I can't believe I'm rating a Dunkin Donuts so low. I LOVE DD! It's my birthday today and I decided to treat myself to half a dozen donuts. First off - they are out of some of my favorites. It's only 10am. But that's fine. It happens. Second - $10 for 6 donuts?!?! I swear not too long ago it was $10 for a dozen! Third - I open my box of donuts and see everything is shaped like a Boston cream and two look like they barely have frosting on them. I definitely was super confused so went back and asked. The response was their machine was broken but they were indeed regular donuts. And she also sounded irritated to even be telling me that much. When I went to eat one of these odd looking donuts it wasn't even fresh! Not even several hours fresh! It tasted almost a day old. I thought it wouldn't be a problem since it was 10am. So. 10$ poorer. Stale donuts. Irritated employee. Look. If your donuts are deformed maybe pre warn the customer so they don't freak out. And I wouldn't serve donuts with half the frosting on them. And work on the customer service too. I guess I need to find another location. Sigh. read more

This is my go to Dunkin! Everyone is super friendly and nice! I've gotten size upgrades numerous times! I love them! I've discovered my favorite drink is the iced caramel latte and it's served all season. If you love sweet drinks try this one. Butter pecan is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE but that's only in the summer! My friend and stopped by around 5:30 and placed 2 separate orders, the employee messed up our orders then charged me for my friend's order and her for mine which is not a big deal, however, she messed up my coffee and didn't give me my hash-brown and when I told her she said I would have to pay for hash-brown again...I had already paid for it and pointed it out to her and she still refused to gime me my hash brown or fix my coffee order, she said she wasn't doing anything and would not correct our order. And I saw a sign that said when you get the app you get a free drink so I downloaded the app, signed my soul away gave them all my info. And tried to order online. Wouldn't work. So I just walked in and ordered. No free drink. It was a scam. Showed the cashier my QR code before I paid. Nothing I still paid full price. I was here a few weeks ago and a lady in a lime green SUV with an agility dog bumper sticker was ahead of me in the drive thru screaming and cursing at the workers. Seriously, I had my windows rolled up and I could hear every word of her tantrum. It was so sad. This is the second time that I ordered a chocolate cream filled donut and the amount of cream in it was the size of a quarter. Only one bite had chocolate cream. This was the case on two separate purchases on 10/30/20 & 11/16/20. Had I wanted a powdered donut I would have ordered one. The same holds true for the Apple fritter, where are the apples? If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts 0 stars I would. I was passing through Longmont on Sunday Sept. 1st, 2019 at around 9am. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches for my wife and I. Place was not busy at all. The girls inside were talking amongst their selves and goofing off. Took 8-9 minutes to get our food. As we got our food we took off. Didn't open the bag for upwards of five minutes until we got on the highway. When we did my wife's sausage in her breakfast sandwich was still FROZEN. The egg and bacon in my sandwich wasn't frozen but it was very cold; surely wasn't heated/cooked properly. Waste of $8+. Very disappointing service and food after one bite went straight to the trash. Drive through at 10:00 on a Sunday morning. Ordered a dozen to go. The girl operating the drive-thru asked whether I wanted to pick or let them pick. I said "I'll pick". She sighs, then says "Okay...I have to get a box". She then gets back on the line and says "Yeah what can I get you". I then proceed to pick my donuts, half of which she replies with "We're out of those". I then order a bear claw. She says "Apple Fritter?" I said No, a bear claw (envisioning a pastry with cinnamon and sliced almonds). Her reply (somewhat condescending)...."Apple fritters ARE bear claws". I cancel the bear claw/apple fritter and then pull forward to pay. She then replies, "We're out of chocolate glazed (one of the three types I ended up changing to earlier)" At this point, I'm just wanting to get out of there. I pay, get home, open the box, am missing two donuts, and the ten that are there are stale. Bottom line...I will NEVER shop there again. The ride staff, lack of stock, and poor food quality has lost them a potentially new customer. I was in a hurry so I didn't go to Winchell's. Never again! If you want fresh donuts and not rude service, avoid Dunkin and go to Winchell's. read more

This store regularly closes early. Not a great way to keep customers. I went on June 12, 2021 and whoever was closing that night decided to close at 8:30pm. Drive through was closed also and everyone was busy cleaning to go home and wouldn't acknowledge customers even though there were 3 cars outside hoping to order some donuts! read more

Went through the drive through this morning and whoever took my order was fantastic! He was so friendly and had a fun way about taking my order. He was upbeat and funny. I said "I wasn't sure what I wanted yet" and he said "sounds like you need a triple shot of expresso" and his funny comebacks just kept on going. It's nice to hear people having fun at what they're doing. This guy needs a raise!
