This is the second time that we have gone to Dunkin Donuts in Maricopa and they need to pick up the bar to be like the other locations we have gone to. The drive through menu is terrible so knowing what donuts they have is a true joke. I ordered the chocolate glazed donuts and got something completely different-chocolate cake donuts. The menu needs to be fixed. Not a joke. I didn't return since I was in a rush to get to work My kids were super disappointed. The staff doesn't seem to know their own menu. My husband says the donuts from Good Donuts tastes fresher. The management team needs to pick up and teach their staff. You do sell 4 donut holes for a dollar. Don't tell a customer you don't. Normally love dunkin for their doughnuts and their coffees. And they get two stars because of that. But I went there today and the drive thru employee was so rude. My receipt says their name was janell. After some miscommunication and the location being out of a large variety of doughnuts we had to go back inside to exchange them for what we meant and she put the doughnuts we go through the drive thru back on the rack to sell. We hadn't touched them or anything but she didn't know that? Pretty gross. Makes me not want to come back. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I really tried. But they constantly get my order wrong, like 4 out of 5 times. This place is NEVER busy when I go either, so I don't understand why I always get the wrong order. Guess I will reluctantly go back to Starbucks. read more

They should have a big sign outside that states only mobile orders can enter inside. I find it ridiculous that I have to download their app to order. The iced coffee at this location is terrible. I have bought iced coffee from other locations and it has always been great, but this one can't get it right. They always have a ton of sugar in the drinks and it never dissolves, they must add it afterwards or something. The last time I was there it was very burnt and like they had poured a whole cup of sugar in there. I wasn't even able to drink it. The breakfast croissant is decent, but I had to wait 20 minutes for it and they weren't even that busy. I understand this location is new, but it appears they lack the proper training. They are consistently out of donuts. Like literally, you will try to order and you will get sorry we don't have that. Then they will tell you what they have and explain you can't order a 1/2 dozen or dozen because they only have 5 donuts left in the store and it's none of the ones you would be willing to buy. After I read so many posts, I had to post some positive. My experiences in the beginning (when they first opened) were a little rough... That's normal. I've been coming at least once 2-4 times a week (1-3 times, I'll dine inside and read for a few hours). They're always pleasant, thoughtful, and accurate with their orders. This was our first time visiting the new DD in Maricopa and it was a horrendous experience. My friend and I ordered Cooladas and they kept messing up our orders and dumping the drinks out and were very rude about it. They spent 15-20 minutes just making the drinks and we finally politely asked them to speed it up because we had places to be. Overrall it was bad customer service and just a bad experience. Went in and got a large coffee, I asked the cashier where's my peel and win sticker on the side of the cup, she told me I had to buy an extra large coffee. I told them there's not one listed in the menu, the largest cup was large. Oh, well, we waited in line for 12 to 15 minutes for this. They had one cashier, who looks like she was in training and a lot of other employees standing around. The guy behind me waited around 10 minutes and left, guess he didn't like the very slow service. It's a bummer how bad the service was here. Very slow. And borderline surly (the customer behind me even commented on how unfriendly the service was). Really wanted to like and support a new coffee place in our little town. And may even give these guys another try. Maybe everybody in there was simply having a bad afternoon, and I was unfortunate to come in on the wrong day. But it took almost 10 minutes to get a simple drink order... And couldn't help but notice all the trash cans were overflowing and no one was emptying them. Didn't seem clean, and definitely wasn't friendly. I admit... One of my pet peeves is when you go into a place and they make you feel like they're upset that you want to spend money there. We all have bad days, and as I said, will probably give these guys another try. But was not a good impression today. Hopefully I can come back after a different experience, and give a much higher rating. read more

Went through the drive through and there is no donut menu, so we asked what they have and they seemed irritated by the question. Finally we placed our order go pay and I checked the box and the order of 12 donuts was wrong so when we told them again what we wanted it turned out those donuts were sold out.... why didn't you tell us when we were placing the order? Staff has no clue about how to serve customers. The breakfast sandwich is precooked and frozen until ready to heat. Cold cheese placed on top. Just passing through town after a casino stop. Big mistake stopping. They had problems doing everything in preparing food and beverages. Didn't ask what I wanted in my coffee. Not knowing, I figured items would be at the end of the counter. Went into to the store and there was only three choices left for donuts, so I asked when they will have more, they young girl seemed irritated by the question. I asked a second time, finally she looked like she attempted to ask someone in back, then returned up front looked at me and walked in back again, finial returned and told me they don't know when they will have more. How can you your time, my time and money ...I don't know this is your business to sell donuts if you didn't have the ability to keep up with demand than don't open, you're money on a business that does not make and money. i ended up cancelling and went to the store in the casino location.
