This is a typical DD. It can become a but crowded weekend mornings and the service is not particularly speedy during those times. The doughnuts taste fresh and the location appears to be clean. When the weather is nice there is seating outside next to a little fountain that is rather nice. read more

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and expected to get a decent sized bagel like I get at other locations but instead I open it up to hunk of bread about the size of my fist (which isn't very big) it was hard to bite into and tasted stale. I was really excited for that bagel too. read more

Ew, this location was crawling with ankle biters gone wild and very dirty ....at nine in the morning, what gives? When I went up to the cash register the chick just looked at me with a look like what was I doing there. When she didn't say anything and I had to say "Hi" again, she just looked at me all deer in the headlights-like. Literally the worst dunkin I've ever been to. My order is almost NEVER correct and it's always a struggle with the curbside pick up. I went two weeks ago and ordered a cold brew with cream, sugar, and caramel. Came to the car to give it to me and the drink was COMPLETELY white. White? Literally no cold brew. Girl went inside and then was annoyed when I had to go in and ask her to fix it. Gave me the wrong donut two separate times, been given coffees without creamer/caramel, gross food, and bad customer service. Today I went and was late to work because I was waiting in the curbside pickup only to find out after waiting for 15 minutes that my order was sitting INSIDE for me to pick up. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of curbside??? I order the same thing every time and I get something different every time. Very frustrating. The only reason I go is because it's the only thing on my way to work in the mornings, but maybe I should just skip breakfast altogether from now on. Please don't waste your money here. read more

Some days the team is in work mode. Cut the personal chit chat with each other and going with the flow. At least show a sense of urgency that you want to get customer in and out quickly and as a guest I would give higher mark. The customer service from the morning staff is disgraceful. I have been to this location 6 or 7 times. Everything is fine as long as you don't need anything extra. God forbid you question the order. When I questioned the staff member about a missing item, she told me rudely that it was in the bag. I told her it was not and she grabbed the bag to check. It was not in the bag. No apology, just threw the item in the bag. And please do no ask for condiments! I was given a nasty face because I disrupted the flow by asking for a condiment. I am tired of hearing that we should just be happy somebody is there to serve. If you lose enough customers, you will not have anyone TO serve. You are being paid and I am sure Dunkin expects you to provide good customer service. If it is too much to be pleasant, try another career that doesn't require you to work with the public. Came back after months of staying away due to horrible service. Went in with another person who placed her order with no issue. Then the guy just walked off leaving me standing there. He never asked if I was placing an order or if I needed anything. I stood there for a moment then just left. Funny thing is she bought a couple of doughnuts and I was looking for a couple dozen. I've been here three times now, and all three times have been bad experiences. Unexperienced staff that are not customer friendly. I just stood in line for 10 minutes while a girl was very slowly making coffee drinks, and not once did she acknowledge me or say hey I'll be with you in a moment. Not a word! Service and overall experience has fallen off significantly...seems like it's always hectic regardless of crowd...people coming in 10 mins after you get their orders first...donuts are good but typically drink orders are made different every time...new register people are friendly but overall training is needed...love when you are in middle of ordering and cashier starts talking with coworker...not an easy business to manage or get good quality people, but work to be done to get back to at least average read more

This store used to be an awesome location. The coffee was always correct, the customer service was impeccable, there was never an issue. However, the last 6-9 months everything has DRASTICALLY gone down the drain. There is only one lady who can get an order correct (I wish I knew her name, she is great), but she isn't there very often when we've gone. We've given the store ample opportunities to get their act together, but we're done. Not only has the coffee gone downhill, but so has the customer service. The older lady in there still does not know what she is doing. Mobile ordering used to be great, but even ordering ten minutes ahead of time to drive over there, it is either not ready or made incorrectly. read more

A love myself some DD! Try their order on the go if you don't want to wait in line. Tried it myself not that long ago. I went to pick up my order, there was a long line, but went up to the pick up counter, make sure you pick the right order, and I was off. No need to stand in line. Watch their pricing! I wanted to buy 18 of an item and they attempted to charge me the price for a dozen and then a higher price for the last half dozen! The cashier said they had only two buttons on their register. The "manager" on duty said that higher price for the last half dozen was their pricing policy! I have been going to this location for years. However, the last few months - quality of the product and service has gone done drastically. Slow service, screwed up orders have been the standard. I keep going back hoping that things improve - however - they just continue to be bad. Best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in Charlotte. Friendly and prefessional staff.

As someone who lives nearby this used to be my favorite place to stop by and get my coffee fix and breakfast sometimes, or even ice cream on hot days. Coming back home to new management and a new staff was the most heartbreaking experience. As much as I want to rave about their coffee and pricing and friendly staff I can't anymore. Over the past year this place has gone downhill between the consistently slow service (especially important in the mornings) to a rude and unhelpful staff I am discouraged from giving this location my service any longer. Today marked the last bit of hope I had after I had to explain to the barista that a mocha swirl was indeed a drink that existed on the menu and how to make it. I still love Dunkin donuts but can't support this location, skip this one and go to another!! read more

Went to this Dunkin Donuts a few days before Xmas 2011. I was waiting for another store to open so decided I would get breakfast there in the meantime. Ordered a big and tasty sandwich and coffee. It was big and awful! The coffee was pure water with a taste of bitters. I told the guy at the counter the coffee was extremely week. He wanted to charge me additional to correct the situation. I dumped the food and left. The breakfast for me and my wife was a waste of ten dollars. We went to McDonalds. Will never eat there again. read more
