This place sucks! Donate good, but they never have them! Once drove 20 minutes early afternoon to get season special donuts. Only had 2 of the 6 options. They said they sold out until tomorrow. The next day, ordered first thing in the am to assure I'd have the special Christmas donuts in the morning for all the kids. Arrived at 10am to pick up my order. Was told they had 0 out of the 6 available! Seems like a scam to get customers to go and accept the regular options. They make a few so they can say they had them and then too bad if you don't get there first thing in the am on the first day. This happens with EVERY season special! At least at this location. They NEVER have all of the seasonal options, if any of them at all! This caused for a looooong pause in my patronage. Gave in and went back after receiving a very enticing coupon. Upon ordering, they were out of every single seasonal donut. Not only that, but they only had "4" out of "14" of all flavors! This place is a ridiculously poorly run establishment. I've never been to a Krispy Kreme location before but my partner raves about them. We don't have any locally so we figured why not? We stopped at the Washington store on our way back from Columbus. We grabbed some of th M&M donuts for our kids, I got a custard donut, and the rest were the glazed. The store appeared clean. The smell of coffee was a welcome change in comparison to all the rest stops we've had the privilege of smelling along the way. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We expressed that it was our first time so we'd need a minute and they were great with helping us with the menu & what worked for us. Let me tell you; these donuts were so flavorful and fresh. I'd say they're only second to Duck Donuts. They were both airy and fluffy while still maintaining a cake like texture. The glaze was evenly coated and sweet but not sickly sweet. 10/10 will return when we're in the area! read more

Krispy Kreme is the best "chain" donut place that you can go to, in my opinion. This location does well for the most part for service and quality. I've never had any "quality" issues. Staff usually does a good job, even though they seem disinterested in our family and our experience. Recommend stopping in, and getting a dozen. Be sure to pick anything that looks good to you! I really like the new Reese's ones, though! This location is almost always out of the blueberry ones, which is a disservice, in my honest opinion. But, our family really likes the new "kreme" filled original glazed ones. Definitely worth a try! read more

Krispy Kreme has so many qualities that ooze "classic donut shop," much like one of their original glazed donuts. When you drive by and see that the red light is on, you absolutely cannot pass up the opportunity to stop in and get a fresh donut for free. An employee will grab one right off the belt as if he or she is going to package it up, but it will be handed to you and all of your donut dreams will come true. The Trinity Point store is located right across from WalMart and conveniently right off 1-79. Many Saturday mornings when I was young, I'd go grocery shopping with my mom and beg her to let me get a donut if the light was on, and if she was in a good mood she usually allowed it. Not only are the fresh glazed donuts good, but the cake ones are also deliciously perfect. They have blueberry, chocolate, and seasonally pumpkin cake donuts that are all fantastic, and they don't seem to go stale as quickly as the original glazed. If they go a little stale on you, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and they'll be nice and soft again. We usually don't have a problem finishing them before they go stale, but microwaving them is an easy fix. A dozen of donuts is fairly inexpensive, and they often have coupons or promotions going on that'll give you an extra discount. The freshness for me is what sets Krispy Kreme apart from other donut shops, but if you have your doubts just stop in when the donut light is on and see for yourself! read more

Normally I would be giving Krispy Kreme a 5-star review because I absolutely LOVE their donuts. Since they are far and few between in PA, every chance I'm near one, I need them! However, my rating today is based on the person that was working at the time I made my purchase. I was there around 4 p.m. on March 14, 2002. There was a young man boxing orders. When it was my turn, I said that I would like to have 3 dozen...he rolled his eyes up into his head and made a nasty smirk. Well, I'm sorry to want to make a purchase...but it is YOUR JOB! I was not happy at all with his actions. It was if I was bothering him. Unfortunately there were no managers nearby to speak with. Krispy Kreme holds a lot of nostalgia for me. I attended college in the same area of this location and have many fond memories with my friends of scoping out when the red light would be on because that red hot symbolized a free hot donut. A friend and I are we're in the are recently and saw the red light and had to stop in. However, we discovered the sign no longer indicates a free donut. It was little disappointing but kripsy kreme donuts are still delicious! I got one of their classic glaze donuts and it was just as good as I remembered. Best chain donuts by far. Let's be real people, who on God's green Earth, doesn't give Krispy Kreme 5 freaking stars!? Nobody is the answer! I have been eating KK donuts since I was kid. I can still remember the 1st one to open near me growing up. It was about the experience back then as a kid. I remember driving up with my mom and she pointed out that when the red sign is on, that means fresh donuts! I can recall how awesome it was to walk into a KK and see the assembly process taking place. Seeing the donuts move from the fryer to the icing stations. The coolest thing! But perhaps the best thing about KK, is eating a fresh donut right off the assembly line. I have never eaten such a fresh donut in my life other than at KK. I mean biting into a donut and having the glaze break up into pieces on your lips, as the soft dough just melts in your mouth. Unbelievable. My most recent trip was this past weekend when I went with my girlfriend and her mom. Mom is a grade school teacher and needed to pick up 2 dozen for a blood drive they are hosting at the school. Mom was able to place the order for 2 dozen and even hooked me and my GF up with half a dozen. All in all, it was fast friendly service. After ordering 30 donuts we were quickly on our way out the door! Of course, we got to enjoy a free fresh treat while we waited. The best part about my most recent trip is that I haven't actually been to a KK in a few years. They shut down the stores that were closest to me, but it was refreshing to go again. Certainly it was awesome to see that they still had the some of my favorite donuts, the classics if you will! The chocolate iced glazed, the devils food, and the oreo crème filled. Also good to see they had some newer donuts too; I noticed the blueberry cake and the birthday cake crème filled which looked so good. I am a long time KK customer and I will continue to be. There donuts are unmatched when it comes to freshness and taste. I would love to see more locations, but when I'm in the mood for a donut, I know that if I ride up to my local Krispy Kreme and see that red light on, I will be very taken care of! read more

I just went through the drive through in Washington Pa. I live in WV so I stop occasionally when in the area. I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts. 1 original and 1 cream filled but what I got was 2 dozen glazed but thats not what I paid for. I have been trying to call to rectify the mistake and no one wi answer the phone. Since it is 50 miles away I won't be driving back today anyway. But that is a total let down.
