This is my go to place as it is right next to where I pick up my kids. The staff is alway pretty quick and always friendly. Donut selection can be hit or miss. Somedays they have exactly what you want and others they only have a few sad looking donuts on the shelf. The other issue I have is that I can be a little creative with my orders sometimes and about half the staff is willing to help me out and the other half is not. Nothing crazy; mango pineapple refresher with a shot of berry blast type thing. Restaurant is clean and well stocked at all times. I know several people who experience this issue with this location. And the attitudes you receive when you let them know something is incorrect is ridiculous. I had an appalling experience during my recent visit. The young lady who took my order accidentally missed one of the coffees. No big deal -- mistakes happen. I simply asked to have it added, and I was perfectly willing to pay for it. However, the woman making the coffee was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes repeatedly, gave me nasty looks, and kept saying, "What does she want? What does she want?" even though I was standing just a few feet away. She could have asked me directly, and I had already explained that I ordered two coffees and was missing one. Instead of fixing it and moving on, the reaction was unnecessarily hostile. The comments, the attitude, and the overall service were horrific. These coffees weren't even for me -- I was picking them up as a small gift for a few ladies at the hair salon. I buy donuts for my office twice a month from this location, but after today, I will never be back. To the girl with the lip tattoo making coffee today: please be kind and understanding. I went into the lobby to order today. One person in the drive-thru and no one inside other than me. Four workers, all young were out front. Not one person even looked in my direction for six minutes. Finally, I asked the young girl making coffee a few feet from me if someone was going to help me or if I needed to order from the screen. "Screen doesn't work," is all she said. I waited a couple more minutes and left. They were not busy! It doesn't take much to acknowledge a customer. "Be with you in a moment." Good product, horrible service. I will not be back. No bad review from me. I hit them up twice last week mid morning ordering a breakfast sandwich and Iced Coffee. A few disclaimers - it was mid-late morning and I ordered via the mobile app both times. Both times the store was not busy at all and my order was ready as I went in for the pick up. Friendly service overall and my Iced Coffee was spot on in terms of coffee/cream ratio. (Some places hand you a glass of milk!) From the food side of things - DD as a whole struggles. Their sandwiches need more of a toasted taste, rather than tasting like it was microwaved with the bread heated but soft. Maybe I'm being too picky. read more

Today I went to go get a dozen donuts like I usually do every other Saturday and while I was there, FedEx guy came to drop off a big on the counter. The girl that was helping me already had her plastic glove on to start grabbing my donuts she grabs the box takes it to the back and she apologize for the inconvenience and grab two donuts and put it in my box with the same dirty glove! I thought she was gonna change her glove and she didn't so I asked her politely if she can please takeoff her glove and put a new one on because she just touched my donuts with that dirty glove that she was touching the box with she said OK sure she remove the glove put a new glove on and continue to get my donuts I thought she was going to remove the two contaminated donuts that she had already touched to begin with but she didn't. Terrible. Came here to get a coffee and a couple of donuts for a very long road trip. While checking our bag we noticed that the donut that we purchased wasn't in the bag so we drove back through the drive thru so we can get the correct donut. This store closes at 10pm and I arrived at 8:30pm to pick up donuts for our family the next morning. The donuts shelves were completely empty and the worker told us they typically stop making donuts early so they can get ready for closing. Really?? If that is true, it is a very bad model for Dunkin Donuts, especially since their donuts are frozen anyway and not made on site. There is no excuse for not having donuts during store hours, PERIOD. Additionally, every time I go there, the store is very dirty while workers are sitting around on their laptop or hanging around the back chatting away. Very disappointed to see such a good brand go down hill. Mooresville deserves a better store, better management. I will not return there until they clean their act up. read more
