So disappointed! I picked up several dozen assorted donuts for a business meeting. They were dry and seemed stale. They had a freezer burned taste to them. Not one person in our group could finish one. How does this even happen? My oldest son worked at a Dunkin' when he was in college. He used to bring home donuts that were made 12-14 hours ago and they never tasted like these cardboard atrocities I bought at 7:30 am. Service was quick BUT the manager with purple/pink hair was an absolutely atrocious person to her employee. I witnessed the employee get upset & not say anything to her (props to you!) and she KEPT on insulting them & screaming at them while they were just trying to do their job. I am APPALLED. We just bought a half dozen donuts. When we got home we were saddened to discover that the donuts were horribly stale. They were purchased at about 8 am. One would expect that they would be fresh. While it is widely known that the stores get the donuts from a truck frozen, one can only hope that they are somewhat fresh. These donuts were obviously from yesterday or longer. This a not so great experience with this store and I have experienced a couple with running out of items before 9am. This is the first time I'm speaking about though. I really just need you to see the pics provided to really get an understanding of what you may experience when visiting. The staff is very unwelcoming. I have worked customer service and I understand that is can be trying at times but we all have to work and need to adapt to the job set. It felt like I was a bother just placing my order. When I called with my concern the team leader was not able to provide any solution and was quick to give me the managers personal cell number which was concerning to me. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have had numerous issues with the DD app -- primarily related to employees interpreting a large skim latte with an added espresso shot as 2 separate items. This has happened to me on countless occasions at dozens of Dunkin's......the second issue I've had is regarding the apps' acceptance of orders despite the store being closed - one specific example was on the Saturday before Easter, posted hours were 8pm (in the app)--I placed an order at 7:15pm, it was accepted & charged , only to arrive at the store to learn that the store closed at 5pm...no way to get a refund - no phones are answered (I tried corporate, local franchise, and numerous local locations).....contacting via email only resulted in a half-ass apology and instructions to go back to the store because the corporate/franchise office couldn't make it right (are you kidding me?!?!)...... All of that aside, the reason for this location receiving a 1-star review is 10% due to the systems issues that are corporate or at least franchise based, and 90% due to one of the so-called 'managers' at this location, whom I've had the displeasure of interacting with on 4 occasions and all 4 were absolutely ridiculous, piss-poor, grossly negative and completely avoidable. I have no idea how this woman (more akin to 'pat' from SNL so I will use the pronoun 'they' instead of him or her) has any position dealing with people, let alone one with any management responsibilities. The 1st time I ever interacting with 'them', I had placed an order for an iced latte and a wake up wrap at Approx 9:15pm. A few minutes later, upon arriving at the store, I learned the store closed at 9 but drive thru was opened until 10, so I proceeded to the drive thru where I was scolded and lectured by 'them'. 'They' lectured me that the oven was already shut off (yet another system issue - if you cant/won't make hot products after a certain time, do not accept an order as such); nevertheless, I simply said "no problem just give me a refund, I was unaware that I could not order", only to be grunted at, 'they' then left the window (no drink, no wrap, no refund), and over 20 minutes later 'they' returned with my order. 'They' were absolutely abhorrent - demonstrating a complete and utter lack of politeness, common courtesy, or basic decency, devoid of anything remotely related to the proper servicing of a patron and/or representing the brand. Another occasion occurred when I order 4 large iced espressos with an extra shot of espresso in each (referenced earlier); now this was done via the app on a Sunday afternoon during the pandemic. Approximately 8 minutes after placing the order I arrived at the location. There were no cars in the drive thru, so I proceeded directly to the window. After sitting there for several minutes 'they' came to the window and said "$2.79", which I then said "oh, I had placed a mobile order", to which 'they' then let off a heavy sigh/grunt, then scolded me and ordered me "you have to tell us at the speaker. you have to pull back around"......wow, but ok, so I cordially pulled around, went to the speaker, said into the speaker that I had a mobile order, then proceeded to the window. Another customer had arrived, so I had to wait for that car to receive its order, then I proceeded to the window. "They" then started handing me my order - a carrier with 3 large iced beverages and a single small hot beverage (reminder - my order was 4 iced lattes with an extra shot in each)...'they' replied "your order", which I said "no it's not", 'they' then quite nastily spit back "well what's wrong with it" and I then explained it was not 4 shots of espresso and 4 separate iced beverages (which even if that was the case, shouldn't I get 4 individual espresso's as opposed to 1 cup with all 4 espressos); 'they' then said "well that's not how it comes through" (like that's my fault?!?), i then said "that's fine, so just make me what I ordered", 'they' then disappeared from the window, at which point I asked aloud (to the closed window) "are you the manager?!".....a few moments later a teenaged female came to the window and asked what the problem was, I explained, and she said that it was no problem and that she would make the beverages as ordered. I then asked if she was the manager and she said "no" that 'they' was the manager. (Are you kidding me - as a manager you handle this situation by running away and making a teenager do your job?!? Absolutely dumbfounding) Ultimately, this individual is just awful and having them in a retail setting is a disservice to all of humanity. I am writing this review mostly for the employees. This morning my daughter and I came in to this location to get doughnuts for her class. When we told the woman behind the counter that it was her 4th birthday every employee there was so sweet. They made such a big deal over my daughter, asking her how old she was, the lady behind the counter gave her a free doughnut, then the baker came out from the back with a special doughnut just for my daughter. It was so sweet and endearing and as we left my daughter was so excited about her "special" doughnut. So, 5 stars for the lovely employees at this location! read more

I always go to dunkin for my morning brew and the food is always delicious and flavourful. However, a grumpy old man refused to give me green tea and made me change my order. He was also very snarky. Wouldn't recommend to a friend. Teach old man manners and I will come back. In addition, the drive thru takes far too long and I miss my green tea. I always got a medium green tea and I egg and cheese on a croissant. I miss my green tea. The man who took my order missed a couple items, however a nice lady corrected it and gave me what I ordered. The First time I was in this store . It's a new store in the area . By 11:45 am there were no donuts left except for a tray of vanilla cream . They had some donut holes but when we asked where were all the donuts? They just laughed .. as if the store was closing any minute or something . There were about 7 young guys working but no one was helpful at all . Sad read more

Probably the BEST MANAGED Dunkin Donuts in the Pittsburgh area. Quick in and out. All the employees are pleasant and fast and don't act stressed out. The dining area is great for informal meetings. WiFi available and a great place to use as a second office...not discovered by too many yet! They always have the donut I'm looking for and FRESH! read more

Not sure how involved ownership is with this store but if they are not, they need to be... 8am on a Friday and they were pretty much out of everything. Not one bagel, hardly any donut holes and probably two muffins. How does this happen??? Thankfully there is a Bruegger's across the street. I've walked in at different times of the day and it's always the same. Not much of a selection and the next ones are an hour before they're ready. There's an older gentleman who starts out seeming nice but comes off more rude and sarcastic than nice. I have been to this Dunkin Donuts NUMEROUS times and every single time its never right. If you ask for a spread, make sure that you ask for extra because they BARELY put anything on it, ie. cream cheese on a bagel. Flip a coin for your coffee orders because you'll have a better chance of getting that right than your coffee (hint Dunkin @ Washington, mark the cups on the outside so we know we are getting what we asked for, hence the check boxes on the cup). This location needs a ton of help, until then I suggest the Dunkin Donuts down the road by the Galleria. read more
