Donut judge... I've always thought of stopping here whenever I'm in the area but especially in the day the drive thru line is insanely long and on this Sunday afternoon though it would be a great place for a place to catch up on things. Walking in it's nice to see it all clean and organized with just a person taking full advantage of the work area where there's a designated USB and outlet for you to plug in your electronics is very nice and appreciated. A sip and bite in a nice and air conditioned store is not the easiest to find and thought why not to a little treat though after viewing their menu and seeing the flies buzzzing around the donuts it kinda ruined the vibe though not to deter my situation decided to order their Strawberry Refresher and hash browns. The refresher was a bit too sweet for me though it did have a nice mix between oatmilk and strawberry but didn't really do it for me but the hash browns I did love and it actually had some herb/thanksgiving flavor that did surprised me quite a bit lol. The staff polite though not friendly as I didn't get the thank you or a proper greet...very basic and still not sure if I'll ever get a donut from here though is a nice rest stop in the area. Thank you!

Love using the Dunkin' app for extra savings and promotions. I usually order through the app so I can rack up points to redeem for future drinks and snacks. I prefer to pick up inside since the drive-thru can get busy at times. I like that they have plenty of outlet stations in case you need to charge your phone or get some quick work done on your laptop. The restrooms are spacious, wheelchair accessible, and even have a baby-changing station. You can choose between the air dryer or paper towels, which I love since I have sensory issues lol. Just remember you do need to request the bathroom key up front. They also have a well-stocked condiment station and lots of parking available. Overall, convenient and reliable!

Always come here and they are wonderful. Today I tried their Barbie collab a.k.a. their strawberry cold foam. Overall very delicious! Already missing their fruit punch donuts but I love that they always have new flavors and themes. Service is always quick, people at the window are friendly!

I drove in the drive through and it was a quick ordering process. The worker was kind and quick with our drinks. The drinks were quite expensive and very sweet. I'd prefer Starbucks or Mcdonald's since it's cheaper and the in my preference, the drinks are better.

Breakfast in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii... Some of my current food goals include getting a $3 medium cold brew (until April 30, 2024) from Dunkin' and visiting any Dunkin' 12 times in one month for extra rewards. I thought that I'd check out the Kapolei location... it had free shared parking, and dine-in was available. I walked up to the counter to order and saw that there was a Hawaii exclusive: Portuguese Sausage (or Spam), egg, and cheese Breakfast Sandwich special... hmmm... looks interesting! Let's try it! Service was alright... the young man was efficient and polite. The place was a bit messy from a previous customer. I used a napkin to remove a used coffee cover at the end of the counter and took a seat. My iced cold brew was just right! The sandwich was not bad! I liked the slightly toasted croissant crust. The sausage was a tad bit spicy for me. Overall, it was a filling breakfast!

Stopped by to get an iced coffe. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Saw these frosted cups on the display. $11.99! Perfect thank you gift for my sister (dog sitter).

We decided to get a Munchkin Bucket. Three cars in the drive-thru so I parked, and my wife went in to purchase the bucket with 50 dougnut holes. You get to select your flavors. Glazed, powdered, chocolate or blue berry. In store three was a single worker to handle both the drive thru and walk ins. The bucket can be purchase separately. Enjoy

Our family recently started visiting Dunkin' to pick up donuts, and it has quickly become a favorite. Everyone loves the Munchkin, they're a simple and easy on-the-go snack. I didn't realize how many great snacks and breakfast items they offer. My go-to choices are the snackin' bacon, hash browns, and stuffed bagels--these are our favorites! I also tried their $2 deal (on the app) for the avocado toast and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I would definitely choose the bacon avocado toast again. With their free medium drink offer for 14 days, I tried the Matcha twice, but it wasn't for me. There wasn't enough matcha powder, so it just tasted like milk.

Happened to be passing by a Dunkin' Donuts, and quickly checked my DD app. Ofc, they had some awesome deals that I had to use. Buy a medium or large coffee and get a free bakery treat! Ended up getting a Nutty Pumpkin Hot Coffee with almond milk and whipped cream (I know *sigh* What's the point of getting almond milk if I'm adding on whipped cream?) and 2 Cookie Butter Donuts. The flavor of the coffee was like drinking Christmas if that makes any sense lol. It tasted like a nice blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. This coffee (ofc) was on the sweet side, but the sweetness was still tolerable to me with small sips while piping hot. I was really excited to try the Cookie Butter Donut since it was sold out the last time I came by. The crumbles on top of this donut tasted like toasted maple syrup. I was loving this donut UNTIL I reached the filling. After a few bites with the filling, I felt like someone dumped a cup full of sugar into my mouth. This was way to sweet for me. I mean, I did eat the whole thing, but I had to force myself to finish it while guzzling it down with my coffee. I was happy to try this holiday themed donut, but I will stick to my plain glazed donut tyvm. And if I want to get fancy, I'll ask for a vanilla frosted with sprinkles donut instead. This was a drive thru experience. The workers here have always been nice. One star off was for past experiences of ordering and paying for items on the app that were not available at pickup via drive thru. Hopefully DD can figure out a way to update their apps to what's available at their stores. This won't deter me though. I'll be back again :)

I have never been so disappointed with a local business, especially being born and raised here…read more I've been trying all week to buy poi balls. Before today, I had already stopped by 2-3 different times, but each time I left empty handed. Today, I finally made it there again, waited in line, and there was only one customer ahead of me. The employee, an older woman, didn't acknowledge me while helping the other customer, which I understood, so I waited patiently for about 5-8 minutes. What was especially frustrating is that while I was standing there waiting, it would have been nice if she had simply let me know they were only accepting cash that day. That would have saved me from waiting in line only to find out when it was finally my turn. Even a simple sign posted at the counter would have made a huge difference. It just felt like there was a lack of basic customer courtesy and communication. When it was finally my turn to order, I was told their system was down and they were only accepting cash. At that point I was already frustrated because I had parked far away. I asked where the nearest ATM was, and she vaguely said it was "somewhere in the food court" without giving clear directions. I ended up wandering around looking for an ATM, and by then I was so overwhelmed and frustrated that I just left. I tried calling several times throughout the day, but no one ever answered the phone. After a few hours, I decided to give them one more chance, even though it's out of the way for me. I called again with no answer, but I figured she might have been the only employee working and too busy to answer. When I arrived, they were sold out. After spending an entire week trying to purchase something as simple as poi balls, making multiple trips, waiting in line, searching for an ATM, and never being able to reach anyone by phone, I'm extremely disappointed. Better communication, answering the phone, posting when you're cash only, or updating customers when items are sold out would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return, and I can't recommend this business based on the service I received.

The GOOD: unlimited steamed lobster, snow crab, fresh poke, oysters, decent service, and lovely live music. The BAD/AVERAGE: - We were told that some of their ceiling fans weren't working so it gets pretty hot if you're seated by the pool/live music area. Our table also rocked back and forth throughout the meal. It's starting to feel outdated. -There were flies around some of food -The prime rib was the driest/overcooked I've ever had at a buffet, and the lechon was mostly dry as well with some parts were hard crispy. -Compared to previous visits, there was no sashimi station or steamed dim sum, which was a huge disappointment, especially since they had already done away with the pan-grilled lobster. -For the cooked/hot dishes, there were egg foo yung, stir fried veggies, one chicken dish, one lamb dish, and noe pasta. Also were average taste, and just very limited options compared to other brunch/lunch buffets! -There was also a whole cooked fish sitting on the opposite side of the buffet, away from the seafood station, with no label at all. It was completely untouched the entire time we were there, which honestly said a lot. -The ramen bar is a cool concept, but the broths don't taste good and had odd topping choices. -The dessert selection felt limited, and the vanilla ice cream had a strange texture that fell apart instead of being creamy. What frustrates us the most is that the price continues to increase (3-4 times), yet nothing really stood out or added to justify it. If anything, it feels like there are fewer options than before. We've been coming here since the good old days too and it's apparent that it's not as amazing as before. The unlimited lobster is really the only thing that sets this buffet apart, and while I understand you won't find that at most other buffets, it's still hard to justify $135 per person for the overall experience we had. Service was great from beginning to end, I especially love that everyone accommodated my stroller and my baby. This is a popular place because it's neat, clean, and well-stocked with such a variety of choices! I narrowed down my selection to original and ube flavored pianono rolls. Finally, I chose original... it was so buttery, soft, and decadent! I liked the granulated sugar on the outside... it stayed crunchy! Next time, I'll get the ube flavor for comparison... LOL!
