I wouldn't give a star. My husband ordered 2 cups of coffee and 4 donuts. He waited for his coffee to be picked up for 10 minutes. It turned out it was on the counter , not noticeably and nobody announced for my husband to pick it up. Nobody wanted to be accountable and workers were not friendly nor helpful. Absolutely horrible. I was the only customer in there and they took over 20 minutes to make one item. Their attitudes were extremely unprofessional, and one worker was making my food with an ungloved hand with munching on her own food. Once I got in my car I went to try my food to find it burnt with barely any of the toppings I asked for. Employees after I told them my order had no clue what was going on or what I was talking about. They again messed the order up when bringing out the new order, Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through to get my order and then they tried to charge me again and fought with me that I didn't pay. My family and I were coming home from our trip in Cape May and decided to stop at this Dunkin' location. I ordered through the mobile app and went through the Drive Thru to pick it up. Each car was waiting a LONG time in line at the window. At least 7-10 minutes each. At first I thought this was because there was only one worker taking the orders, making the drinks, and handing them out, but I saw at least three or four other workers who weren't doing anything (or at least didn't seem like it). My Mom ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants. When we open the sandwiches, there is one sandwich with two eggs on it, and another sandwich with two sausage patties on it......... My cousin wanted a cup filled with ice so that she could make her Coke extra cold and they accommodated that which I was happy about. I got a medium caramel mocha iced coffee with cream and equal and I thought it tasted good. I also ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese wrap and it was good/thicker than what I'm used to, but the wrap seemed really bent out of shape, not covering the entire sandwich. read more

When I arrived the lobby was locked. Literally the worst Dunkin chain I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru 2 weeks ago and we ordered 4 drinks, we received 5 and they were all WRONG. Decided to do an order on the go to avoid the mess up from last time and they still managed to mess it up. Then proceeded to argue with me that I ordered 1 iced coffee, they then checked the receipt and said "oh yea she did order 3 they're right here". Like who argues with a customer for one, and for two how to you repeatedly mess up orders... even when they are literally written on a slip so you can follow along and make it. It can't get much easier. It's usually the same people working when the orders get messed up, so don't go on a Saturday morning unless you have time to sit, wait and examine. Coming back from CA to home this was the most well oiled DD I've ever been in. It's also the first where my order was actually correct! The woman taking orders was friendly and patient with our large order. The line was long and went quickly. Our coffees came out first, fast and correct. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I'm in sales and am on the road all day, nearly every day. I frequent DD at least three times a day and this store in Marmora, New Jersey consistently has horrible service. Some low-points: The app accepts "walk-in" orders, then when you arrive the doors are all locked. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night- they lock the doors. The drive up is so slow one waits for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) if there are more than five cars. I can't wait 15 to 20 mins for a cup of coffee. The poor operation of this store has been a problem for over a year! If you are fortunate enough to actually be served, more times than not the order is not to your requests. Yes-you could wait in line another 15 to 20 mins to have another coffee made, but that's just insane. I frequent the DD's in Rio Grande, NJ and North Cape May, NJ and these two are finely run and operate incredibly well. DD needs to address this horrible situation in Marmora, NJ. Most of the employees could use more training. I've been going since this location opened and they must have turned over half the staff. They butcher more coffees than not and if you order a hot sandwich you can guarantee they'll make you pull up and run it out to you. read more

This place might be the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The place is a revolving door of incompetent 14 year old and rude middle aged women who couldn't hate their job more. If you decide to actually go IN to the dunkin donuts to get a coffee or some food, have fun waiting 20+ minutes until someone remembers that they're not just a drive thru. In fact, avoid the food altogether. Never ONCE have I gotten a muffin or donut that wasn't completely undercooked, to the point where it's just goo surrounded by flakes. It's a huge health code issue, and i'm sure it's not their only one. Years of outstanding quality ice cream and often overlooked by many as a subpar product. The ice cream is thick, heavy, flavourful, and very good quality. And VERY inexpensive comparative to an ice cream parlour. Try the flavor of the month Chocolate Hazelnut or the Mint Oreo Fudge. YUM!!!! The service there is always friendly. read more

Ok. In the last 4 almost 5 months this dunkin has gone down hill...a lot. They got a new manager who does not know how to order anything. Whenever I, or a friend, or family member stop by, they seem to always be out of donuts, or something else. I also feel bad for the people working there. They don't have the right equipment, and it takes them forever to scoop ice cream. Plus they have nothing for Baskin. I heard they are closing it down, but until then, stock up. The real issue behind all of this is that new manager. I was there for a few hours waiting for a tow-truck and heard her gossip about her workers, yell at them for small mistakes and just be horrible person. I also have noticed some of my favorite workers are no longer there. Something I'm sure she has something to do with. I hope everyone there can transfer to another store or find a new job. I can see that place closing down in the future and its what it deserves. read more

Has since cleaned up their act. Better selection of donuts, flavors, and just general better service overall. Now has a Baskin-Robbins attached to it. The only sticking point has been the Coolattas which come out correctly more often, though sometimes still not as frozen as they should be. read more
