The service was really great, the food was extremely good and the ambience was wonderful.

Been waiting for this location to open. And went to go try it today. Staff were very friendly and the location inside was really cute/nicely decorated., also plenty of seating. Since I came later in the day - There were hardly any mochinuts BUT they have a sign by the register that lets you know that they are baking more AND the time they will be ready. I ordered a brown sugar boba and a cookies and cream mochinut. Wish the drink had a little less milk in it but other than that both items were delicious. I will say the star was the mochinut itself. It was soooo good. I'll probably end up going back and try more flavors soon.

In order - Brown Sugar, Oreo Brown Sugar and a Purple Sweet Potato Brown Sugar

This was our first time at Mochinut. Upon entry a girl was standing at the register and did not acknowledge us and did not seem familiar with the menu when we ordered. I ordered three different bubble teas. An Oreo Brown Sugar tea, a brown sugar tea and a Purple Sweet Potato Brown Sugar Tea. The Oreo Brown Sugar Tea was decent (3 stars), Sweet Potato was terrible and very bland (1 star) and the Brown Sugar tea was very watered down (2 stars). I also ordered an Original Mozzarella which was pretty good. I would give that 4 stars. The coating had a nice crunch. We did not order a doughnut and probably should have. When our drinks were brought out from a guy in the back he set them down and did not say anything and then headed to the back like we were all set. We had to remind him we ordered the Mozzarella stick from the counter to where he was in the back. He then mumbled something and took about another three minutes before he returned. The inside of this Mochinut location is pretty nice and had comfortable sitting. Based on the service and quality of the bubble teas we probably will not be returning.

taki and hot cheeto dusted mozzarella dogs

NOPE. gave them the benefit of the doubt with it being new but this location is poorly managed even a few months out. the first time I got super skinny corn dogs that were barely coated and like I said, gave them the benefit of the doubt. four months later, I go get some and they decided to roll the k dog in spicy mayo before adding the hot cheetos even though no sauce was specified, they didn't bother warning that it would be rolled in mayo which is a sauce. I DO NOT eat mayo. no other location does this.

I'm always greeted with a smile and helped effectively. The boba is always delicious! I've tried a wide range of their specials, seasonal drinks, and regular drinks, all of which were amazing. You are able to pick how much ice and sweetness you would like in your drink as well when you order. Don't forgot to pick up a little punch card as well! After your 9th drink, the 10th one is for free! They also sell cakes, macaroons, and chocolate. But I've yet to try any of the sweets here. They all look amazing and super cute though! The location itself can get pretty busy but of the times I've hung out and drank my boba, it was like any other cafe. There is seating along side the mural on the wall and the window in the front of the boba shop, as well as, a cotton candy machine and claw machines that were recently added.

I frequently like to ask what are some of the most popular items people buy when I go to a new place and aren't familiar with the offerings. There were a number of things on the menu - a variety of hot dogs, boba teas, and tornado potatoes. When I was there, several customers were enjoying a large bowl of shaved ice with toppings - that seemed to be popular. There are a few seats to hang around while snacking/eating. There is a large public parking lot just behind the shop up the hill, a conveniently located spot. I picked up a 3-pack of Mochiring doughuts, with the following flavors: mango; churro; brown sugar. The doughnuts were placed in a rectangular box which made it easy to carry home. Because it was hot, I ordered a fruit boba tea- mango with green tea and with mango-flavored popping boba. It was my first time to have the popping boba. The green tea plus the mango, which was recommend by the cashier/front counter attendant was really good. After trying the popping boba, it was fine, but I personally prefer the regular boba (I think it is a personal preference). I'd definitely get the green tea and mango combo again. The doughnuts were light and airy, and I like the fact they are small, sliightly smaller than bite-sized rounds. I'll come back another time to try the famous hot dogs - and I'd come again for the doughnuts, too. I recommend stopping by if you want to try something new.

My favorite thing about this place is the bottles that they serve their drinks in because they are absolutely adorable. The drinks are served in clear plastic canisters that have a soda tab. It was around noon on a Tuesday and the place was completely empty. I stood there waiting to be greeted by someone but after waiting for about 5 minutes no one ever showed. I could have grabbed the register and walked out. But I just left because I knew this place wasn't going to be good. To me the meaning of bootleg vibe is when you go to a restaurant and the pictures on the menu are just random internet pictures and the descriptions have nothing to do with what's shown. The place says smash burgers and crispy chicken and the photos were like random KFC pictures. Steer Clear!

Coffee is now ubiquitous with daily life in America, which brings me to Qamaria Coffee. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious. As it is served chilled, it paired nicely with a hot cup of coffee (which they have a plethora of options to choose from). Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews
