFK airport and is conveniently located for easy access to and from the gates. Easy to grab and go Lots of negativity towards this location but I was very happy with my coffee, muffin and the service was very good. The lady was very sweet and helpful. I was really in the mood for a cup of coffee and I was not feeling Starbucks the morning I was flying. DD hit the spot. The coffee was hot and fresh. I wanted a bagel but they don't have a toaster so instead ordered a blueberry muffin and I was glad I did. The price was reasonable for what you would pay at an airport. Of all the Dunkin's I've experienced, the DD inside Terminal 5 is at the bottom of the list. Because they are part of the cafeteria style CIBO marketplace, things seem to be disorderly. On a recent Saturday morning, flying out of JFK, I needed a coffee. I simply couldn't deal with it, and so I got in line here. The line was long, but actually it was relatively fast. The women taking orders didn't seem to know what was going on though, and each of them was trying to correct the other. It just seemed confusing. Then we got all sorts of receipts and tickets. Apparently you should hold on to the ticket numbers and they will call this and give you your order. Take the receipt itself with you to pay for the drink at the cash registers of CIBO market. I ordered a medium, and got a gigantic large... or something. I don't know what it was exactly, but it wasn't what I ordered, and I was too tired to complain about it. It was coffee. And it was Dunkin and decent.... but the entire process put me on edge. read more

All sis had to do was put the right coffees in the right cups. That's not too much to ask for is it? Ordered one cookie dough iced coffee milk no sugar and one coffee dark and sweet with cinnamon. I love their Chai Latte, which is not sold in Houston. I am actually glad they don't sell it in Houston because I would probably have to hunt down one of the Four DD in the entire city and have one a few times a week! Let's not kid ourselves, this Chai latte is a Calorie mine, no wonder it's so good! I am not sure if there is another DD in the airport but the one I went to was in the food court area where you take a ticket, order and then have to wait for your number to be called to get your food, then you must make another line to pay. When I'm away from my hometown, I have to admit that I CRAVE me some Dunkin Donuts! it's NOT available in Washington. And it sure as heck doesnt exist in Honolulu...so what's a girl to do but indulge while she can? I have to say that Dunkin Donuts has perfected the cup of coffee. Sorry Starbucks, but it's true! This Dunkin' is kind of the worst. Dunkin' Donuts in general is never my first option, but it is conveniently located immediately after security and is usually the only coffee shop around my gate. You don't know where to stand to order, there is no clear sign or greeting indicating this is the counter you should stand near. It is located in an area with other food options so you have to figure out whether there is one massive line which then branches off to the individual places or what. I still don't have a clear answer for you, all I know is I got a loud NEXT and walked up to a counter that was loaded with Dunkin Donuts coffee, no cash register, it was weird. I ordered a large toasted almond coffee with skim milk and the woman disappeared. Then from an entirely different end of the counter I was shouted at, "HAZELNUT COFFEE, HALZENUT COFFEE" It was pretty much being auctioned off and I ran to the end of the counter and grabbed it. Do I pay? Is this free coffee? What's happening here. Luckily, a kind fellow indicated to me that there were cashiers behind me for all of the food places in this area. Good thing for him. I went over to the community cashiers, paid and headed to my gate. Sat down, took a sip and it was loaded with heavy cream. I was so bummed, luckily was with a friend so she was able to watch my things so I could go back and get the correct coffee order. I walked back to the line and explained to the gentleman that there was cream in here and that I had asked for skim milk. Then I heard a woman, who was clearly very agitated and loud shout, "IT IS SKIM MILK!!!!" I didn't want to argue, because I knew it was cream. The taste, the color, the consistency. I know my milks. I drink coffee every day of my life and this was cream. After a couple eye rolls on their end, a new coffee was made. The woman who originally made the coffee said to her male superior who was assisting me, "I put the coffee up to this dispenser and put in the skim milk." Then the gentleman said, "That is the cream dispenser." The woman just walked away, no apology for giving me an attitude or anything. It was really unprofessional. The replacement coffee that I was given had the correct milk in it but there were two or three too many pumps of toasted almond in there. The gentleman was super apologetic which was great. Tried to buy just 1 plain donut and 3 cashiers that were working on 4/16/17 at 5:00pm ignore my husband and I. Two other customers got up to the cashier and they all ignored them too- they left for other options, we waited a long time and they just started to sweep the floors very slowly just to look busy, we keep telling them the donut we wanted and they made eye contact and walked away! This is the only Dunkin' Donuts I know of that makes you put together your own sandwiches. I ordered a toasted croissant with tuna and when I opened the bag, there was the toasted croissant with a container on tuna fish that looked like cat food. I was hungry made the sandwich and ate it. To add insult to injury I had to wait until the cashier showed up. He was chatting in the back. Guess he didn't care about doing his job. I also ordered ice coffee and it tasted sweet.
