Dunkin is my favorite coffee, but I will never go back to this location. Long drive thru line, ao go inside to order, only to be ignored by the staff because they are focused on the drive thru and not taking any orders from inside. After almost 10 minutes, I said, "Do you think one of you can take orders here, we're customers too"? Again, we were totally ignored and customers finally started walking out, myself included. This location is walking distance from me, but I would rather starve than ever eat one of their stale donuts or put up with their piss poor attitude! For the price of a dozen donuts, I will spend my money on freshly made donuts with a smile, that are double the size of those bite size rocks they serve at dunkin (not the holes, their stale donuts in general), than waste a cent at this place! I contacted dunkin and a manager responded saying donuts are always made every day. But clearly they are not. If you don't care about wasting your money for poor service and product this is the Dunkin Donuts for you. This place is HORRIBLE! I came in to special order almost $30.00 worth of donuts for a 7-year olds birthday party the day before. When I came in the next day to pick them up they looked horrible. They looked like a kindergartener frosted them. The poor kid asked the manager to help him and she never came over to help him or help with the situation. I've called corporate 3 times and no one has ever called back. I am a teacher and I am sending emails out to all the schools near this store and telling them NEVER TO GO THERE! This location definitely has had it's problems, but it has positives as well. Problems, they randomly lock the doors and I don't see any other businesses doing that. Today I ordered the new pumpkin cold brew with cold foam and I asked if I could get extra cold foam and pay for it, this young teenager just looks at me and says no. Lol.. I'm sorry but you are in customer service since when do you tell someone they cannot get the coffee the way they want it if they are paying for it. The amount of cold foam was so small it's no where near what it looks like in your photo. Honestly the food is good, but they really could use some work on certain areas like telling your employees that you don't deny a customer something they want on their coffee. I only go to this Dunkin' Donuts when I absolutely need to . I go to a Dunkin' Donuts every morning Monday through Friday . This Dunkin' Donuts I've been going to for a few years now and service is the worst have been told that they will not cook hash browns extra toasted as you get them and they are soggy and was finally told a while back that they will not cook hash browns or wake up wraps any extra and refuse to my service . Also the girl who goes by the name of patience not sure if she still works there she is something else and will puff at you and argue with you and also used to yell at the employees . I think she was fired and now she got a new job there again . So just went there again today and just like usual the first thing I asked for was told I'm sorry we are out of it . You can pretty much guarantee every time you come here they will either be out of something or they will mess up your order or usually something will be messed up . The app never works at the drive through, and after being double charged twice because the store and the app couldn't work together, I'm done with DD and this app. Example: I showed the app to the girl - $24 balance. Total order was $14. She kept telling me it said I owed $4. Math, people. Three people including the manager couldn't figure out how to make it work. I ended up having to pay $4 to avoid arguing in the drive through line which had 4000 people behind me. Get home and my balance is 0. So I basically paid $28 for a dozen donuts and a coffee. This location is NEVER consistent on orders and service! There's always a long line and wait....sometimes you wait forever in the drive thru to only find out "cash only, card machine broken". Horrible customer service and the orders are usually wrong! I order my coffee with almond milk, sometimes it's right and sometimes it's made with whole milk, yet they still charge me for almond milk! I stood in line today for 10 minutes and finally gave up! No cashier taking orders, drive thru piling up....need better management and more staff! I ordered ahead on-line and even parked my car and decided to go inside to pick up my coffee but the doors to the lobby were locked. This location is very understaffed. Been to this location about three times. Overall, service and attitude wasn't good. My last stop was with my daughter and her two friends. We ordered 2 refilled iced coffees in the plastic cups we bought, and some donuts. When the girl was handing us our coffees I noticed they were steaming hot. I mentioned to the girl that these were supposed to be iced coffees and she said she was sorry. She then proceeded to pour some of the coffee out, then put some ice over the hot coffee. By the time we got to our car the ice had melted and the coffee was warm. I would have come back and asked for another iced coffee but didn't have time. I won't be returning to this location. Never been so disrespected in my life going out to get food, went through the drive through and ordered $20 worth of food to completely get battered with disrespect. I love Dunkin's coffee and stuffed bagels. This location in particularly I do not like. I had the worst encounter with them today, 06/22/22. I went through the drive through ordered a coffee, donut and stuffed bagels. They gave me my coffee and donut and told me to park to the side and they'd bring out my bagels. I waited patiently on the side of the store for 10min. I saw a Dunkin employee go to a blue car next to me and hand them a bag. I said "ok well that's not my order". So I decide to go inside to see where my bagels are. Once I ask the employees I over hear one of the ladies say "I gave it to her!" And another employee asked "well who did you give it to because she's saying you didn't give it to her" well I thought to myself, they're calling me a liar. Mind y'all, I came in there in peace and asked them nicely how long until the bagels that I had been waiting out there for. Then the other employee yells "well I don't know! I just gave it to a car outside!" What upset me was that they didn't even care to find out what car I was in. I wasn't upset that they gave my bagels to someone else. Then the African American girl with glasses working there just shouted at me "well it's going to be a little longer until we get those bagels ready!".
