Very disappointing. I grew up eating Winchell's donuts and this is my first time having Dunkin donuts and if this store is representative of all Dunkin Donuts, I would find another donut shop. I read from other people how the service here is not very good. That was the case when we visited. The guy working behind the counter clearly couldn't be bothered to help us. He said hello when we walked in but when it came to ordering the donuts, he just stood at the register and barely acknowledged us. We were trying to tell him what we wanted and he just kept nodding his head. When it came time for him to get the donuts, he had completely forgotten what we asked for... we only asked for three donuts. We got a regular glazed donut, a maple bar and a cinnamon roll. He just threw the donuts in the paper bag and when we got home, about 80% of the maple glaze was stuck to the bag and came off the maple bar. Whatever they use to make donuts, it's more like cake than a light, fluffy donut. One bite of the glaze and maple bar and we threw them out. The cinnamon roll was more like what I was expecting from a donut. The problem... no cinnamon or VERY little of it. The cinnamon roll was pretty light and fluffy but just really no cinnamon. I think like many in the local area, we have been anticipating the opening of this store only to be hugely disappointed. I did an online order for two items both of which they managed to get wrong. I ordered a large ice chai latte with chocolate cookie and brown sugar syrup and an everything bagle with strawberry cream cheese. instead I got a large iced coffee with a lot of creamer and sugar (made it extremely sweet) and a bagel that was hard. When I called to explain the situation and ask for a refund the manager was rude and wouldn't listen to me. I will say one up side is they did put a lot a cream cheese on the bagel. but it's not worth it if your eating a rock. I 100% Do NOT recommend the Dunkin in marble falls. read more

This location just recently opened about 2 weeks ago and I remember a friend that I watch on YouTube say that he absolutely loved their coffee.. so me being from small town had never been to a Dunkin.. So I went and ordered a Medium Black coffee (I add nothing extra) and although it was a bit steep on price ($3.25) it was a solid cup of coffee! I went through the drive through and the employee was super nice and upbeat like she was excited to see me and give me a simple cup of coffee.. so thank you for that.. Not bad at all for a store that is freshly opened and still ironing out the kinks that a newly opened restaurant always has.. I don't eat much sugar but I'm sure I'll drop in again soon and try a cup of coffee again but WITH a doughnut! I live in the edge and have sugar sometimes! Haha! read more

Still just one star. Growing up in Massachusetts and New Hampshire we go to "Dunks" because it it cheap and FAST. This is not Starbucks where we want to wait over a half hour for the five cars in front of us to get their coffee and split. I satisfy my need for Dunks Coffee by buying it at Walmart and making it at home. For comparison, a medium Coffee and two Boston Cream Donuts in New Hampshire runs you $2.38 TOTAL. Might as well buy the coffee at Walmart and get a good donut at Donut Crown down the street and get a FRESH, Human Made sinker there and help a family trying to get by in today's economy. read more

Let's begin with the staff. They are amazingly friendly and courteous but sadly not trained. The coffee is also flavorful. Unfortunately the food is not well prepared. If you order a bagel it will be cold and obviously the cream cheese will not spread. If you order a muffin and a crueler be prepared for these served cold as well. As you may have thought using a drive thru is convenient you will quickly learn you should go in and supervise the preparation. And before I forget the parking is lacking if you decide to go in. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband & I tried to go through the drive thru at Dunkin /Baskin Robbin's for some ice cream at 7:40PM on Sunday. We sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge us since it was before their closing time of 8PM. After waiting for ten minutes with no service, we decided to drive towards the window. That's when we saw four Dunkin employees congregating at the back door talking to each other. As we drove up with our window down, one of them said, "We're closed." My husband said, "Your sign says you're open until 8." Her response was to shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes. We decided to go to the Dairy Queen next door who served us immediately and with extraordinarily wonderful service and a pleasant attitude. As we drove away from Dairy Queen we noticed another vehicle sitting at the drive thru at Dunkin also waiting for service while the same four employees just watched them wait... There were also patrons trying to walk through the front door at Dunkin, which was locked, also prior to 8PM. There wasn't a shortage of staff available, just a shortage of staff unwilling to work until closing time. I wonder if they "clocked out" prior to deciding to stop working or were milking the clock until the actual closing time. This was our second attempt to try to visit this location and it will definitely be our last. We will continue to spend our money at Dairy Queen instead. read more

Extremely rude and disappointing. Waited 10 min inside before I had to ask them to help us. (they served two people that walked in behind us). Acted extremely rude that I asked. Waited another 10 min to ask again when I would be able to get my 3 glazed donuts. They were completely out by this point. Mind you, they served a total of 14 people in front of me (drive through and the customers behind us). Then the manager asked what I wanted (very rudely) because the girl that was serving us rolled her eyes and handed him our bag and refused to serve us. The most horrible experience and my kids had to witness it. They were full of anxiety by the time we left, wouldn't even eat their breakfast and went to school with this as the start of their day.
