This was an early morning stop at Dunkin. This is a large standalone building location. Tons of seating inside. Would appear to be a fast drive-through, but I walked in. It was cleaned and well kept early in the morning. The radio wasn't on too loud. neither were TVs if there were any. 3 stars for this large chain. The franchise owner is an ass. Two hours before the Canonsburg parade I parked in the lot to get breakfast with my family. Immediately a man who I imagine was the manager or franchise owner came running out screaming that there is no parade parking there. I explained that we were going in to eat. Then, one of our neighbors saw us and asked if we had chairs in our car for her son at the parade and I handed one to her. Again he came running over that I needed to move my car as there was no parade parking. My family totally intended to eat and then leave.....but that ass hat turned me away today and forever from this location. I immediately left and will never return. We went to a local diner down the road that was amazing! Not the best DD location... I love Dunkin's iced tea and iced coffee, but that's about it. The other reviews are true- they are ALWAYS out of donuts! Don't even think about going lunch, because there's no chance of getting one. Even though they close at 10pm!! There's also a 50/50 chance the hot coffee is sour. I think that's a result from being left on a burner too long? And don't get me started on their food. It's heavily processed and high in sodium. One of the worst places ever. They were great when they first opened but now, to actually get a donut is nearly impossible. There have been several times where I've went in to get a dozen (pick your own) donuts, and the bins were empty. Yesterday I walked in to get a dozen, there were 2 other ladies in front of me (not a big deal) yet stood in line for at least 5 minutes before the first lady was even acknowledged - who knows how long she was standing there. I love my Dunkin' refills! They will refill hot or iced coffee or iced tea. If you bring a Dunkin' branded mug it is $1.58 including tax. Any other mug is $1.96 including tax. Even though the product isn't always consistent, the drive through is quick and the staff is usually very friendly. I visit quite often for a coffee refill. Don't get me wrong - I love a good donut & I run on caffeine. I think maybe I just want this Dunkin Donuts to be good but it really has been sub par. I don't know if it's just me or if it's DnD in general but anytime I try to order an iced coffee- be it with a little bit of cream & sugar, or no cream & sugar and just a flavoring...it tastes like someone dropped a sugar bomb in my drink. I'm never really a huge fan of DD but for some reason I was craving it this morning. I walked inside and was greeted by an older man at the register. He was very friendly and waited for me while I looked over the menu. I decided to get the WakeUpWrap with bacon ($1.54) and it was ready within a minute. When I got the wrap it was a lot smaller than advertised. It was however cooked for the perfect amount of time because it wasn't too hot or too cold. What I experienced today with this dunkin donuts was just absolutely inexcusable. I have been a long time customer ever since this location opened and I am absolutely disgusted. I have worked in so many different retail positions before so I understand about being at a bare minimal staff, but you also don't pitch a fit in front of your customer and other employees as a manager that looks poor on you. This morning around 9:45 give or take I went through the drive thru to grab two coffees for myself and a friend. I also was there to pick up a donation for three dozen donuts which was discussed and notated for pickup this morning (Saturday, 9/22/18) for an event I have with my employer tomorrow. Unfortunately, having to go through the drive thru bc of their understaffing and call offs caused some hiccups for the donation I needed to pick up which they weren't even aware of and had ready. NOT ONLY THAT, I had to end up paying after telling two employees these were a donation pickup and I wasn't supposed to pay for the donuts and even gave them the letter again to prove I wasn't lying about it. The manager Chelsea wrote down my phone number but no one ever took it off my bill which I didn't realize until after the fact. I knocked on the door and she let me in, swiped my card to refund me the money and said it should be back on today, a few hours went by and it didn't. I went back to confirm again because I was worried and she's like I can't do anything else with an attitude. I told her I needed the owner's number or corporate number, she opened to door to let me in walked away yelling f*** this, i'm closing the damn store! I'm done!!!! throwing her headset on the ground and flipping out. She should be glad no other customers were around to see that. I'm sorry but all I want is my funds back to my account, if she could of just been like sometimes it takes a couple days to process or at least made me feel confident enough she did her actual job than I would of been fine but between not having the donation ready, the attitude, and with my funds not becoming available. I'm extremely concerned. I frequent this location often and you bet that I will be contacting corporate and your owner first thing Monday morning you lost a loyal customer today, I'd rate this location zero if that was even possible. read more

I went to this Dunkin and when I placed my order they verified everything which was correct. I also ordered a half dozen donuts through the drive thru and specifically picked them. When I got to the window my frozen hot chocolate was a large only to find out when I gave it to the person who ordered it it was frozen coffee which he did not want. When I opened my donuts only to find that the donuts were not correct. I understand that this time in our lives in stressful and difficult but I would think that they would have enough people making sure that every order that goes out the window is correct. I used to stop here everyday but unfortunately, due to several terrible experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere- I urge you to go the same. I understand this is a chain establishment- so we all automatically think there are basic standards they have to meet (at the very least). That may be the case for any other Dunkin or chain facility, but it is not the case here. They NEVER seem to get the order correct.. EVER. I've been served cold coffee numerous times. And it takes extremely long for them to get you through the drive-thru that it's not even worth complaining once you actually get your cold coffee. BUT BEWARE- IF you do decide to let them know your order is completely wrong, and your coffee is cold they will death stare you and even talk to you like an inconvenience- SO much attitude... as if it's your fault they are lazy and too incompetent to complete a simple drive-thru order correctly. Specifically the two black women working on the afternoon of February 10th 2019. They have absolutely no business working with the public and need a course in proper customer service etiquette. Classic, but true. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever patronized. I attempted to purchase 12 bagels this am and was denied because the had only 26(yes, I counted them) in the bins. That's a first. Deny a customer the ability to purchase an available product for fear that they won't be able to sell the same product to another customer. Not sure whether it's the dirty floor, the poor service and staff or the fact that I left without the fully available product that I had intended to purchase, however, I voted with my feet and left. I would love to give this DD a higher rating but they seem to be very inconsistent with the way the drinks are prepared. One time I will love it and the other time it's barely palatable. The donuts are hot and miss. Sometimes they have a lot and others they don't have anything, even the donut holes! This not the first time I have had issues with this location. 1st 2 times my order was completed wrong. But this time has put me completely over board. I sat at the drive in for over 10 minutes. why not just leave you ask because I did a mobile order and already paid !!! I have never encountered a bakery where first come, first serve didn't apply. Still it only happened once and hasn't happened again. I like Dunkin. This location is consistently mediocre. Today was the worst. Used the drive up to save time and got the usual cheery greeting asked for a dozen and the girl asked if I wanted assorted I said yes and that was the end of the conversation. Normally I am asked if I want to pick them. Went to window and was greeted by server with box in hand. Pretty sure you can't put 12 doughnuts in a box in the 10 seconds it took to pull around the corner. Paid and left had niether the the me nor patience to stay and have the order re-done, my fault. Later the box shifted and I heard hard clunks inside, not normal. Opened the box to find 2 filled doughnuts, 10 crappy hard rings with various sprinkles, none of them appeared fresh by any stretch. This has literally happened over 20 times in the last 2 months that I will no longer come to this location. I would visit this location frequently because of the convenience... but not after one of my last experiences. I got in the drive thru line at about 8:15am, moved 1 car up in the matter of about 5 minutes. Got to the speaker to give my order (a coffee and breakfast sandwich) and no joke; sat in that exact spot for another 10 minutes!!!! I felt bad but I had to get to work, so I got out of line. But I really didn't think I'd have to give myself more than 15 minutes in line just to move up 1-2 cars!! That is insane! Very poor service. We patronize this Dunkin Donuts several times a week and at least 50% of the coffee orders are wrong. Customer service and attention to detail does not exist at this location. Two weeks ago I went on a weekday at 6:00 AM and the store was closed. Management just doesn't care. I was in the drive-thru with my window done and overheard them apologize the car in front of me and when I was at the window overheard them apologize to someone else at the pick-up area inside the store. BTW, I had to return to the store because of a stale bagel. They just don't get it. There is a Starbucks, McDonalds and Sheetz are within a stones throw, so why don't they care? This location is brand new and only a 2 minute drive from my house, so I was excited to have one that close to home. I was going to try it when they first opened, but the line for the drive thru was about 30 cars long and down the road, and the line was out the door to go inside, so I waited a week to give them a try. I've been to this location twice and was very disappointed both times. I was shocked to find that the selection of donuts was terrible. Both times I asked for a cream filled donut and a coffee (I went thru the drive-thru both times) and both times I was told that they didn't have any cream filled donuts. Huh??? It wasn't like I was asking for some obscure, rarely found donut. I didn't even care what the coating on the outside was...glazed, chocolate, powdered, it didn't matter. It's the only donut I care to buy, but they didn't have any form of a cream filled donut what so ever either time. I also waited about 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru to find out that I couldn't get a simple cream filled donut. I wasn't happy. The 1st time I went here I was pretty forgiving because it was about 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, it was the 1st week they were open so everyone that worked there was probably green and I also assumed that they probably sold out by that time of day. I wasn't sure if they made donuts all day or not, but I ended up just getting a wrap and a drink. The wrap was very small for the price and the drink was standard. I decided to give them another chance 2 weeks later and this time I went there at 10AM on a Sunday. Now at 10AM on a weekend you'd assume that they would have a full selection of donuts. Uh, nope. I asked for a glazed, cream filled donut and a coffee. They said they didn't have any and then the drive-thru person preceded to try to sell me on a custard donut. He acted like I didn't know what that was and I should try one. I explained to them that I only want a cream filled donut, but didn't really care what the outside coating was. Then he tried to convince me that I should get the custard or a Bavarian cream donut because they were pretty much the same thing. After 2 minutes of back and forth with the guy, explaining to him that if it wasn't cream filled I didn't want it and him trying to sell me on every filled donut imaginable, I just ended up with a plain glazed donut. I should have just left but I ended up being nice and got it because I was tired of holding up the people behind me. When I got to the window to pay I asked why they never have cream filled donuts and he said that their baker just came in and was planning on making them, hadn't got around to it yet and it would take about 20-30 minutes if I wanted to come back. I laughed, paid and then left. I don't think I will ever come back to this location, which sucks because it is so close to my house. My wife and I stopped here on Sunday the 18th of September at 6:20 PM. They had no Donuts and the two employees were rude to a customer who was in front of me. This lady simply asked if they would be making any donuts soon. The one employee said "I said we don't have any donuts". Now I was a little confused. I stopped to purchase a dozen donuts for my senior mother and father in law at Dunkin Donuts....they had no donuts and the servers were rude. They were supposed to be open until 10:00 PM but were they really just going to serve 2 dollar coffee drinks until then? Hopefully they don't make more than 7 dollars an hour.
