This is the rude worker

I went to this Starbucks with my friend this morning at 10:54 and the workers were AWFUL they called us "evil" for placing a mobile order!! We could hear the other workers talking crap about us from the drive through. They were extremely rude. The guy who called evil had black hair and a beard. The girl who yelled at us for placing a mobile order had brown hair. Don't go to this Starbucks if you want good customer service.

Ashley is the best!

In the recent year or two I have been a little saddened by the customer service and level of passion when I visit Starbucks (any Starbucks really). I feel like most Barista do not take pride in making good coffee and tea. On this day that I visited this location I wanted to get my usual, but wanted more tea flavor vs. latte flavor. Ashley was so patient and helped me create me new favorite!! lavender matcha green tea latte but using green tea as the base! I've had this drink several times, and adding the green tea as the base vs milk was the game changer. It was a pleasure drinking this drink. Ashley made it possible with her customer service, kindness, and passion to make good drinks! Thank you Ashley. You made this already special day so much more special!

My birthday lunch

5/5 Very clean (inside and out), 5/5 friendly staff (barista) great for outdoor seating. You can now sit inside dining as well. I definitely recommend this location. It's a step above others in the area. They get to know you and share what's good and offer ideas on drink and food choices. Awesome. Today celebrate my birthday at Starbucks for lunch. 5/5 Grilled Chicken and Hummus! . Yahoo! Thanks Starbucks

This place seems to have finally got its groove. The staff is genuinely friendly and this is one out of three neighborhood Starbucks we frequent. We hang out and always get a refill for a $1, on our cold brews. Otherwise it's an expensive cup of Joe.

My matcha latte has no matcha flavor, it is just hot green water. Employees were nice and friendly.

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

To accommodate for the warmer months, they have lots of shade over the outdoor seating and some fans to help try to keep it as cool as possible. I ordered the brown sugar coconut latte and it was sooooooo good. I would say it was my ideal cup of coffee! Service was not terrible, but wasn't notable. Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! Side note: If you're familiar with downtown Chandler, this won't come as a surprise, but since I'm not a Chandler-regular, I was a little surprised at the lack of parking aside from parallel parking just in front of the actual coffee shop. Ended up parking in a free parking garage, but it was a little bit of a walk to the coffee shop from the parking garage.

You order at a counter and the staff will bring food to your table. My favorite item is the breakfast sandwich. The brioche is tasty, the eggs are extremely fluffy, and the sausage has nice flavor. There are plenty of events going on here too. Bottle & Bean regularly schedules live music to play throughout the month on their lawn. I love seeing them working together... I love their coffees and drinks! However, the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that their food menu is lacking and it takes so long to get it when you do order something. For instance I once ordered some sort of pastry I think it was banana bread, and it tasted like the Starbucks one that come prepackaged like airplane food and it took 35 minutes until it was delivered to my table. Another time I ordered a breakfast scramble or similar w Potato wedges and it tasted like something microwaved and took over 40 minutes to get ...so personally I just stick w drinks when I come here. But if they ever upgrade their food menu I'll come back and give it 5!

Not only do they offer a crazy variety of delicious fresh pastries, drinks, sandwiches, breads, etc....they have beautifully decorated cakes that honestly are so good. I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). These PB employees are so pleasant, efficient and really are an asset to this organization. Love seeing Ashley, Kailey and Dania's smiling face as soon as you walk in, they will definitely greet you. They truly are so sweet. I watch how they connect with each customer, making everyone feel special. The manager Joy has done an excellent job in selecting this team... If you are nearby, give it a try. Ask for Ashley, Kailey or Dania, and I guarantee you will agree with me :-)

In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
