The store on Center Ave. in Janesville is the WORST store I have ever been to! I go there because it is close (right down the block from me) and I can go from there right to work. 99.9% of the time they forget something from my order and I go there at least 4 to 5 days a week ordering pretty much the same items. This morning they completely screwed up my order and I had to go inside to get it fixed, when I complained to them about always messing up my order one of the new employees went to his other co-workers and laughed about what I said, talking about me like I wasn't even there and even called me a b*tch! Talking to the manager there is like talking to air, nothing ever gets done! I use the app and have accumulated many points so I'm just gonna use up my points and never go back. If you wanty opinion, stay the hell away from that store. read more

The food was tasty. Donuts were a tad bit stale but it was after 5 pm so that's to be expected. Coffee was delicious (I ordered the cold brew with brown sugar cream). Not the cleanest restaurant ever been in but not gross either. If I'm on this end of Janesville and want coffee and something sweet to go with it, I would definitely visit here again. read more

Got to drive thru window at 730am this morning and ordered a Turkey egg and cheese sandwich and hash browns. Was told to pull up past the drive thru window and wait for my order to be brought out for me. I pulled up and waited... about 25 minutes of patience, I realize I needed to go in and inquire about my order. When I went in, there were about 5-7 people waiting in line or waiting on their order. Once these people were taken care of, after 5 minutes, I finally decided I just wanted a refund as I was now late for work. The attendant looked around and came back with my order. She offered to continue with the refund but it would not be done right away as they were busy. I told her it was not necessary as I now had my order so I left for work. When I got to work I only had half of my order! Super disappointing!! Ive been to other Dunkin's that are usually pretty efficient but this is not the first time I've had a similar experience at this location. Will likely not come here again, too bad. read more

This is a embarrassment to the Dunkin franchise. The workers have no clue how to run the register and like to hide in the back and gossip. The food is well below average. The final straw was how dirty the restaurant was. The dirt on the floors and stains on the tables are disgusting. read more

From out of state took my kids to visit this location for breakfast and this is how we received our donuts. The service was slow and awful and the donuts taste terrible the donut holes were even terrible. Do not go to this location for donuts. read more

Filthiest Dunkin' I have ever seen, by far. The floors look like they haven't been swept since 1986. The bathroom is disgusting. And despite no lack of staff, the service was poor and slow. This is what I feel like a post-Apocalyptic Dunkin' would look like. read more

I would give this location 0 stars if possible. For the last 3 years this combined Dunkin id1878 donuts/Baskin Robbins has been out of hot fudge. Every other time I go there they have no cappuccino blast mix. And to top it off the service is horrendous. The staff is constantly changing at this location. I went this morning for coffee and they were actually shocked there was a rush of customers at 7:30am. Oh no, coffee & donuts, whoever heard of that at 7:30 in the morning. Also the coffee was not full and it had more cream than coffee in it. It was actually almost chilled. Really? DD coffee should be hot enough to make a boil in bag meal in it. I'm originally from Jersey... You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a DD. I would walk into my regular DD every morning and before I got to the counter my coffee was made and waiting for me. My son lived in Boston, same thing, he walked in and without saying a word, the coffee was on the counter and ready to walk out the door. Really shocked them when I walked in with him, they didn't know what to do. Come on, get it together Janesville. We stopped there one night, a Saturday, about 6pm... they were OUT of donuts. This morning, at about 8:50am I stopped in the center ave location in janesville. Now, I visit this location minimum 4 times a week and I've seen a lot of things and NEVER write reviews. This morning changed everything. (I called directly after I left since I didn't want a receipt to describe people and get their names). Numorus other occasions I've seen a manager named Herman disrespect, yell at, and humiliate the other employees. And that is not even why I'm writing this review. Today I left this location LIVID. I was so angry and upset with the way you've chosen to run this establishment. And here is why. I walk up to the counter and a very sweet lady named Selena greeted me at the counter with a smile and positive attitude. (Now I'm very indecisive about what to get my household full of kids with my usual Iced Mocha Latte No whip coffee) but she was INCREDIBLE. She was patient, never seemed annoyed was super helpful, and even chit chatted as I watched her gather my order. All with a smile. Selena excused herself for a second to get some change and a man named Damian comes with, sells her change, looks up to a now line of 3 more customers behind me, and walks away. Selena gets right back to finishing my order.. Now to my surprise another young girl named Jenna just continued to fiddle with the waffle maker, looking at it, fiddling, looking like she needs to stay busy, yet not ONCE started making my drink, or offering to help someone, or at the VERY least, asking Selena if she needed help. It is understandable that they probably do not work off the same cash drawer, but there was so much more she could have done. In stead, she stands. And fiddles. Now Damian, after replacing that money bag wherever it came from went and stood by the drive through, and started eating! EATING! There are 3 people behind me, ONE lady is trying to do all the work, and find people for change, and he SAW the line, and he did nothing but feed himself with his back to us. The other customers and I awkwardly look at one another and wonder why NO ONE in there besides that one girl is doing anything, I watch Damian eat his entire donut, never get a single drive though order, and NEVER wash his hands after he licks all those fingers. I'm actually grateful he never touched anything of mine. This whole time, I'm biting my tongue. I cant believe this is happening. And not because I'm in a hurry, I'm not, but because no one is helping this poor girl. However, finally I said "excuse me mam, (to Jenna) there is a line of people behind me. Jenna just blatantly stared at me. Never gave me a response. Nothing. I've never felt so angry and disrespected, she just stared at me. The other customers in line now just shaking their heads and about as angry as I am that ONE girl in an establishment is working her tail off while one guy feeds himself and another fiddles with a machine and takes ZERO orders the 13min I was in that lobby. Tomorrow, I will go back to this establishment and tell Selena that I am sorry. I am sorry she has to work in an environment where there is no teamwork, looks like horrendous management, and an all around terrible place for her. I will also tell her to apply where I work, (I've worked waitstaff/bar tending/catering for 15+ years in customer service) and she would be an amazing addition to our team. TEAM, of people that HELP her work. And to Selena, if by chance our paths do not cross again, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR! Almost anyone else in your position would have lost their minds, shown anger (understandably) and frustration... but not you. You kept that smile, and positivity. People like you, deserve a better work environment then that. And I, just a regular person and customer, noticed. THANK YOU, Selena. To Jenna and Damian, you both have ZERO customer service skills. You have zero teamwork and lack of work ethic. You both should feel embarrassed and ashamed. I will share this review, everywhere that I can. And I never take the time for reviews. Took over 10 minutes to get two drinks and no one was in the drive thru or inside from what I could tell. Usually they at least come to the window and say one minute, but nope we sat there for over 5 minutes with no one coming to the window and almost left. Poor service. read more

A few time, I stopped here to get 2 boxes of 12-count donuts for everyone at work, and each time, it took over 10 minutes to get a large container of coffee, and I had to repeat myself on every single donut choice to put in the box. Not sure if it's the workers here, lack of training, or people just not caring, but I won't go here again because of the amount of frustration I feel after leaving. read more

The Dunkin on Center Avenue in Janesville, WI is HORRIBLE! All the way around! We have been going there for over a year, DAILY, every morning for the same 3 coffees. I have had our order correct, 5 times in the last 4 months- it is the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered and not to mention when you come back (most of us need to get to work in a timely fashion, so coming back to return items that you didn't order to get your correct order isn't a good experience already) you are treated as a horrible person, how DARE you want what you ordered, then you are told "well, it will be a minute- you will need to wait". Then when you finally get your corrected order there is NEVER a sorry, or anything- simply thrown at you- literally rolled across the counter - then they walk away. This morning, I have had ENOUGH- I will NEVER, go back there- EVER. The rudest, most unpleasant place I have ever been. There are a lot of mistakes that happen in places, but correcting them, learning from them and being apologetic goes a long way. The amount of mistakes made there is absolutely not acceptable.
