I have bought at least two coffees if not three almost every day of the week at the Dunkin location in Maricopa for more than a year now. Unfortunately the quality of the prepared frozen coffee has become an issue for more than a month now and on several occasions I have also been overcharged and the cashier at their drive up window is non responsive when their error is brought to their attention. When you do request that the coffee be properly prepared as ordered you get the exact same coffee returned to you missing the requested flavoring. Stopped by here for the first time. Cafe was dirty, trash outside was overflowing from the bins. The baristas had no clue of what donuts they offered or did not offer which was disappointing. I lve their avocado and hummus toasts! Their drinks are good. I like their cold brews. Their pumpkin & blueberry donut holes are great. I like extremely light ice on my iced coffees. I am very pleasant and always say please. However, any time I request it, I get some type of rude facial expression or attitude. Just to be sure today was the second time I let DD disappoint me. They are usually limited on the variety of doughnuts available... it's a doughnut place! My order today. I ordered two doughnuts... I got two but not the right ones that I chose. No egg on the bfast sandwich and a drink missing from the order. I called to tell the supervisor who commented that I must of ordered wrong and it was probably user error. After she found the ticket and seen it was not user error... she just said we have a list we keep for people who complain, I can add you to it and the next time you come through we can give you the egg. Most of the staff look miserable all the time. Never smiling, always low energy and seem annoyed to have to be there. One girl looked on the verge of tears recently when I went in to pick up my order. After my interaction with the manager today I can see why the staff is miserable. I was trying to redeem a mobile offer in the app and their system was down so I couldn't place the order. I went inside to get the deal and was told by the manager that the type of item I ordered wasn't eligible for the deal despite the app showing it was and the PICTURE on the offer was the exact item I was trying to order. So I ended up paying for an item that should have been free and the manager tried telling me that the terms and conditions in the app (that didn't specify this exclusion) AND the photo included with the offer were wrong sorry, nothing she would do to help. Awful customer service, I walked out angry and frustrated and as someone who works in customer service it upset me to have been dismissed and lied to just because she didn't feel like honoring the deal. I like making customers happy especially when they are kind and respectful so I was appalled at the service I received and how dismissive she was of the whole situation. If she treats customers this way, I can't imagine how poorly she treats the staff. This location need a complete staff overhaul, starting from the top. read more

This location is always out of donuts ‍ we've tried going 4 times since we moved here in June and every single time there is some kind of issue with availability. The whole vibe is nonchalant from the employees, so obviously the management and/or owners don't care. Sent a complaint in, got an email from the manager offering a free dozen and a free drink. Went two different times to "claim" this compensation for the hassle. BOTH times they didn't have enough donuts to fill a box up (once they had 4 donuts and the other time none). Finally went today first thing in the morning (to be sure they'd have fresh donuts). We got 12 donuts, 10 of which were stale and we just threw them away. Don't know what the issue is here today but we did an online order and when my wife got there they didn't know where our order was my wife had to contact me to see what I ordered, then they didn't have certain things we ordered, had to choose other flavors, when my wife brought home the order my coffee was supposed to be a toasted white chocolate with almond milk, it's coffee with a little almond milk. And there is no munchkins which I ordered, the mini pancakes are cold as hell. I'm extremely pissed off at this location. If I could this would be a negative star review. If Zero stars were an option that's what I would put. This establishment is something else most times I go there they don't have plain bagels and I get stuck with cinnamon Rasin or something else not even close to plain. Today I went and they had no bagels what so ever and that didn't seem to bother them one bit but I guess it saves them from having to do more work if you like at the other side of it. There inventory is always horrible either short on donuts or bagels or anything you can think of. Also they play a random game where sometimes the lobby is open and sometimes it isn't. I'm someone who spends a pretty hefty penny at Dunkin'. We have lived in many places, and when we found out that a Dunkin Drive thru was coming to Maricopa, I was counting down the days/weeks until it opened. There is a location at the Casino, but they don't take the Dunkin card, and you have to walk through the casino, not the easiest thing to do with children. So a drive thru was super exciting! It was a little rough when they first opened, but we kind of expected that, new hires and all that. I always order the same drink, usually 2 at a time. At first there was issues with consistency, they have a fancy new espresso machine, so it took a minute to get the latte to taste like I wanted. The biggest complaint that I have is they are constantly out of the flavoring. I don't live in town, and frequently only come in to get a latte or two, and it's incredibly disappointing that they are out. The customer service is great, and there are many nice people working, but I want my drink, and I want it the way I like it. I really enjoy having this location, but if they don't get their supply issues worked out, they are very close to losing a very loyal customer. read more

The drive through menu is terrible so knowing what donuts they have is a true joke. I ordered the chocolate glazed donuts and got something completely different-chocolate cake donuts. The menu needs to be fixed. Not a joke. I didn't return since I was in a rush to get to work My kids were super disappointed. The staff doesn't seem to know their own menu. My husband says the donuts from Good Donuts tastes fresher. The management team needs to pick up and teach their staff. You do sell 4 donut holes for a dollar. Don't tell a customer you don't.
