I wanted this relationship to work. I really did. But consistency matters, and Dunkin' just isn't showing up for me. After an exclusive relationship with Starbucks for many years, I decided to branch out and try other options. Over the past 18 months, I've visited numerous Dunkin' locations -- with a couple in particular getting a lot of my business due to their convenience near my home and school. Unfortunately, despite being a frequent customer, the experience has been consistently disappointing. How do you forget the bacon on an Avocado Toast WITH Bacon... repeatedly? If it's not that, it's the wrong drink, paid add-ons like cold foam left out, or some other surprise I didn't order. At this point, it's less breakfast and more roulette. The drive-thru convenience is what keeps pulling me back -- and also what keeps letting me down. When I notice an error before I even leave, I end up having to park, go inside, and fix it anyway -- which completely defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. Going inside usually confirms the lack of care; many locations are visibly dirty. Most concerning is the absence of any real customer-satisfaction mindset. At times, it feels like poor service is baked into the business model. I don't need perfection. I just need my order to match what I paid for more often than not. ...I rarely write reviews but I was just flabbergasted by the way I was treated here. I ordered through the drive-thru and realized I was missing my items when I arrived home. When I called all I got was "Oh yeah we know we forgot. Can you come back?" No apologies or anything. I drive back for the food, and it's given to me without ANY acknowledgement. Ridiculous! I have been going here a few times a week for the past 3-4 weeks. I really like this one. I'm also not sure why the low star rating. I've been getting the power breakfast sandwich and the Turkey egg & cheese wrap. Both are great. The munchkins are hit or miss though. Most of the time they've been very good but a couple times hardly any taste. The wake up wraps are best to get in the morning. The tortilla is always soft and not crunchy or overdone. But when I got one yesterday he had to make it since there were none in the warmer pull out tray. It was overcooked, a bit charred & the tortilla was crunchy instead of soft. But they get it right the majority of times in my book. Better than a lot of the other dunkins I frequent. Each time I've stopped here I have gone inside. Even a few days ago when it was pouring. I know it's not common for people to write reviews for their local Dunkin' Donuts, unless it is to complain about some mishap or another. I am choosing to write this review because the team at this Dunkin' Donuts have always gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and like a regular. Early morning, between 6:30 and 7:00, I'll arrive every 2-3 days to grab my coffee. I meet my significant other at another Dunkin' Donuts on the way to both our jobs, and so we tend to get our coffee/breakfast there. I come here only on days when he and I are not meeting up. When I come to this branch, regardless of if I walk-in or I drive thru, I'm always greeted with a smile. And if it's the manager of the place, a Middle Eastern or Persian lady, named GINA (I confirmed, not shireen as I previously had) I believe, not only are you greeted with a smile but with the brightest smile on the planet. She has such an easy going and lovely way about her, that I am already in lifted spirits before even that first sip of coffee. That lady has customer service down PAT! Yes, as foretold in some reviews, the hash browns can be a hit or miss at this branch of DD - and that is a real shame because it's one of the best things on their menu. But, in their defense (and in the defense of all DDs), they can't fry these puppies and get you your order all within 60 seconds of you arriving at the pick up window UNLESS they have some things pre-made. I believe the hash browns are sometimes pre-made and can be sitting out there. When it happened once, I marked it off as a mistake, the second time, as a shame, but the third time I spoke up. And not only did they graciously make me a new batch of hash browns, they've never again repeated that mistake. Give these people a chance to redeem themselves, I am sure they will come through, like they always have for me. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts introduced me to the game of "Hash Brown Roulette." When you order a combo meal in the drive through, it's always a crapshoot. Some days they will ask you if you want the hash browns, and not put them in, other days they will automatically put them in, and at other times, nothing at all. Games aside, this Dunkin' Donuts is closest to the expressway, and is always rather busy since it's a 24 hour location. The coffee is always fresh, and service is polite if not a bit mechanical at times. The food comes out fast, but 9 out of 10 times it is overcooked and crispy. Just a note: Load one of their perks cards on your phone. Pay on the go, and the rewards are fantastic. read more

Why has the service consistently gone down. This used to be my g to on a daily and now every time I come in it's like I regret it. It's always slow, the cashier acts like she always has an attitude and watching them make the orders looks like a circus. They have gotten rid of all the good items and replaced fresher bagels and donut with frozen mess. If I could give it 0 stars I would! This morning I ordered a coffee through the app and arrived to pick it up to find- no joke-20 cars in the drive thru line! I pulled into the lot thinking I would just go in to pick it up, only to be greeted with a sign on the door that says "drive thru only, sorry for the inconvenience ". At this point I called into the store asking to cancel my order because by the time I got through that crazy line my coffee would be cold. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered an On-the-go order and went through the drive through. The lady held out my coffee and said "here" with attitude. she went back to get the doughnuts I ordered and came back not even looking at me just put her hand with the bag halfway out the window. She never gave me a straw, forgot the caramel in my drink, and gave me the wrong doughnuts. It's almost like she went out of her way to make sure everything was wrong. This has been the third time in the past month that they mess up my order. Something simple I got twice, A CARAMEL ICED COFFEE: which had absolutely no caramel and and over load of ice that I couldn't even stick my straw through, and the third time an iced caramel macchiato with flat tasting espresso and once again NO CARAMEL. I'm not sure how the management has changed but my iced coffees used to always be on point and has great flavor.. disappointed especially since the large macchiatos I get here cost the same at Starbucks and Starbucks never messes anything up. So no matter where I go I end up paying $6, I at least want a good drink! I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! In light of everything that's going on with this Corona virus, extra sanitation measures are super important. I decided to treat my family to some donuts and coffee since we have all been in the house for so long, so we went through the drive-through. As I was pulling up to the window, I noticed the worker was wearing gloves. He was handling everybody's money and cards and then handing them their food with the same gloves. I seen him open my coffee up with these same gloves to add the equals that were not added when my coffee was made. I brought it to his attention that with everything going on that he shouldn't be touching food with those gloves and that he should wash his hands frequently instead. He got an attitude with me asked me how many times is he supposed to change his gloves or wash his hands?! I told him as many times as it takes. I couldn't believe it. The health department should pay them a visit and give them a sanitation lesson. So, after all his attitude he asked us to pull up to remake the coffee and instead of the iced Carmel latte I ordered, I got a iced coffee with cream and no sugar! I'll NEVER GO BACK HERE! read more

I've only used the drive through on a few (5-10) occasions, and they used to do it ok. Lately though, it's just getting worse. Today, I ordered an iced coffee, and it tasted like water with a bitter aftertaste. Seriously, no coffee flavour in it at all. I ended up pouring it in the sink when I got home, it was that bad. My friend ordered a turkey bacon sandwich that comes on a big round roll. The roll was not just a bit stale,.... it was hard as a freaking rock! There is no way that the employee did not know it was bad. I ordered a bagel. It was kind of stale as well. On an empty day, it took over 15 minutes to get two iced coffees! To make matters worse, every time I get an iced coffee from there it's bitter and has next to no flavor. It's just watery and gross.
