Stopped by Dunkin' this morning and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, my order was made quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Coffee was exactly how I ordered it, and the food was hot and well prepared. It's nice to go somewhere that's consistent and has good customer service. Staff is loud and obnoxious. Few people were being helpful, but for starters I had placed and paid for an online order but for some reason the order didn't come through on their end but the payment went through on my end. Totally understand, my order was retaken by a staff member and they told me it should be up in a few minutes. After 20 mins I got up and waited for someone to ask them how much longer I should expect to be waiting and they said should just be a few more mins about 15 more minutes went by and then they said my order was ready, I checked in the bag and 3 food items were still missing. I waited for the rest of my of my order for only one of the items to be placed in the bag still missing two,and when I had asked about the other two items a member said that she's sorry and it wasn't on the ticket on the bag. I told her I paid for the items already and would like those items and she said there was nothing she could do about it, while the worker who took my order was sitting on her phone with her feet up on a chair biting her nails. On top this experience off there was egg on a sandwich of mine which I had customized the order for no egg because the person it was for has an allergy and can't eat eggs at all. First blame me for not checking before I left but i was in a hurry. First the girl at the computers nails were so long she hit the screen with her nails everytime (gross when handling food). Second, I ordered the "new" sandwich of avocado bacon and tomato on sourdough and an iced coffee. While I'm waiting for my order, I hear the one lady say to the other younger kids, "what is wrong with you guys today".. funny she asked. A drink was ready and it was what my drink was. It tasted a little watered down and warm so I just figured it was made with less ice than normal. Come to find out it was from 7:35am and not my drink. It is what is it but what didn't it get thrown out by 9am. I didn't look at the sandwich when it was handed to me but I wish I would have. The bacon doesn't even look cooked and it's not a sandwich. Looks more like avocado toast with strips of bacon and chunks of tomato. Highly disappointing. I would not waste my money here again! read more

I am a regular customer and spend about$7 a day there with a tip..i am not one to complain but the service there lately has been horrible..i waited in drive up for 50 mins...everyone waiting on a hot day should of got their drinks free...Well here to come they were all new and young girl's..no shift leader or manager...poor girl was lost in drive up..her receipts where printing wrong...as I told her to keep her head up..we all got to start somewhere..i pulled off to see the"MANAGER" sitting in her van RIGHT out front smoking a cigarette...now as a manager for one that looks unprofessional..for two she didn't notice her drive up was not moving for an hour???? The gentleman "Sunny" that works evenings is always extremely friendly and makes me laugh. He always give me an extra donut on late nights and goes out of his way to make you laugh. I am reading some of these other reviews and I I believe people may be talking about the same person...the ones about the man with the Indian accent. I believe he is misunderstood and others are misreading his strong personality as rude, when it really is not. I ordered a water last night and he said "Sure...why not!" My nephew and I laughed all the way home. If you are reading this...please do not be so quick to judge because of the language barrier. I think he is among the top customer service workers that we have in Janesville, and I firmly believe we do not have many of them left. Sunny thank you for the smiles and keep up the good work. Oh, and the store also goes out of their way to donate donuts to our volunteers for the Back Bar Car Show that we have every year, in which we raise money for the Humane Society. They go above and beyond and supply us with plenty of goodies to fill the tummies of our hard workers who come in very early on their day off. They don't deserve my star. Not even half a dot. We ordered pumpkin latte with skim and macchiato with pumpkin flavor. The girl at the drive thru tried to give us hot drink and iced coffee. When we told her that we did not order iced drink she just turned around without saying anything and told her coworker she is punching out and left. We can see and hear her argue with the male coworker. He finally comes to the drive thru window 15 minutes later giving us the same drinks. We AGAIN explained. He did the macchiato and gave us the drinks. And now im in the car and my latte is NOT pumpkin latte. They gave us the wrong ORDER 3 times!!! Rude and unprofessional. it not often i see a team come together to make a little girls day a little better, today i did at this location! yesterday my uncle passed away, leaving behind, among others, a 5 year old daughter and 8 granddaughter that are the highlight of today's event! it was free donut day, i expected it to be difficult to get an exact, but i went because these two girls woke up crying and it was getting more painful as we were on our way to the funeral home in Milton. i ordered my usual coffee, and a chocolate frosted donut and a chocolate sprinkle donut, they didn't have the sprinkled one, i asked where is another place... i couldn't let Myah down, i was willing to go anywhere for her! girl at the window looked apathetic at me and i had been holding back my emotions for so long i blurted out "it's for a little girl that lost her father yesterday, please..." then tears happened - my worst nightmare! she immediately called to Chris (i believe is a manager) asking him for me and explained the situation to him, he rushed to the window told me not to worry he is gonna get one somehow for me and i need to just park my car (i was in the drivethru). Another employee had explained that their microwave had stopped working at the worst time possible and they couldn't make the icing needed. Five minutes, at most, later here is Chris walking up to my car with a chocolate sprinkle donut in the bag. the look on those girls faces as they stopped crying for the 2 minutes while they ate was priceless. i am eternally grateful. thank you so much! read more

Went in this evening and the Indian man behind the counter was very rude. Ordered iced coffee and he was quick to make it but had an attitude saying "you could have told me that before so I make 2 at once" when we ordered donuts. The worse part was when he was going to get the donuts he proceeded to spit out some nasty colored liquid from his mouth into a container behind the counter. I live in Elkhorn not Milwaukee. 1/3/21 Placed a drive thru order for half dozen. 2 yeast choc frosted 2 Boston creme and 2 choc cream. When I got home almost 2 hours later went to have a choc frosted and it was rock hard. Went to have a Chocolate creme and it was a vanilla creme turns out BOTH were vanilla creme. Add to that never got and was never offered my receipt. When we called about it, we spoke to Meghan. She was extremely rude and questioned as to why we were calling 2 hours later. When we told her where we lived, she spoke to us as if we were 2. Then she said "so I suppose you're expecting me to replace your order" we told her yes because we weren't going to eat old rock-hard doughnuts. If we had been face to face with her, she may have been told where to go and what she could do with her doughnuts. I do pass thrue town on the late side after 5:00 pm but if you work at D D and you pick up a donught that's hard or on the stale side, I would you think you would at least inform the customer to choose another one! Oh my, where to start. First, I guess I'll start with the positives. The main positive of this location is that they know how to correctly make iced coffee 8/10 times. It's usually delicious. Other than that, I can't think of many positives. The service is so incredibly horrendous at this location it is almost comical. Not only are the staff rude, but act as if they don't know your order (what else do you have coming? Etc.), they are really bad about getting stuff out in a timely matter, and they will allow you to order and get up to the window, pay and then say "oh sorry, we don't have this donut." Don't you think it would make more sense to check first before collecting a payment? Ugh. It's personal opinion if you want a really good coffee, but to get it you have to deal with rude and questioning staff. read more

Went through the drive thru on my way through town and was highly dissatisfied. The conversation while ordering went like this: "Hello? Hello? Yes what do you want?" "Two frozen hot chocolates, a--" "What else." "...a veggie flat--" "Flat bread and what else?" "Egg and cheese fla--" "Flat bread. Anything else?" "No, that's it." "Window." The man who took our order (who sounded like he had an Indian accent) was incredibly rude. It was impossible to get more than two words out and the entire order was messed up. The 'frozen' hot chocolate is the exact opposite. It's just chocolate powder and ice. Nothing else. Completely liquid. I've had this drink at another location and it was frozen enough to give me brain freeze and had whipped cream on top. Almost five dollars for powder in a cup that tastes like they dumped Swiss Miss in a blender and called it a day. The veggie Flat bread was just egg and cheese. There was a now hiring sign in the drive thru window and I think that says a lot. Someone needs to step in and manage this location. This was my worst Dunkin' experience to date. They used to be a good Dunkin. The last handful of times I've ordered online to pick up in the store they've forgotten one or more things from my order. They don't have order accuracy here. I'll walk in and pick up the one item they did make and stand there for a while waiting for them to acknowledge me. I can understand once or twice, or when it's busy. Every time I come here, the specific donut I want isn't available and the donut displays looks quite under-stocked. It seems like there only one Indian man who works the counter and he's so kind. I had a coupon for a free coffee as it was my birthday but I was having trouble opening the coupon in my app. This did not matter to him.
