The donuts are fresh up until about 4 o'clock in the afternoon after that they taste stale. Best DD I've been to in....decades? First off, it's clean, the workers are friendly and bilingual (English and Telegu). Second and more importantly, they let me use my cup to reduce waste and they served up freshly made dark roast. The doughnuts were fresh, and the location is convenient, right on Green Bay. It's part of a gas station but they have their own little tables which were nice and clean. Third, they didn't say anything annoying like "have a nice rest of your day," or "I'll help who's next in line" first thing in the morning and I was the only one in line. They spoke good English without the usual nonsense words like "at all," or "today" which is very considerate before I've downed my second cup of coffee for the day. read more

I've been going to this location for over a year and always experienced friendly and timely service. Unsure if they went under new management or had an entire staff change, but familiar faces are no where to be found. Now you're looking to see just how long the line is because surely, there is one. And be prepared to wait a MINIMUM of 15 minuets in it. Unfortunately, whoever's now running the show doesn't have the slightest clue of what they're doing. Maybe with time they'll figure it out, but I'm not waiting around to find out. If you're that short staffed or can't seem to train staff properly, then you should probably consider just shutting your doors. read more

Came and got two large pumpkin spice signature lattes and two roasted chicken wraps. Wraps were ice cold I cold feel how cold they were after I got to my destination through the bag. Order: butter pecan iced coffee, sausage egg and cheese croissant. The coffee was very bitter absolutely no butter pecan or cream in the iced coffee. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was ice cold. It literally had ice crystals on the egg still!!! I went inside to get a refund ....I waited 10 minutes at the counter only to be told ...no refunds at all. I had two sips out of my coffee and one bite out of my sandwich. I was happy to give it all back. They are on my way home and would love to make them my go to for coffee but the they don't care and the orders are almost always wrong. Worst Dunkin Donuts i have ever visited!!!! If we could give this location Zero Stars we would. Todays experience was the worst ever. We thought we give it a go today seeing its the closest location. But today was the last straw! Out of bread, still. Had an Iced Coffee and it was terrible and it was bitter and tart, indicating it was old. We purchased two sandwiches, one was hot the other was absolutely cold. They both had cheese and only one sandwich was heated to tempature, while the other was cold and not at regular cooked tempature. The lady who gave us the food had her mask under her chin. She was spaced out. The other lady whom took our payment was courteous. This location is also very slow. They did not even know they had a vegan sandwich. Beyond Sandwich. We are never going back. I would give this place zero stars if I could. We went through the drive thru to get coffee & the person taking our order seemed very irritated that we were asking for more than one order. Most places allow you to do at least three separate orders. They told us we could do one, and then said they could manage two. We ordered our drinks, couldn't order donuts because they were out of practically everything. We got to the window & the girl that took our order in the store was yelling & making comments about us ordering only coffee & donuts. Several unkind cuss words were said as she screamed that we were only ordering coffee & donuts. Very unprofessional & extremely poor customer service. I love Dunkin' Donuts, however this particular location is soooooooo slow every time I come here that it's almost infuriating. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, be prepared to wait much longer than at any other dunkin. My wife bought 2 dozen donuts when she opened the box the donuts were smashed and literally looked like poop. Once she saw what they looked like she "NO" I don't want these I want my money back. The manager said "I can't give you a refund , but you could get some more of these garbage circles though". No reason why we couldn't get a refund though, I mean we never left the drive thru window but still no refund....don't understand! On top of that they tried to explain to me the reason there donuts looked the way they did. Who cares? This is a business where you provide food to customers, but when your food taste and looks like crap you only solution is to explain to the customer that you know it's crap but that's all you can offer. I would never recommend this Dunkin' Donuts to any human being or animal. Honestly I think it should be closed down, cause wherever they get there donuts from it taste as if they were made in chicken grease. I give this place a negative rating if possible (-5). read more
