This Dunkin has really improved over the past few months. A few months ago, this Dunkin needed help. The staff was unfriendly, my order was always wrong, and the wait times were really long. Ever since the new makeover, the staff is friendlier, my order is never wrong, and the wait times are very short. They made huge improvements and I look forward from ordering from there. I recommend downloading the Dunkin app to make your experience faster, and to collect those Dunkin reward points. The only downside to this Dunkin is the location. It has a very small parking lot, and it is difficult to get in at times. Other than that, consider making this a stop while you're traveling down Route 30. For a quick breakfast, I recommend their iced macchiato with an added caramel swirl and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread. It is fulfilling and will get you through the day. My wife usually gets the everything stuffed bagels which is another great option.

Most of the baked goods are randomly available depending on what they choose to bake that day, but you will usually find pies, donuts, cream puffs, various kinds of cookies and homemade breadsticks ready for purchase. The brunt of their customers come in for the hard rolls and buns so it is always wise to place your order ahead of time. I love the little notebook they use to record the phoned in orders. I never grow tired of my visits to this little shop. It is always fun to stop in and see what goodies are available inside the case or on top of their counter. They usually know their customers on a first name basis and the owners, (particularly Mrs. Enrico) usually take the time to engage in friendly conversation regarding you and your family. . I absolutely love the family history and beginnings of this bakery and certainly appreciate all the years of hard work that have gone into turning this business into one of the many gems of the city of Jeannette. Cash only.

They manage to deliver strong flavors without masking the taste of their coffee. I've tried a wide range of their products in the year I've been coming and I cannot say I've had anything I've disliked. Staff is always SO FRIENDLY. Nothing but great things to say. I also love the rewards you get when using the app. I'm not an app person but this one is definitely worth the space on my phone. Great spot. Worth a visit. Very handicap accessible. Not a lot of seating but I have never seen anyone needing to stand.

They have both a drive-through and the option to walk inside. Both times we ended up walking in, and the inside has a decent amount of seating along with a display case for some baked goods. I believe they also had four people working on both of the days that I was there, and as you might imagine, they do a brisk business. For my coffee on this morning I decided to go with a Paris Toast Latte while my wife went with the Nor'threester Iced. The menu described mine as maple, brown sugar cinnamon, and shortbread, while my wife's was white chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. It took about seven minutes from ordering until we had our coffees and were on our way. My coffee ended up being pretty good as the mix of the three syrups melded well together. It was a touch on the sweeter side, but you could still taste the coffee on the finish, which I appreciated. My wife enjoyed her iced coffee here as well. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. As a matter of fact, I already have, as their coffee and flavors are solid.
