Came in and ordered a pumpkin spice latte (through the app)z arrived 4 mins later and waited inside all of 45 seconds and somebody asked if I was a mobile order. I confirmed that I was & they asked my name and I said "Sarah" and then there was a chorus of people saying the name "Sarah" (or this is how it felt) and the my coffee was handed to me TOASTY and somebody apologized for the wait. Always closes earlier than their stated hours. States they close at 9 they were closed before 8:30. This is always the case not just a one time only occurrence. Can't even rate their service or coffee if they don't bother to stay open. read more

Why are your drive thru girls so rude? I can't stand them barking "YEAH?" After every part of my order at 7 am or anytime really. It's gotten so old that I'm here complaining. For example: Me: "Good morning, I'll have a glazed donut" Drive thru girl: "YEAH", Me: " I will also please have an everything bagel," D: "YEAH" ME: "An order of hash browns as well" D: "YEAH WHAT ELSE" Etc. That's not the only rude thing they do though. They are always arguing while they leave the drive thru window open. I've often heard them arguing about who is going to make what part of my order. Or they are talking through the speaker, and I'll say "I'm sorry can you please repeat that?" And they go "I'm not talking to you". This Dunkin has consistently awful service. Trying to order Dunkin' on the go to save some time? You may want to order the night before to give them enough time to get your order, mess it up, and then fix it. Still, be sure to build in at least another 10 minutes so they can actually fulfill the order you placed. You're better off going to the Dunkin on Burnside. read more

I just went to this Dunkin' at around 5:10pm, and I waited for more than a half hour and the people there were so rude. Not only was their attitude so bad, the food tasted weird and was not served correctly. They didn't ask if I wanted my receipt, and they even missed some items I ordered. I only got half of my order. I never make any reviews like this, but I am just shocked at this behavior. There was a girl and a boy working there, who did not care at all how rude they were being. They didn't ask me if I wanted my change back or anything. What kind of place are you guys running where not only did we have to deal with such rude workers, our food was not even good either? I live less than a mile away and I always go to other Dunkin locations to avoid going here. They have never completed a single order correctly. Even down to simple things. I'll order almond milk only and get cream and sugar. A few months ago we ordered a drink and misspoke (it was a new item menu, it happens) and when we found out we ordered the wrong thing we asked if we could get change it and pay. The employee got really rude towards us and refused to make what we wanted and just insisted that we get what we get. I'm not a confrontational guy at all and I never was rude in the slightest, I even immediately said that I made a mistake and it wasn't her fault, but she went 50 shades of "street" on me. Judging by the 2/5 on Yelp, I think I'm in the right ballpark on the general feelings. Honestly, pay the extra at Starbucks next door. The Dunkin donuts store located on spencer st in Manchester CT really needs to work on their customer satisfaction. Any time I go there the latte machine is conveniently not working and apparently toasting the bread for any ordered sandwiches is too hard to do. I usually don't review chain places but I LOVE this Dunkin Donuts. At most other DDs I get very lackluster attitudes and often incorrect orders. Don't mean to blow his spot, but the dude behind the counter right now (8:40am, 8/2/16) is high as fuck. I get it, he's young, it's likely just a summer job for him, but you're a COFFEE and donuts place. The morning shift is critical. People need their coffee quick and efficiently. This guy can barely open his eyes, let alone operate the register while navigating the complexities of putting a donut in a paper bag. I don't care if you're high, you can't just be complete waste of space in the highest traffic shift of the day. I've written maybe 5 reviews in 3 years? Went Saturday morning ordered bagel With cream cheese not toasted and a diet come. Got order then sat down, took bite but no cream cheese. Opened it up and half of bagel had no cream cheese. Took it back to counter and was told that was normal and I could buy more cream cheese to cover entire bagel. Left it on counter and left. No wonder they are closing stores. I go to this Dunkin in the early morning and the woman who works there is so rude. She is not attentive when you're waiting at the drive-thru and don't even think about correcting her if she got your order incorrect. She once threw a straw into my car and slammed the drive thru window in my face while I was talking to her about my order. I avoid this Dunkin at all cost. read more
