It seemed she just couldn't really focus on any one task, and this location wasn't busy enough to warrant THAT level of incompetence. As I waited far too long for my matcha latte, I watched the baristas push out drinks that were 75% full for the pick up counter...hopefully those people sent them back! Also adding criminal amounts of ice to drinks...that's some expensive ice! As for my matcha latte, it tasted slightly off/funny. Based on how I felt afterwards, my guess is they didn't get my order right, and added dairy to my drink. I had the same drink recently at Liberty Town Center, and the two taste almost nothing alike! So, if you have dietary restrictions/allergies, or like your drinks correct, patron another cafe.
