Don't sleep on OMG Donuts. I have almost never had such delicious donuts in my life. They have the most perfect dough that keep them from being too sweet. It balances with the icing (that is and should be sweet) perfectly. Favorites have been maple, cinnamon sugar, strawberry shortcake, raspberry, lemon....... They also have seasonal ones so I'd recommend going every quarter to get all the new flavors! My wife and I stopped looking for a cream filled donut. Unfortunately we picked the wrong place. You do get 5 fillings to choose from but it did not include a cream filling. They had buttercream (think frosting) which is definitely not the same. We still got donuts, chocolate iced. They were good but when you have your heart set on a cream filled donut it's not quite fulfilling. The service was mediocre at best, neither person behind the counter was outgoing or very friendly, especially the cashier. We may return at some point but doubtful. read more

One word, amazing. It is ran by a family and you can tell they LOVE the customers! I'm a student at East Meck, so this is a perfect morning stop before the day starts, and they never miss with my Hot Chai Latte. Only downside is they close by 3pm, but besides this- I love everything about OMG Donuts. Inside has a beautiful cozy feel to it, they have a few things painted on the walls and a plant section in front of the window, and outside they have tables to sit at when the weather gets cooler. These are some delicious donuts. They are relatively a new spot to the area establishing themselves with the last year. When I entered, I was greeted and was able to make a selection. The place was clean, and there were several people eating there. My cinnamon roll Donut was nice and fluffy. Their prices are comparable to many other dessert spots, such as cupcake shops, or cookie shops however, it is donuts so a little pricier for a donut compared to Dunkin' Donuts or Krispy Kreme. There are some shared parking spaces in front of the store that are shared with the other businesses. The staff were friendly and attentive. I love this fresh donut filling concept!! They have several types of fresh donut shells to choose from, then they fill the shells to order with a choice of jelly, custard, chocolate pudding, lemon, or vanilla cream ( they call it butter cream which makes you think of frosting, but it's not). They also have fresh glazed donuts (with a hole) with various toppings already made. The pricing is confusing, with different prices for different toppings, so be sure to ask. Brewed coffee is better than the specialty coffee shop down the street. I've been here twice, with the same nice lady working. She's not American, so you don't get that syrupy southern charm, but she is polite enough, just not too talkative. Give it a try and see what you think. read more

OMG should stand for Outrageous Money for Goopy Donuts. I paid $24 for a dozen of mixed donuts. Now if they were fantastic or special in some way it wouldn't bother me but they were nothing special - a couple jelly filled, a couple glazed, a couple sprinkled with few other average type donuts mixed in. If you've had Krispie Kreme you know that it's the gold standard for glazed donuts. These were so, so sweet and dry. The worst were the filled - you know how sometimes you wish there was a little more jelly in your Duncan's? I had to squish our some of the jelly from these. Honestly, it was like eating jelly straight from the jar with a spoon. The other donuts weren't much better. It took me over 45 minutes to make the 8 mile round trip from my hotel (granted it was rush hour and the school zones were active). I would have been better off stopping at the grocery store for my donuts. At least I'd be $14 richer. read more

I couldn't be happier to have recently moved into the neighborhood and stopped by this place. The donuts are delicious - not super greasy, but perfectly light and just the right amount of sweet. The classic glazed donut is a classic, but my favorite is the strawberry glazed - it tastes like REAL strawberry, not some fake flavoring. We are visiting from out of town. Not knowing much about our donut options, I searched and found OMG donuts. They are tucked away on a two-sided strip mall. Good thing we went beyond the pizza joint to find it! Full disclosure we got there relatively late for donuts, about 10:30 am or so. Our kind waiter shared that their donuts or made from scratch daily and that their best seller, the maple bacon donut had long since sold out. Our granddaughter had no problem picking her vanilla sprinkled donut. We were torn with our selections but ultimately picked buttermilk crumble, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon roll, two filled (they had a least 5 different fillings - strawberry jelly and lemon, our choices, raspberry jelly, vanilla, Bavarian crème and chocolate cream. The location was easy to find and parking available in the plaza. The store was clean and had seating available. The donut case was filled with delicious donuts, it was hard to decide on one...so I order an extra half dozen. There were some very happy bellies at home. However, while we were there, we had a vanilla dipped sprinkle donut and it was perfection. Soft, fluffy donut and the perfect amount of glaze and sprinkles. My little girl was a huge fan too. The apple fritter was to die for! Literally cannot say enough good things about it, I can't even put it into words how good it was. The perfect texture and sweetness. Mhmm! This donut shop is tucked in a tight corner of a small shopping center. I went on a Sunday (light to zero traffic in the area) so parking wasn't an issue. OMG Donuts has been on my list to try for some time. I visited the last time at the other location but they were sold out! So I am happy to learn there are two locations. The shop is cute with a few options to sit either inside and outside. As soon as you walk in, you can see the assortment of donuts on display. I tried the buttermilk donut (as you can see I bit the donut before getting a good photo lol). The buttermilk donut was so soft, moist, and fresh! I will definitely make sure to get this again. I also tried the Apple fritter which was ok. The ends were crispier than my liking but overall it was delicious. The original donut was from a friend so I cannot say from my experience how it tasted but was told it was great! Definitely a must try! read more
