I was going to get a Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese but they were out So I went with Peppered Bacon with Egg and Cheese croissant and Watermelon Raspberry Refresher ( but they were out) so I got Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher. This poor sweet girl working here is in a boot and is being ran around like dog. 100% deserves a raise or a paid off day for all she is doing on a broken foot. The only employee that actually cares and acknowledges people and/or their orders. Would only go back for her. This Dunkin appears to be somewhat new, or at least remodeled. Very spiffy exterior and look. Having been visiting Morgantown each week for three weeks now, due to relative in Ruby Memorial, we have stopped at this Dunkin at least 6 times. Each time, we are greeted by very nice, very friendly young employees (guessing college kids?) and we are always pleased with what we order. I always get unsweetened tea, but we've bought apple fritters, donuts, iced coffee and hot coffee for my dad (in the hospital) and he's enjoyed all of the treats we've brought him. Today, I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea and one of the employees had written on my cup "have the best day ever". It was a sweet note. It is so hit or miss here. Sometimes my service is fine and my drink is great, other times the service is terrible and my drink is awful. One time I ordered two of the same drink at the same time, and they looked very obviously different colors (you would think two caramel macchiatos of the same size would be similar shades, right?). I have also had problems ordering ahead over 15 min in advance and still had to wait for my drink. Also one time staff was loudly arguing with each other in front of me. It was very awkward. The service at this Dunkin' was very timely and the staff were polite. We stopped by for a half dozen donuts at 7pm. The donuts cost over $8, which is already overpriced considering the general quality of their donuts. The problem was worsened by the fact that these donuts were seemingly made the night before. I've never had a more dry, more stale donut in my life. I mean, how can a Boston crème donut or jelly donut be stale?! My husband likened his donuts to maple flavored Doritos. We've sworn off Dunkin from here on out. If you're buying donuts after 3pm, the donuts ought to be half off. If you want donuts, go to Gucci Kroger. Ordered a dozen doughnuts on-site and sat in a booth in the 725 Chestnut Ridge, Morgantown location. My first bite of a filled doughnut found it to have the consistency of a bagel it was so hard. I tried two more out of the box by simply pinching off pieces to find they were the same. Two of the kids complained about them being hard but went out to the parking lot with other family members. When we took the almost full box to the counter five minutes after receiving them, they refused to exchange the ones still whole in the box or refund our money. What a waste of time and money. Don't go there. The service is not focused on the customer nor is their pride in their product. read more

I waited about 10 minutes in store for my drink, they gave me my drink with real sugar syrup and I can't have sugar. The lady remade my drink and handed me it with like 2 inches of space empty in the cup. I am also vegetarian and ordered a Beyond sandwich- they gave me a real sausage sandwich so I went up to return it and they THEN informed me they don't carry the Beyond meat anymore. They didn't offer me a replacement sandwich. On the positive side, my brother said his cappuccino turned out well. read more

I just stopped by to get a FEATURED Iced Coffee, the Vanilla Cupcake and it was horrible. This was because I believe the store either forgot to add the flavoring or put so much ice in that it watered it down. When I was handed the drink the ice cubes were already melted, like almost gone? So did I get a mess up drink or one that was made by mistake and sat aside til someone else ordered it so it wouldn't be wasted? I just don't understand how my Iced Coffee tasted like water, I am so disappointed bc I don't go often and look forward to trying Dunkins newest drinks! We've only been in the drive thru a couple times for donuts, but decided to come in today. The donuts were excellent. Everything else- not so much. (The donuts are the only thing to give this review a 2 rather than a 1.) They were out of orange juice, and the drink cooler was almost empty. From the time we ordered until the counter person got the donuts, about 2 minutes, she forgot what kind we wanted. She seemed confused and had to ask for help with the order before us, a mom and 3 little kids. I ordered iced tea, but got iced coffee. No napkins were out. We had to ask for some. My husband's sandwich was decent, but my eggs had a weird frothy texture. (I did not finish my sandwich.) We both used the restroom, and they reflected the overall quality of everything else. The ladies room Had paper all over the floor, soap in the sink, a broken soap dispenser, and the extra roll of paper towels just thrown on the dirty floor. My husband said that there was feces still in the toilet in the men's room, the urinal did not flush, and there was paper everywhere. Needless to say, we will not be going back. read more

I can't say all the time they have bad customer service, but it's definitely a 90/10 split. They basically throw the coffee at you without any care of Ps and Qs. The main complaint is there drive threw has an insane amount of pot holes!! I understand one small one, but for how much traffic goes through there, you think you would take the time and energy to ensure that your customer doesn't blow out there alignment as they get a coffee. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Traveling from out of town and stopped to get a coffee. It was a Sunday morning so I understand it gets busy. They had about 4 people working and the line was extremely long but we still waited because we had a long drive ahead of us. After waiting for about 20 minutes in line, we finally get to the counter to order. As we're about to place our order, the lady working the cash register leaves her spot and goes to help out the struggling people in the back. We wait ANOTHER 15 minutes and she finally comes back. We've spent about 35 minutes at this point waiting to even have our order taken... They apologized for the long wait but in my opinion, if you anticipate you'll be short staffed or if it's a Sunday, I would imagine a coffee place would be better prepared for that. 45 minutes after we walk in the building, we are still waiting for our drinks. UPDATE: I noticed people behind us started to get their drinks before us so I asked the girl if she skipped over our order and she did. My wife and I had a great experience here with an employee named Saphia (not sure if the spelling is correct). She made our experience very personal and made some custom suggestions when the sandwich we ordered was no longer on the menu. The sandwich she made to order for us was perfect and delicious. Worst experience I have had in a fast food service. I went in, wasn't acknowledged at all, waited while the girl talked to two of her coworkers, then she noticeably huffed when I placed my order and didn't talk at all. She talked to a coworker who was making a beverage behind her and was extremely annoyed to be doing work. My family will never go back to this establishment again. Everytime I come here, my order is messed up. They have forgotten hash browns the last two visits when I specified the order to Include hash browns. I wish I could give no stars. Some employee was extremely rude to my wife on June 30th, 2021. My wife ordered munchins, three coffees, and some Everything Bagels in the To Go App. When she arrived at the store, some girl, who wore no name tag, but wears glasses, dark brown hair, and is 5 ft tall told my wife that she was stupid. The tagless employee put another man's coffee with my wifes order, so naturally my wife assumed it was hers. She also snapped at my wife when she asked about her Munchkins. I called the store that evening, but the manager on duty must be slow. Had nothing to say. I emailed corporate but will give them a call. I also plan on visiting the store in two weeks. Website says it's open 24 hours and I went on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon and they were closed with the open sign still on and TVS on in the store. I called them a few nights ago to see how long they'd be open (considering their hours are not accurate on the website) and the person on the phone said "hold on. Almost every time I go to this Dunkin they mess up my order. For example, the last time I went I ordered a small ice coffee with one pump caramel and almond milk, relatively simple I would say. I was with my friend she got her coffee right away and just fine however, I had to wait several minutes until I let them know that they forgot my coffee. To make up for this mistake they gave me 2 large coffees which granted was very nice, but neither coffee was what I ordered and they were mainly filled with creamer and just tasted gross. Other times I have gone they have just simply got my order wrong, forgotten about me, etc. This Dunkin just needs to get its shit together. I hope the next time I go back that my order will be correct. read more
