Employees are not in uniforms. Hard to tell if they actually work here. Spoons used for mixing coffees are not washed properly between orders they are put into a cup of murky water. Counter was super dirty and credit card readers don't work properly. Stay away!! read more

Pay attention to your receipts when you go here. They will over charge you for things. The staff here is horrible. Once I got coffee to go on the drive through and left in a hurry. The lid wasn't on the hot coffee and spilled all over the car and I. Another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns and the hash browns were not in the bag, but I didn't realize that until I got home. They definitely charged me for them. And I went to go do the online survey but the person who gave me my receipt had torn off the part with the survey number so I couldn't even do that. Not impressed with it. read more

They never have the special flavors in on the weekends. The Indian guy that works there is rude. I came in one day and not one person seen me come in but he was sitting there and just yelled at the other employees, across the store, that I was there. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Aside from the fact that the donuts are very poorly stocked, the people that take your order are incompetent. I have had them keep my credit card on 4 separate occasions- having to knock on the window and insist that they did NOT return it. I had the WORST customer service in my life here. The girl actually argued with me about what I had ordered- loudly and completely inappropriately- just change what you entered, eh?? To top it all off, when I request to talk to a manager or owner, I have been told twice that there is no manager available for days. I thought state law was that there had to be a manager on duty at all times??? The owner (who returned my card the third time they kept it) seems very nice and professional. This store never has any type of donut. I used to think maybe it was because I went too late at night- even tho they are a 24/7 establishment. I used to go from the times between 9pm-2am and no donuts. However- twice in the past week I have gone between the times of 3-4 and they are out of donuts. The guys excuse is "yeah we are completely wiped out tonight" hire someone to make more donuts! Very rude service and the owner try's to do anything he can to get a tip besides sell me donuts. It's not like I'm asking for specialty ones.. Even glaze,sprinkle,blueberry,chocolate/ non are ever there!! So I went down to schnucks and got 7 donuts for the price of 5.29. I rarely...if ever...leave reviews. My husband was once a restaurant manager, so I believe that most times, an employee may just be having a rough moment and we should be compassionate. However, this location consistently provides terrible service. There is one particular woman (I think a manager?) at the drive through window who is always rude, short and makes me feel awful while ordering. Several times I felt like leaving a poor review for this DD location, but haven't done it until now. Today was extra awful. I ordered the FROZEN pumpkin drink and it came out as a regular drink. I inquired about it and the woman told me, "that's the machine setting." I actually went into the store and asked for it to please be remade. It came out the exact same. I said, "this isn't frozen like the picture" and they said, "oh I think the machine must be broken" and WALKED AWAY! Come on. At this point, offer me a new drink. Do SOMETHING besides ignore me standing there with an UNfrozen drink looking frustrated. TERRIBLE service. I get back home and realize they made the wrong sandwich, too. I went through the drive through at DD in Janesville last week. When I got home and checked the contents, there was a giant bite taken out of the only doughnut I bought along with our coffee. Obviously, I was pretty disgusted. I called the location to inform the manager that someone was biting doughnuts and then giving them to paying customers. The manager laughed a bit, and then offered me a replacement doughnut "next time I came through". I couldn't care less about getting a doughnut for free. Rather, I'd assume someone would have been pretty taken back and apologetic if they had just found out that employees were giving people half eaten food. 2 times out of 3 when I stop at this Dunkin Donuts they are usually out of the things we order. They also continually get my iced coffee order wrong. When I worked for the original owner we hardly ran out of product as it was made fresh. read more

We go to this DD quite often. My husband used to go every single morning for coffee for me. His hours at work changed, so he doesn't go quite as often but is still pretty much a regular. We have always used the rewards punch card. I've never purchased anything less than an extra-large coffee. We were always given an extra-large for a free coffee. We don't buy a small and try to get one over asking for a free extra-large. The last time he went to get my free coffee, they refused to do anything larger than a medium. He is there at least twice a week still, some weeks 3 times. They know him, but that doesn't seem to matter. I don't know, there are rules, so I guess it is fair but they know, we ALWAYS get extra-large coffees, nothing less. The donuts are always pretty fresh, the coffee is always hot. Sometimes they focus too much energy on the drive thru and forget there are people at the counter, but no real complaint. I do miss my DD's in NJ though. They move like rats on crack and if you are a regular, your coffee is on the counter waiting for you before you are all the way to the counter. If you kept consistent workers, you would keep consistent regulars. read more

Went through drive through at 10 AM on 5/11/16 and this girl was rude and asked 3 times what donuts I ordered, after she gave me the bag I drove off cause I didn't want to deal with her anymore just to find out she still didn't get the right donuts. Coffee had no creamer either and was marked on the outside of the cup even. Asking over and over for an order is a sign someone shouldn't work there! Do you drug test anyone here!!!! read more

management of this particular store should clean up their act, and keep the store spotless and clean. As it is, it is very dirty, and unhealthy full of germs. You should insist chairs and tables are clean 24/7, and also especially the floors, they are not clean nor mopped properly. I think your coffee is great, but your need to clean up your act, so to speak. Sometimes you have way to many employees at one time there, just getting in each other's way. There are long lines waiting for service as a result. things like that are just as important as whatever you happen to serve product wise with your donuts. Customers notice, never forget, and they let others know what they see too. If the excuse is, "we'll just get the customers anyway" that is not a good excuse. You owe it to your customers out of respect to keep the place clean, not only in the customer area, but also throughout the store. Otherwise, becuase of the many germs, illness is the result. Clean up your act. Obviously it takes a lot of time and effort to keep it clean 24/7 but your customers would definitely notice the difference and appreciate it, if for any other reason to maintain their health and not get sick. read more
