Popped in while on the road. My experience was just the opposite of a lot of the helpers here. Coffee and donut was fresh, service was fast and courteous. I guess I should have looked at the reviews, because this Dunkin played in my face and I will never return again, I ordered a DECAF iced coffee in the afternoon as a sweet treat. I'm aware decaf coffee still has some caffeine in it, however it shouldn't be enough to keep me up till 2 AM, as is the time when writing this review. Dunkin... you got me fucked up, that coffee was in fact NOT DECAF, and I have a job interview tomorrow or well today. I would go back and ask for another "decaf" coffee, but im sure you would find a way to fuck that up so I'm going to Starbucks. Terrible!!! I order a wake up wrap with bacon...... I open it up it's burnt hard as a rock. Also no bacon there was on bacon on there. I need to take a breakfast with my morning pill and this was just so disappointing like do better. Figure out what goes on a cheese egg and bacon wrap. I come here every morning since i work just a couple buildings down from it. Almost every time my coffee is made incorrectly and i'm given attitude when i ask for it be fixed.. even basically got yelled at cos i "go in almost every time i get coffee" as if it's my fault that they did my order wrong? BUT.. i'm giving 3 stars because Omar is extremely accommodating, friendly, and efficient. He has never messed up my coffee! I normally don't write reviews like this but I seriously can't believe it. Ive been to this Dunkin quite a few times since I've moved here and never had issues until today. This is how my order came. My iced coffee was made incorrectly, with a sticker that says 45 cream (not how I ordered it), with no ice. My bagel came with a block of un-spread cream cheese. When my boyfriend went back for a refund they wouldn't issue it and offered to remake the coffee, ignoring him about the bagel. The coffee was better a second time and I understand the world is understaffed, but I'm willing to wait for the right order. This is unacceptable in my opinion. And I've worked in customer service my whole life. Won't be frequenting here when I can avoid it, the one in Lockport on State st is much better. read more

Last two times donuts were stale, then today after spending $15, I get a napkin that looked used handed to me by an older male cashier who never bothers to say thanks, I get home and ordered two coffees in which one lid was halfway on and spilled in my car, and they put the heavier donuts on top of two strawberry frosted in the bottom of the bag. all the donuts were then stuck together. I am over this Dunkin will use the other one in town. So disappointing! read more

No wonder this Dunkin' only has one star reviews, THEY REALLY DO SUCK! Everything sucks about this location. This awkward set up, who ever designed the layout on this property even sucks. You pull into the parking lot in the morning when the line is long and your car is stopped on the walkways because cars parked in the lot have no room backing up. This Dunkin' has the worst staff. I pulled up to this Lemont location.......all lights were on at 6:52pm. Went to drive-thru...... no response. As I'm leaving I see a "staff" member at the window and she tells me they're closed. I asked what time they close and she tells me, "seven o'clock." I told her it's eight minutes to seven. Her answer....." yeah but we're short staffed." I then said, "you can't make two drinks"? Again .... another stupid response. "We're out of everything." Oh, so now they're out of EVERYTHING. I hope the owner knows his staff refuses customers because they're too lazy to work, and in a hurry to leave. This Dunkin' is pretty messed up. Make up hours as they go along. They won't post promotional signage at the drive-thru that all other Dunkin' have going on. Staff is some how never aware of anything. Dunkin' prices are pretty up there without the Starbucks quality. And their regular coffee REALLY sucks. Always bitter, old tasting. Been sticking to espresso drinks. I have been going to this Dunkin for years! Their service WAS slow, but since last month the morning crew has been great! The girls who take my order actually know my voice when I'm ordering and they get my order right every time. There are a few crew members who are very difficult to understand, but the girl who takes the orders and the cashier are both so friendly, I truly enjoy seeing them every day. Wish they had a tip jar because I would at least give them my change because I am always greeted with a smile a first name "Good Morning Jason!"
