They're known for their coffee, as well as their signature Donuts. They do breakfast good. I just happened to bump into one of them while filling up gas on the rental car one early morning in Manchester, NH near the Manchester Boston regional airport. This Dunkin Donuts was actually inside a gas station mini mart, which I thought was pretty cool. It was a Thursday morning in October 2016 and I had drove blindly to locate a gas station. I'm thankful that there was one here, as well as a Dunkin' Donuts for my breakfast. I decided to buy breakfast here, which was basically an egg, sausage thing on a croissant. Along with hash browns and a Boston creme donut, I was good to go. As far as restaurants go, this was basically like a take out place in many respects. You can eat there but I didn't see any place to sit down and enjoy the meal. These kind of places were many people are a quick in and out, since I'm sure that there are many like me who fuel up their rental cars here, get breakfast, and return them to MHT regional airport. This Dunkin Donuts location is very much conveniently located at 999 Main Street here in Manchester, NH. You're about 2 miles away from the actual airport, so this location to fill up your tank and get breakfast - or lunch / dinner at Dunkin Donuts - can be a viable option if you are in the area to do so. They have a variety of donut flavors to choose from. Maybe one of these days I'll try them all, but the Boston Creme donut was pretty good and enjoyed the hash browns. Dunkin Donuts accepts major credit cards, which is always a good thing, especially when you want a quick entry and exit, since you're about 1 hour from departure and you're here filling up gas. Yep, that was me that morning, but thankfully I made my flight. Dunkin Donuts is a budget friendly meal option that is fun and can provide a meal solution when one can't be found at the present time. It's always nice to cheat once in a while and specialty donuts are the way to go. Haven't had a donut in a while and it was nice to have one. The overall experience here at Dunkin Donuts was good, even while a little bit sleep deprived and getting up wicked early, but it had to be done. It's been forever it seems after visiting a Dunkin' Donuts previously to this experience in Manchester, NH. The service was good, friendly, fast, and definitely well worth the pitstop. Donuts are great for what it is, but I'm glad that I don't have them regularly. Their breakfast combos are awesome and, while I don't drink coffee anymore, I'm sure that the coffee Dunkin brews is as competitive with Starbucks every single day. This Dunkin Donuts kiosk / restaurant location was clean. At 5:30am, the people who work at this location was as perky as I've seen. I don't think I've been like that in a while. Kudos! If you like donuts and breakfast items, come to Dunkin Donuts. Just go to a different Dunkin's. If you look on google. Many people have complained about the same female that works there. I'm not sure if she's just friends with the owner, but seriously, just save your sanity and go to a different Dunkin's. All because they messed up on my order I went in there to just let them know I wanted a new coffee and out of nowhere, because I wasn't even speaking to her, Merymah (don't know the spelling) turned around and asserted herself into the conversation telling me I needed to relax because they had a new person. I said, no worries. But that wasn't enough for her. She processed to tell me to shut the f*ck up and that I needed to go back to where I came from. WHAT?! I was in complete shock that someone like that even had a job. This was disgusting and I truly feel bad for everyone who works with her. The counter lady that I was speaking with in the first place, kept apologizing to me. I felt so bad. I let her know that it was ok and that it wasn't her fault. I asked her for the other females name. She said, Merymah but she stated she didn't know how to spell it. This girl needs some humility in her life. We stopped into this Dunkin to kill time. I feel weird about leaving this rating as our experience was fine, but in solidarity to the guys who ordered ahead of us, I feel like it's well deserved as the customer service was a bit subpar for them. First, one of the guys ordered a big and tasty. As we were ordering, someone came over to the register and told the cashier that they were out of the bread for the big and tasty. She was upset because she'd already charged the guy for it and was very snarky to her coworker, saying "I wish someone would have told me that. I already charged him." Then they came up with a plan to give it to him on plain bagels. He was ok with that so they started that plan. And then they only had two bagels left, and the woman making them dropped one of the plain bagels. So they had to adjust the order again. This time they suggested croissants or something else. He ended up going with an onion bagel because they assured him that they were "delicious." Overall, it seemed like one thing after another and they were just a mess. As I just stopped here today I was extremely disappointed. Ordered 3 drinks, and when I got to the window the guy was so out of it he didn't even take the order. We got our drinks and the latte wasn't made right and the tea was wrong as well. If they had someone else running the drive through I'm sure it would have been made right. read more

All seniors, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My husband drinks DD coffee every single day, sometime twice a day. Today we stopped by and asked for a coffee and asked (nicely!) if they could apply senior discount like all others do. A young woman says "NO WE DON'T DO THAT HERE," so abruptly, dismissively and disrespectfully!!! Clearly they do not value their senior customers NOR has she clearly ever been trained in standard customer service. All she had to do was speak in a NORMAL VOICE and not be so disgustingly rude to us, loyal DD customers. She was just nasty and classless - learn some manners!!!!! It's been an hour and I am still fuming over this experience. I have enjoyed Dunkin for as long as I can remember and this past year I have had a frozen coffee daily. The last time I visited Brown Ave DD I was my last. I ordered my usual frozen coffee with NO WHIP CREAM. When it was presented WITH WHIPPED CREAM I politely reminded the gal I did not want the whipped cream. She asked me to pull around to a second window so she could wait on others and would make a new order for me. When I finally received it I drove up the hill to my home and took it inside. My first sip was awful. It tasted as if the last cup had been mixed up with the whipped cream. It was not cold or frozen-like and it tasted awful. I wrote to the main DD office that was quick to apologize and said they would refer to the local franchise. I heard from the local manager last week asking for my phone number which I provided. Not a word since. No apology, no offer to replace with what I had ordered. I miss my daily beverage but will not go to this location again read more

This morning was the last time I will visit this location. I have contacted the store in the past regarding a few issues; however, this morning was it for me. I watched the person preparing my breakfast sandwich. He was not wearing gloves as he struggled to pull apart the bread. I don't expect much when I go to a Dunkin Donuts. The food is awful, the coffee is mediocre and the staff is usually rude. This location has all of the above but also seems to have either non working equipment or lazy employees. I've gone into this location and asked for products (wake up wrap, americano, etc) and been told more than once that they don't carry that item or their machine down. Doesn't seem to be a problem in the morning but if you catch this place on a Sunday afternoon or weekday night, you're 50/50 going to get that response if you order something the staff doesn't want to make or doesn't know how to make. read more

The Dunkin Donuts at 2297 Brown Ave has the worst customer service I have yet to see the guy that was at the window was rude to me you can obviously tell he has no people skills but I pleasantly told him to have a great day and as I was driving off he told me to go fuck myself and drop dead that is horrific Behavior to me. I did keep my receipt so the time that I went there with 7:03 a.m. May 11th 2018 cashiers name Nathany. This is unacceptable Behavior I will not be treated like that from anyone I go she's at Dunkin Donuts very often because I live right down the street. I grew up in NH and became used to quick service at Dunkin Donuts and how to abbreviate what kind of coffee you want. I've since moved to Florida and it is a whole other song and dance at Dunkin Donuts. No one down there understands what a medium coffee with extra extra means, you have to spell it out. And service is typically very slow; it does get aggravating when you're used to the lifestyle up north. So on my last day of vacation in NH I ran into this Dunkin Donuts to get 5 coffees and a dozen donuts. It may have meant nothing to the cashier but it put a massive smile on my face that I could tell him everything I wanted in 2 seconds and he understood me! He literally had all 5 coffees made in less than 2 minutes. I think it took longer for me to pick out my donuts! Then my husband picks a Carmel square donut thing that would have been an extra charge. So we decide against it since I've already paid, but the cashier gave it to us anyway!
